Ski and golf are at your doorstep in this exclusive townhome. Enjoy access to the new Canyons golf course just outside your front door, and of course walkable access to the slopes of Canyons Resort. Would not rent again

We were extremely disappointed with the unit and the response of the property manager. The master bath shower was basically unusable because of water pressure and there were a number of smaller issues that should have been addressed. At this price point, the expectation is that all functionally aspects of the property work. Or it gets fixed once identified. We were ignored.

Brad, we are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay here. We strive to provide excellent service and accommodations with all the comforts of home, and while we cannot predict when maintenance issues will arise, we should definitely address them when a guest calls them to our attention. We fell short of our service expectations and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. We hope you will reconsider staying with us again as this lack of response was not in any way typical, we know we will make a better impression on a future visit!

great property; poor management and maintenance

I called and emailed the management company because 2 of the 3 toilets were running and in need of maintenance, there were no dish towels or trash bags in the kitchen, the key was not in the lock box, and a few other maintenance issues and never received a call or email back. The property itself is great, but the maintenance and management was poor. It was overpriced given that poor service.

Great week!

Property was very nice. Beautiful views from the decks. A short walk to the gondola. Very convenient location. Do wish there had been a bathroom on the main living floor , but there were two upstairs and one downstairs at the entrance. Would highly recommend this property.
