Come stay at one of our vacation homes located in Virginia Beach. These homes (800 sq. ft.) offers two bedrooms, one full bath and sleeps 8 Max. Bedroom configurations include one queen bed, one full over full bunk bed and one queen sleeper sofa all fitted with the finest mattresses available. Tropical inspired décor with fully outfitted kitchen that has stainless appliances, granite counters and tiled backsplash. Other bonuses include free wireless internet, TVs in each room, tiled or hardwood flooring, shower tub combo and outdoor patio.

Located on 34th Street in the Virginia Beach Oceanfront District we are a three-minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and much more.

The mindset and goal in developing this community was to offer a comfortable tropical beach themed setting with attention to detail and providing the ultimate in upscale vacation rentals. With 17 homes available, each one has been completely renovated to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable. We provide linens and towels for your visit.

Because we have multiple units, the calendar you see will not accurately reflect our availability, so please call or email to see what comparable homes are available. Our staff will be happy to answer whatever questions you may have.

Convenient location and relaxing retreat

Loved staying here. Very clean and well equipped vacation retreat for my family of 6 and a friend. Porch was great to stage beach departures. TV in each room, and individual temperature control in both bedrooms and the living room. Close to a climbing rope/rings course on the beach that my teen son loved. Also close to an amazing breakfast place called Pocohantes. Seem to be on the quieter end of VA beach, which was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Black Mold

Unit smelled of Mold upon entering. Discovered black mold on the wall. Contacted property manager about mold, asked to be moved to a unit in better condition. Never responded to my request, just replied he would inform the property’s owners about mold. I also peovided photos to him. Very inhappy with our accommodations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 5:30 on check in day.check in was 3:00pm.There was no place to park. We opened the unit door and it had not been cleaned,the previous renter had pulled the bedding and it was in a pile by the door,bathroom counters hD toothpaste all over them etc. Called the manager,they were not able to get it cleaned and offered another near by unit. I mentioned the parking situation and he said yea the neighbors park there a lot. The new unit 2 doors down was ok so we moved our belongings. The next day we went to the pool,it was gross,not clean,plus slge all over the bottom. I called manager,he said they were working on it having trouble with the pump and had shocked it. We were there 4 days,it never cleared up and was not usable. Repairs were not being kept up,our gate into the pool area had a broken hinge,1 grill was filthy and would not start. I am reviewing this property about 11 days post stay. I have left several messages with the manager with absolutely no response. I have also contacted vrbo,they tried contacting them as well with at least 4 days of no response.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The property is run down. I cut my finger on the front door and we were trapped/locked inside the rental unit. I had to climb through a window to pull the door from the outside while my child pushed the door from the inside. While maintenance did eventually fix it, we were stuck with a broken door for 3 days of our 5 day stay. Second issue, we didn’t have a working shower. My elderly mother, on day 3, had to use the upstairs shower because our unit shower wasn’t working. Maintenance came 3 days later. But it was still not fully working properly. Lastly, if you are staying on the first floor, the noise above you from other renters are very loud. We had above guest coming in at night around 2 am waking us all up. I would suggest using carpet to muffle the noise of second floor guest. I am still waiting for a response from the owner of this property.

VA Beach Property

The property was a few minutes from the beach. There is only side of the road parking for 1 car. There are very minimal amenities (just enough towels, linens, & toilet paper with nothing else). Not even an extra blanket or pillow (I like the a/C colder than my family, so this is a problem). Be sure to pack everything you might need from tissues to blankets to pillows to extra cooking supplies! Also, the internet provided didn't connect the whole time we were there!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a 3 night stay with this rental and upon arrival, noticed an intense musty smell. After minor investigating, we found a lot of mold in one of the bedroom closets. It took about 2 hours to get a hold of the reservationist, but once we did he immediately contacted a coworker in proximity to the rental and moved us to another one of his properties. The new property was a major upgrade and clean... very pleased with how the company handled the situation. That being said, the format for this survey will reflect the original property’s condition.

Nice, clean, quiet

Overall the stay was nice. Was confused on how to open the cabinets without handles. As to cleaning the property upon leaving, it was a bit hard w/o having a mop to do so. I would recommend the manager/ owners to supply each unit with a working mop, broom, and bags for the unit trash. Overall the stay was nice

VA Beach Getaway

My overall experience at this property was a 3 and a half. I’m rating this property a little lower because it was located in an alley way which was not disclosed in the listing description. Therefore, from the porch, don’t expect a good view at all. Now granted, the property is minutes from the beach so we could walk it or drive it which worked out great for our family of 4. I would also like to mention that the property has a nice, quaint pool/patio area in the back which was quite lovely. We stayed on the bottom level of this unit and thank goodness we didn’t stay upstairs! When we arrived at the unit, we walked upstairs to the second floor (Unit A) and the Livingroom sofa and chairs were very worn and had stains in them, yuck! We walked downstairs to unit B (our correct unit) and we were relieved to see clean and bright Livingroom furniture as pictured in the photos of the property. More pros: The kitchen was updated and nice and clean with stainless steel appliances. The fridge had an ice maker and water dispenser which was great. The bathroom was updated as well and nice. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay at this property. Would I book it again? No, simply because of the alley way location…but again, it’s close to the beach!

Clean but disappointed.

Place was nice. Only complaint was the pool was closed the entire time we were there ans we could not connect to the internet. I messaged ybp but got no response. . I felt i should have gotten some type of partial tefund for the inconvenience. Upstairs renters were very nousy to all hours of the night.

Our time In your rental was a Nightmare!!!

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was ****.Not only were we forced to chose another location then the one we agreed upon, but the AC unit never worked. It was over 80 degrees in are place the entire time we stayed. On top of the that, the bugs and roaches where completely Unbearable. We were forced to raid the entire place multiple times a week. In the bathroom - it had mold growing in it. Literally mushrooms where growing on the floor near the trim on the floor. It’s complete ********. Also the shower had brown water coming out of it everytime it was turned on. the parking situation was a complete mess - as well as the extremely loud people on top of us who where partying, not social distancing and having up to 8 guests in the unit. You guys gotta get your **** together. We ended packing up all of our stuff 5 days before the lease was even over because we simply couldn’t take it anymore.For a total price of $2k that unit was 100% not worth it at all. I will never recommend this rental company to anyone.
