Recently started renting this wonderful family year-round cottage! A 3 minute walk (0.1 mi) to beach.

Our welcoming cottage has been enjoyed by our family for generations and will make you feel right at home. This is a great central location a two-three minute walk to White Horse Beach, in a family neighborhood, perfect for the whole family. The cottage has four upstairs bedrooms and one on the main floor. It sleeps up to twelve, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 full baths, and screened-in porch. Other amenities include cable TV, gas grill and outdoor shower. Parking for 3-4 cars.

Beach living at it's finest! Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in porch. Breathe in the sea air, and relax on the porch swing. Take a short walk to the white sands and gentle waves of White Horse Beachā€”family friendlyā€” with wonderful views as far as Provincetown. After a day at the beach and dinner, in the back yard, gather at the large dining room table for game night, settle in for a movie or read on the porch swing. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves on the shore with a soft sea breeze coming in through your window.

White Horse Beach/Manomet is close to some of the finest golf courses on the South Shore, including Pinehills, Waverly Oaks, and the Atlantic Country Club. The area is also home to some great restaurants and you are a five minute drive to supermarket (with Redbox), or a short walk to the old-fashioned general store. The convenient location is close to popular sightseeing locations including Plymouth Centerā€™s waterfront shopping, the Mayflower, Plimoth Plantation, and many activities including popular whale-watching tours, fishing boats and the daily ferry to Provincetown. Also close enough to Boston and the Cape for day excursions. Come and enjoy all our cottage has to offer!

Great location a block fromWhite horse beach in a quiet little neighborhood. Very comfortable bedrooms. Maybe I missed it, but I didnā€™t see the big outdoor shower mentioned in the listing. The owners left a lot of extras we donā€™t usually see in rentals, from little bottles of shampoo and body wash to coffee and access to laundry soap and spices. Made our stay so easy and pleasant.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The home had plenty of room for everybody but still had that timeless cottage feel. We particularly enjoyed being able to all fit at the large dining room table for meals as well has just sitting in the screened in porch with a book enjoying the breeze. All this and so close to the beach, truly a gem of a place. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family spot!

I just spent a week here with my family and we loved the property. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get to and from the beach even with pretty young kids. I walked the beach every day all the way out to Manomet point! There is a bit of outdoor space for relaxing at the end of the day and an outdoor shower to help keep sand out of the house. Plymouth is a great vacation spot in general with plenty to do in the area- hiking, biking, kayaking, boating. Gellerā€™s is a nice spot for ice cream just a couple minutes away. Downtown has plenty to offer for an hour or for a whole day. We will be back!

Picked the perfect house for my vacation/ birthday the house was huge spacious and accommodating a short walk to the beautiful horse neck beach. The family loved spending time together and relaxing taking trips to the beach downtown Plymouth and quaint shopping trips we enjoyed everything about the accommodations. The owner let us park ahead of time to go to the beach with the little ones which we were grateful for. Thank you so much for a great vacation Nicole Nicholson

Fantastic Cottage Vacation

Very clean, well-stocked inside and with beach gear, ample space for eight+ adults, short walk to a beautiful public beach. Suitable for someone with mobility issues - just a couple of steps up to enter, walk-in shower in one of two full baths, a lovely recliner in living area, outdoor shower with warm water!. Some room air conditioners and lots of fans to counter hot temperatures. We enjoyed the screened-in porch. Great fridge with ice maker, well-equipped kitchen. Close to Gellars ice cream! The owner made sure we had all the information we needed and responded quickly to questions. We can't wait to stay here again!

We had wonderful stay at this cottage. Our children and their families joined us. Loved the screened front porch. Close to beach and great restaurants as well as downtown Plymouth waterfront. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Nice home in an excellent location

Home was nicely equipped and comfortable. Short walk (about 3 minutes) to White Horse Beach access. Conveniently located next to the general store that carries about anything you need. Quiet residential area without loud or busy tourist activity. Centrally located within 15 minutes of Plymouth attractions, multiple golf courses and amazing eateries. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot for exploring

This house served as our base camp to explore Massachusetts. There are lots of great restaurants close by and in nearby Plymouth. The beach is a short walk away. Not really a swimming beach but still lovely, especially in the morning and evening. We traveled from here to Boston, Salem and Provincetownā€¦ not more than a 90 minute drive to any of them. So if you are looking to do some exploring, this location is very convenient. The house is lovely and more than enough space for our party of 6 adults and young adults. Jeanne was very helpful and the neighbors are great. Highly recommend.

Very well equipped and had everything we needed to make our week complete.

Perfect week for the beach and the family had a great time swimming and enjoying the cottage. Lots of room and very comfortable with the area. We are familiar with the area and hope to do it again next year. Loved the front porch to enjoy that first cup of coffee.

Great Location

I was very pleased with the comfort of the beds. For a rental a lot of care was taken to make sure beds were comfortable. I also enjoyed the fact that the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and accessories. The best thing was that both the beach and a park were at a short walking distance. I would stay again!

Great Location!

We enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Lots of room to spread out. We had no problems during our stay. Up to date new appliances, large dining room table. The porch was all screened in and nice any time day or night. Thank you so much!

My communication with the owner I found to be exceptional she answered all of my questions promptly and was extremely helpful. Upon arrival I was a little taken back by the size of the kitchen and the living room. In the pictures I guess I just didnā€™t realize how small the living space was. The backyard did not leave a lot of room for the children to play but on the positive side the location to the To the beach was exceptional we were able to walk back-and-forth every day and had great weather so that was awesome the other downside to this house is that two of the bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs did not have window air conditioners and because it was so hot that week it made it very difficult to sleep I would suggest to anyone renting this house that you bring your own cooling systems.

Great place for a seaside vacation!

This place was awesome for our two families with 5 kids all under the age of 10. We loved the 3 minute walk down to the beach on Cape Cod Bay! Easy access to the beach without any steep dunes or large stairs to walk down. And a nice little general store is on the way to the beach. Great house with anything you'll need for your stay. Great bedrooms, awesome outdoor shower, and the screened in porch was excellent for any time of day. The dishwasher broke while were there and the owner was in immediate touch and had a new one installed ASAP. Thanks so much to our hosts for providing such an awesome property. We will be back next year!
