This is a an amazing 1 bedroom 1 Bath ground floor unit with plenty of space. It has been fully renovated with beautiful furnishings inside and out. It has lots of windows that lead out to a spacious patio. It has central air if the cool Hawaiian breeze is not enough. It has multiple barbecues just steps away for a relaxing dinner after a day of fun. The condo is set on a beautiful golf course with tennis courts ,pools, spas, and a fitness room. The Spectacular beach ,Anaehoomalu Bay Beach, in front of the Marriott Hotel is within a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to a free parking lot .We have beach chairs, umbrella, ice chest, snorkel gear, water shoes, boogie boards, and a beach wagon. Our cleaning is meticulous to prepare our condo for your stay to be as safe as possible. We will do everything to create a clean environment by the following recommended sanitation guidelines to make sure all surfaces, appliances, and anything that comes in physical contact have been sanitized before and after guests leave and check in. This place is fantastic! The furniture, the sheets, the bed, the amenities are all first class. Martin is one of the most responsive hosts we have ever encountered on VRBO. He got us into the condo early and was an amazing resource for anything we needed. If you like to spend time camping out at the beach, he has everything from snorkels to chairs. Truly, you can’t do better than this on the big island.

Property was well decorated with many nice works of art. Sliding glass doors and large windows gave a sense of spaciousness and light. Lanai was large and comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious. This property worked well for a couple.

Outstanding!! We’re definitely going to stay at Martin and Rochelle’s property again when visiting the big island next year. They were incredibly kind and caring hosts and were always readily to assist when needed. The property was beautiful and very well kept. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at Rachelle and Martin’s condo. The condo and grounds are beautiful. The condo was spotless and so comfy and cozy. We felt safe and at home during our stay. Rachelle and Martin are fantastic and very responsive hosts. I highly recommend their property for your stay and know you will fall in love with the Big Island just like we did!

Great stay!

This was likely the nicest VRBO in which we've ever stayed. The property was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. Martin & Rachelle were great hosts and provided lots of tips on dining, shopping, and things to do. There was a gift basket upon our arrival with beers, chocolates, and chips! Everything in the property was well organized with labels and the beach chairs/towels were a nice perk. There were a few check out duties, but that is pretty typical with most VRBO's. We would strongly recommend!

This property was even better than advertised. Spacious, clean and well-appointed. We loved the beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. The air conditioning was nice to cool off after long days in the sun- great location for day trips to other parts of the island.

Beautiful condo

This place was awesome! We felt so fortunate to stay in this place because it was beautiful. It was well maintained and the stickers were found in some places were good reminders how to use things. This place was also well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom and bathrooms had enough towels and linens. The bed! It was firm which my back really appreciated. There were a lot of beach and pool things that were got to enjoy. They even had a cart to take to go to to the beach. The pool we enjoyed it very much. Lanai was a nice place to stay but had enough privacy. Location was great. It was near 2 plazas and just a drive to beautiful beaches and food. Martin was a great host. Definitely recommend to this place. Would love to come back.

Great Stay, Everything we needed!

My teen son, tween daughter and I spent seven days at this home at Shores at Waikaloa. The location was easy to access and very quiet. We opted for this property over a hotel because my son wanted some degree of separation which it definitely provides.Everything worked well — Door locks, HVAC, laundry, shower, coffee maker, DW. The bed was comfortable the towels were soft. The property had nearly everything we needed except for Kleenix and Qtips, but seriously everything else. There was a water filter in the fridge and fresh ice in the freezer. I really appreciated all the labels for the towels, sheets, laundry — so many of my questions were answered by having these little touches. There was also a thoughtful Welcome Gift with a great map of the local beaches. I felt like a lot of thought and care went into providing the best possible home away from home. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we’d gladly go back!

We enjoyed our stay. Martin was very helpful. Location was great for what we wanted to do. Close to island gourmet for groceries. No issues being on the ground floor. We’d stay here again.

The Shores Condo Review

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was clean, new, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent as the grounds were beautifully manicured with close access to the pool, exercise room, and walking distance to the beaches. The hosts were most helpful giving great ideas of activities, beaches to visit and places to eat. They also were prompt to any questions we had before and during our stay. This is a place we would stay in the future for how smoothly it all went.

Magical stay!

Such a lovely relaxing condo. So well appointed and has absolutely everything one could need. I loved the homey feel of the place - not a sterile rental condo feel. The condo was exquisitely clean, quiet and perfect to unwind from a day of sightseeing; sipping wine on the lanai, planning our next day was heaven. We will absolutely stay here again.

First Trip to the Big Island

Great location and the gated community is pristine. Kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and bathroom necessities. Martin (owner) and Jennifer (local contact) were both very responsive to all our needs. The welcome basket was great. Nice and clean with so much attention to detail. A very positive experience!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is clear that the owners take great pride in their place. I love condos that don't feel like a tunnel with a window at the end. This place has lots of glass, angles and light, the floors are beautiful, the king bed very comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. There is also a great breeze by opening the windows at night. No A/C needed when we were there in July. It was also walking distance to the shoreline where there is a nice path along the rocky beach with beautiful vistas. Highly recommend!

My wife Rachelle and I fell in love with the Big Island 7 years ago. We wanted to make our condo a home. Everything from the decor to the amenities was carefully thought out so you could experience a vacation that would set it apart from any place you have ever stayed before. We love our home and try to stay there as often as possible. When we can't be there, we wanted our guests to have the same wonderful feeling of the paradise we are so blessed to have.

The location of "The Shores" is by far the most beautiful we have seen.The people are so warm and friendly.The beaches are amazing! There are countless things to do and explore.Great hikes to spectacular snorkeling.There is so much to see on the rest of the island from volcanoes, lava tubes to mushroom farms.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The location of our condo is perfect. It is a corner ground floor unit just steps away from the barbecue area and tennis courts. The pool, Jacuzzi ,fitness center and golf are about a 3 minute walk,while are spectacular beach is about a 10 minute walk. Of course you can always drive and its only a 2 minute drive.The unit has new hardwood floors,and furnishings. The high ceilings give it a very spacious feeling while the decor adds a lot of warmth. All to make you feel that you are home to enjoy some leisure time.
