Sunrise Beach Villas - Stunning, Ocean View Poolside Villa With Beach Access

Welcome to paradise! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is in the heart of Paradise Island, only a 30 minute taxi cab ride away from the Nassau Airport. Located on the main floor, the villa is steps from the pool and has a beautiful ocean view.

The villa has been recently renovated and newly furnished with nothing left to spare. The two bedrooms both have very comfortable memory foam beds, luxury linens and flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second room has two single beds which can be put together to form a king size bed if desired. The living area has stunning, brand-new leather furniture, a flat screen TV and Roku 2 (access to Netflix, etc.) for your entertainment.

For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are several restaurants within walking distance such as Margaritavilla and The Green Parrot. You can also stop by the onsite restaurant, Viola’s, which offers meals, bar service and live entertainment.

The world renowned Atlantis Resort is a short walk down the street with access to the casino, restaurants and shops. Daily passes for the waterpark and aquarium are available for purchase at Atlantis.

Whether you prefer to lounge poolside or head down to the famous Cabbage Beach, towels and a 5 gallon water jug are provided to ensure that you stay refreshed and relaxed during your vacation.

Lastly, you’ll never feel too far away from home as free international calling, cable and high-speed Wi-Fi are all included with your stay. For your comfort and convenience, the unit has a central air conditioning system and an in-house washer/dryer.

Very sterile looking condo, outdoor patio furniture for livingroom, inadequate cooking supplies especially for when you are cooking and not going to restaurants. Wifi is hit and miss. Master tv didn’t work.

We had the best time! The villa was very clean, service was excellent. They provided a playpen for my 10 month old on short notice. Host was extremely responsive. Cannot wait to book again!

Perfect Villa on the Beach

The Beach Villa was everything as described. Our family had a great time and truly enjoyed the private beach access to the beautiful blue water. The host was also very prompt answering questions before the trip. The location was also very convenient to Atlantis resort for restaurants and other entertainment. It was a fantastic trip. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Would definitely stay again

First off, this unit definitely deserves it's positive reviews. The unit itself was very nicely renovated and has just about everything you would need for your stay. We really enjoyed the outside patio, which is arguably in the best spot of the entire complex with a direct view of the ocean and just steps away from the pool. Jordan is a great host and is extremely responsive to questions or any issues you may have during your stay. Our issues were quite small and he actually did more than he needed to remedy these. The property is far enough from Atlantis to avoid the crowds, but close enough to take the 10 minute walk to enjoy dinner and nightly entertainment if that is your thing. We, our teenage son and his friend (both 16) always felt safe going back and forth (not to mention nice wide sidewalks). Aquaventure is a little further down but a great option for the boys when they were looking for some more fun. Having the beach close by was another plus (just a few steps from the pool and down the stairs). Not too crowded but always something going on. Lastly, cannot stress enough how friendly everyone was that we encountered- a good-natured conversation can go a long way and we made friends that will last a lifetime. In a nutshell, we would definitely stay again!

Sunrise Villas the Location was Perfect

The location in Paradise Island was perfect. Wished Violas was open. That was quite a bummer not having food nearby. Really need a taxi to get around and that was OK. The amount of people flooded Atlantis from the cruise ships was very annoying. The surface cleaning was very good, but being allergic to dust, the vents could use some attention. I would recommend this condo and would stay again, but communicate to visit sites after 4 pm.

Exactly as you see it - BEAUTIFUL

We had a great time in this condo for a long weekend. Having the kitchen was great and now that we know the area, we will be doing more dinning in and grocery shopping. However, groceries are very expensive. The views from this place are fantastic, the pool is super nice and clean also. I will return here without a doubt! The only suggestion I have would be for new beach chairs and beach toys and boards for kids of all ages. We will be back for sure!

Lovely Development

The condo we stayed in was on the ground floor which was needed due to health issues of one of our party. We probably chose the wrong time of year for our visit as the pool water and ocean were somewhat chilly. The condo itself was very nice. We were a bit surprised to find out although it had 2 bathrooms neither was en-suite. They were both down a little hallway. Big bonus was this was the first condo we had rented over many years with a generous amount of hangars. Paradise Island is a great place to vacation - lots of restaurants on and just over the. Food/dining is very expensive so you need to plan accordingly. We ate in a few more times than we might have normally.

Great Location!

Our time here was great! The listing was exactly what it looked like online. Our family of 4 (all adults) stayed here for 10 days. This was our first time in the Bahamas/ on Paradise Island, and we all agreed that the location of this villa was perfect. A quick 2 minute walk to the beach (which was quiet, clean and beautiful every single day), an easy 10 min walk to shops and restaurants, and close to the Atlantis casino/ resort! It was also close to the port where private and group boat tours pick people up, and close to the ferry to Nassau. We even walked into Nassau one day from our villa, which wasn’t too bad either. Taxis are also easy to find near the villa, so it wasn’t hard to get places when we needed to. Checking in was smooth and simple, someone met us at the villa with our key when we arrived. We had access to two pools and beach front while we stayed here which was super convenient. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive to all of our questions and concerns throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time on our trip! The villa itself was clean, well kept and very spacious. We used the kitchen several times to make a few meals and were thankful it was well stocked with cooking utensils. The washer and dryer were so nice to have throughout the stay as well. Very comfortable and convenient all around! I would recommend this place to anyone who was planning to visit paradise island!

Beautiful villa right at the beach!

The property was exactly as listed. Big common areas for visiting and a spectacular location. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and modern and the poolside patio was awesome. The hosts were responsive and kind. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect escape for a couple or family

We have stayed with Jordan a few times now. The resort and spacious condo has all what you need for a wonderful time. Just steps away to a private Cabbage beach area and the views are extraordinary. We look forward to many more vacations at Jordan's place.

Great location on beach for families

Had a wonderful time in the unit which had great access to pools and the beach was a minute's walk away. The unit was spacious and allowed our two teens to spread out with their own bathroom. Really enjoyed using the patio in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a cocktail all while overlooking the pool and the sea in the background. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful place. The villa is a two minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Villa was super quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation would be if the villa had a beach umbrella to use. We had to pay $30 to use one.

Best Family Vacation

We had a great time. The condo was excellent. It had everything we needed. The location to the beach and shopping was perfect. We have stayed here before and always have had a relaxing holiday. See ya next holiday.

Beautiful place, ideal location

Jordan's place was clean, and spacious. Just what we needed for a long weekend away. The proximity to all of the action was hard to beat. Right on the best beach, and close to the Four Seasons/Atlantis area -- all a short walk. Quiet place with a decent pool which felt secure. We did have a power outage for a few hours after we arrived, and Jordan was ultra responsive in dealing with it. Thankfully, we were in paradise and out by the pool and wandering around anyways. Thanks Jordan!

Gem of a home

This property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean, Our condo immaculate & beautiful. Both bathrooms recently beautifully renovated. We particularly love the quiet location, with security gates surrounding the private villas. The owner was always quick to reply to each & every one of our emails. Beach chairs & cooler included with the rental. Large private outside patio with bar-b-que grill & with table & chairs was our spot for morning coffee, just steps from the crystal-clear pool. We walked to the Atlantis & also to the amazing Ocean Club with fantastic restaurant overlooking the ocean. This was our second stay here at this condo, we hope to book again. Thank you, Jordan! What a gem of a property!

We are a family of four who have frequently visited Nassau. We began coming here on cruise ships and quickly fell in love. Being from Northern Ontario, Canada we find Paradise Island to be the perfect escape from the winter weather. Prior to purchasing this unit, we spent time at various rental properties throughout Nassau before deciding that Paradise Island was where we prefer to be.
