Directly Across The Street From Grand Haven State Park, View Of Pier/Lighthouse

Our Cottage is directly across from the state park in Grand Haven. 5 bedroom, 2 bath home directly across the street from the state park, and completely renovated makes this cottage the perfect location with all the modern conveniences. The upper-level renovation was just completed in March of 2022 with updated decor, bedding, and new carpet.

We book from Saturday to Saturday all summer. We also book long weekends or a minimum of 2 days for the rest of the year. It is the perfect getaway year-round. In the summer you are steps away from the beach and in the fall and winter watch waves crash into the pier and lighthouse from the front four season room. The main floor has newer appliances including a washer and dryer. Marble counters with snack bar, wood plank flooring, and shiplap walls.

Huge deck with picnic table and gas grill with beautiful views of Lake Michigan. We are thrilled to present La Dolce Vita. Please email or call with questions.

This cottage is in a perfect location - right by the entrance to the state park. In the summer it might be louder at night with lots of cars going by, but we visited mid-September and everything was much quieter. We practically had the state park to ourselves during the week. The cottage came supplied with everything we needed, and the weather was beautiful. It is one of the nicest cottages we have rented in the last 10 years!

My husband and his 2 brothers grew up here and it’s been a couple of years since they were all together. This house works great! Single beds might not be made to support adults, but they work.

Amazing Girls Weekend

We stayed her for a weekend with a group of women and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone could sleep in their own bed which was a huge perk and we loved the location. The porch and sun room were great for morning coffee.

Great stay for a graduation weekend

Home is Cottage cute and close to the beach. Bathrooms are very small but everything you need for a fun time at the beach. Would recommend for a family or small group.

Location Location Location

Walking across the street to enjoy the sandy beach and waves of Lake Michigan was the best! The house suited our family very well. Grand Haven's walkways and streets allowed our family to get into town to enjoy the boats and fountain with ease. No problems at all.

Weekend away

Fantastic place with great accessibility to the beach right across the street. The home was equipped with everything we needed and was neat and clean. Enjoyed waking up and sitting on the deck taking in the views of Lake Michigan!

A Week at the Beach

A nice home located across the street from Grand Haven State Park. Great beach access and a five minute bike ride to downtown GH. Very well maintained, very clean and very liveable for our extended family. Nice neighbors as well.

My husband, our 2 adult children and significant others along with husband’s youngest brother and his wife all stayed here. Considering GH - location is pretty flat, close to most attractions, ample parking and directly across from the beach!!!! Everyone in our group LOVED this location

Cute and close to everything

Cottage was everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping room for the six of us. Lake Michigan view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our stay was in the fall and the trees were beautiful. Definitely recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay in Grand Haven for our family girls’ weekend! The house was spotless, perfectly located, and had gorgeous views with such a peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like the perfect home away from home.During our trip we enjoyed shopping, walking out to the pier, and had an amazing dinner at Snug Harbor. The highlight, though, was simply having quiet, quality time together to bond as a family.Stacey, our host, was fantastic—very accommodating with quick response times. I accidentally left my purse behind and she kindly helped me get back into the house, even though she was busy hosting a football party at the time. That level of kindness and flexibility meant so much!We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our time together. Thank you, Stacey, for making our trip so special!

We have been spending time in Grand Haven our whole lives. It has been a dream to own property in Grand Haven and we are excited to present La Dolce Vita "the sweet life" . We want to make this property one that you want to come back to year after year.

You will love this property from the moment you pull in the large parking area equipped for 4 cars. You are directly across the street from the state park without any steps in your way. The family room opens to the dining room and kitchen with a snack bar. The sunroom is my favorite room in the house where you can people-watch in the summer or watch the waves crash onto the shore and against the pier in the windy fall and winter season. With 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is room to sleep 10 privately and comfortably.
