River Valley Vacation Rentals presents this adorable, color enriched patio home so close to everything! Just minutes to A&M down Wellborn Rd. , it's a convenient game day or special event home. Our corporate guests love it too because of the comfortable furnishings and fully appointed kitchen. We love it's smaller, compact size at 1278 s.f. and low maintenance. That means we can offer it for up to 6 guests for a moderate, reasonable price. You really will not find a better alternative to temporary housing in the area. Way more beautiful and spacious than 3 hotel rooms! It is newly renovated with gorgeous easy care wood laminate flooring and modern fixtures. It has an amazing floor plan with a private master king bedroom and private bath, a queen bedroom with separate vanity and large walk in closet, third bedroom with twin beds and separate vanity and walk in closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a tub and toilet.

The home has a sizable private back patio which is fenced and is appointed with wrought iron furniture and a gas grill.

PLEASE NOTE AS OF 2021: WE ARE NOW ONLY ACCEPTING STAYS OF MORE THAN 30 DAYS.

Guests must obtain a PO Box at USPS or elsewhere to receive mail. Packages can be delivered to door only and not left in USPS parcel box on site.

One pet with pet interview. No puppies or large pets or dangerous breeds. Contact management.

B/CS for the holidays

This condo was a super option for my sister, her two young kids (6 & 2) and I to spend the holidays in B/CS so we could visit with family and friends. Everything was super clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels! Having access to laundry was a SUPER bonus since we were there 7+ days. Everyone who came by to visit us commented on how great the place was, how much room there was, how well stocked and what a great idea it was for us to do this. Location was easy to get to and a short drive to campus. We especially liked the decor and comfortable furniture. I'm pretty sure we had neighbors, but we never heard them! This is our second VRBO rental when visiting family, one in Walla Walla, WA and now College Station, TX and so far we've hit home runs with both! Gig'em Class of '89!!

Definitely would stay here again

I had a wonderful experience, from check in to check out. This property is in a great location -convenient to shopping, parks, and Texas A&M. Easy check in. Very clean and spacious. Received quick response to any questions I had. Definitely would stay here again.

We had some difficulty understanding the cable TV. They came right over and helped us. We loved every minute there. The beds were so, so comfortable. We felt like family. I sure hope we can stay again next year.

Cozy Accommodations!

This was the perfect cottage for my family of five! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their space. My children loved the soft comfy blankets that that were in the closet. They like to snuggle with a soft blanket. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great! Every bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and lotion. We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much for a pleasant stay!

Comfy stay for Parents Weekend

The cottage is cozy and was fine for the 4 of us staying for the weekend. The family room furniture is a bit worn and uncomfortable. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also appreciated the liquid soap, shampoo and hair dryers provided. A few in our group prefer bar soap for showers- something the owners might take into consideration. We would stay there again - it’s nice to be able to stay with friends in a comfortable home! Thank you!

Comfortable, Convenient, Cute!

In that order! This patio home is decked out with the most comfortable beds and living room furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs and the knives are sharp! (Our past experiences have been dull knives so often, I bring my own!) The outdoor space has a grill and outdoor table. It is small but plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. The location is very convenient to Texas A&M, just 5- 7 minutes to Kyle Field. I must admit that I hate to review it so well...I would like to keep it as my secret cottage in College Station. It's like sharing your great babysitter! Gig Em!

Comfortable and convenient

The condo was great for a five-day work trip with my family. It's very spacious, comfortable beds, nice and clean. I liked that it had a Roku with Netflix, etc. in addition to cable TV. Internet worked well. There was a playground within walking distance for my 2-year old. Would definitely use again. Despite the location on Fraternity Row, noise was never an issue.

A perfect place for our family's Christmas away from home!

This cute and very clean condo is in a lovely, quiet area with nice amenities including comfortable beds and plenty of towels for our four night stay with four people. The owners and management have done a great job of anticipating the needs of their guests as evidenced by the little touches everywhere ( a lit Christmas tree on the counter, tissues in every room, extra supplies, etc.). The location was great for visiting nearby family and we would love to stay there again!

Nice place close to campus

I didn't realize the address of this place was Fraternity Row when we booked this. However, if you do notice, don't let it deter you! Nice, quiet, comfortable house great for a couple getaway. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again!

Great Place and Location

We stayed here during graduation weekend this year. The home was beautiful, clean and located close enough to the campus. This is a cozy place to stay. The neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful. A minor issue we experienced was an ant problem, but the property manager took care of it right away and we didn't have another issue with ants for the rest of our stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Neat, clean, LOVED it!!

This was a great option for our family, it had plenty of room, was neat and clean, and had a much better feel than a hotel room. The area it was located, I also felt completely safe & secure. The alarm was set when we arrived and I set it off, I texted the property manager and he arrived in just a few minutes to take care of it. When the need arises we will definitely stay here again.

I am growing River Valley Vacation Rentals and looking for wonderful owners and gorgeous property like this one! We selected it specifically to in our growing portfolio of elite short term rental properties. It is located in a premium area, just minutes down Wellborn Rd. to Texas A&M. It is on the shuttle bus route, very easy maintenance and just the right size for smaller guest parties (up to 6-7 guests).
