In the colder months enjoy lower rates and less crowds with cross-country and backcountry skiing, winter hiking, winter biking, and shopping just a short distance away!

The Fine Print:

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund***
- Bookings canceled between 7 and 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund***
- Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

-Community pool availability is weather-dependent and managed solely by the neighborhood HOA. The pool is open from approximately late March-October, but varies by year. If pool access is important for your stay, we suggest confirming availability with Reservations before booking and/or altering your plans as necessary.

House was clean, fully stocked, and in a great location close to town. We had a group of 19 which the 3 units fully accommodated. We had the best time and enjoyed this place. Will book again. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive to all needs.

Very clean, well appointed. Convenient location, we took the beach cruiser bikes out to go bar hopping on a whim and it was a highlight of our stay. Simple, clear communication without being overbearing. Simple check in/check out process. Exactly what it says it is. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Amazing location, great accommodations, super responsive!

This was outstanding for our intergenerational reunion. The 3 units were all very well equipped in all ways (including the details in the kitchen for cooking, coffee, etc.; linens, towels, etc.). The location was incredible - very short drive to the entrance of Arches NP, and great red rock views out the windows. The pool area was nice and the kids used it a lot. Grill worked great! Property manager was super responsive and tremendously helpful. Would absolutely recommend this and I'd stay there again for sure!

80th birthday

Rented three units. We had a total of 14 people. The three units gave everyone privacy when needed and allowed for easy gatherings and meals together. Everyone in the party loves the places and would rent again! Location is great and the units themselves were awesome! Very clean, spacious and well stocked. We had no issues at all. Main activities for the week were mountain biking, hiking, 4-wheeling and sight seeing. I highly recommend these rentals!!

Great Place! Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

These units were better than expected. Everything was very clean and well furnished. The mattresses and furniture were comfortable and in great shape. The kitchen area is very large and well furnished with most items you would need. The pool and spa area was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Experience during long stay

We had a large group and needed a lot of space. This property was perfect and the hosts were very attentive and hospitable. I would recommend this property and will stay again when back in Moab.
