North Myrtle Beach vacation rental Xanadu II unit 203 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo with the best views on the beach - literally! Located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo on the 2nd floor will soon be your favorite vacation destination for years to come. You have a large wrap around balcony to sit on and take in the fresh ocean breeze - great place to relax any time of day!

Unit 203 has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks while you are here. The dining area seats four at the table. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, television, and balcony access. The second bedroom has two twin beds, television and balcony access. There is another full bathroom that you can access via the hallway or the twin bedroom. The living room is bright, airy, and has a great view of the beach! Its a great place to lounge around and watch a movie after a long day at the beach. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen sleeper if additional space is needed. There is free wifi access at unit 203. Pets are not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed. This is a non-smoking condo. Families only. No student groups.

North Myrtle Beach vacation condo rental has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Linens and departure cleaning are provided for all daily and weekly condo rentals so all you need to bring are beach towels! Xanadu II has an elevator, on-site parking, and outdoor pool, and pool deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing. Grocery stores, restaurants, fishing piers, and many of the popular Myrtle Beach attractions are all very nearby.

Linens and departure clean are included in the total of this rental.

Great view and location, even if the weather doesn't cooperate!

If you don't want to be in the thick of spring break humans, perfect location. Access to the beach was literally an elevator ride away. The views from the condo were great from any room. Furniture was a little dated, but luckily we weren't visiting the furniture :-)

Roomy beach condo

This was a wonderful size for our family trip. Close to everything and just far enough away to be out of the busy area. Can’t wait to go back next spring!

Great place

Only place we could find that both bedrooms open up to oceanfront balcony; not only that, but living room had sliders to balcony as well. Big plus!! Will absolutely stay here again!!

A Lovely Place at the Beach

This beach themed condo was just what our family needed for a relaxing week at the beach. The unit had some wear and tear from previous guests, but the owners clearly put some care into it.

Great North Myrtle Beach Location

This condo is in a great location in Cherry Grove, close to shopping and dining and the beach was not too crowded. The building is a little older but seems to be well-maintained. Parking is plentiful and the direct beach access is convenient. The check-in process was quick and easy.

Wonderful beach week.

Our main goal in picking a vacation property is quick access to the beach and a good view, and this condo did not disappoint. Every room except for the bathrooms have amazing views of the beach. We could leave our gear on the beach all day and keep an eye on it when we came inside for lunch. You could tell the unit was older, some cracks and stains here or there, but nothing that detracted from the stay at all. We would not hesitate to come back.

Location is everything

Condo is located in a great part of NMB and yes its right on the beach. The condo is spacious and the deck is huge overlooking the beach. We enjoyed being on the second floor because its quick and easy to go back and forth yet high enough to see down on the ocean from the deck. Weather wasn't very good first half of the week but thats mother nature. Check in/out procedure no issues or problems. Overall a great week!

Relaxing and enjoyable with great balcony.

The coffee maker didn’t work. (I don’t drink coffee, but my husband does). He just bought a new one & used it & just brought it home. It was Windy most days. Great location at beach. Enjoyed icecream places. Great walks on the beach. Price was affordable for my family of four for Condo.

Very quiet and relaxing

The property was very clean. The kitchen had all the dishes and cooking utensils that you would need. The large ocean front balcony is wonderful. The only negative was the electrical receptacles especially the master bath.They need updating. The plug for my dryer kept falling out if I moved the cord very much . I would definitely stay here again .

The place needs a major update. The unit is overpriced for what you get. We had to buy PVC cement to repair the balcony furniture to keep it from falling over. We typically go to Surfside/Garden City but wanted a nice change, this was not it!

A Disappointing Condo

This property is very tired and has not been well maintained through the years. The lighting is poor in the kitchen. No one has passed a mop under the beds in quite some time, nor dusted the surfaces of all furniture. We actually left several days early.

Some concerns

I had a few concerns with the security of the building. The front doors were always open and unlocked so anyone can get to any floor. The dryer wasnt worked and the bathrooms were very dated. The staff at the leasing office was very short when I called with questions and didn't seem to be friendly or warm. However it was what was pictured and expected. For a quick beach getaway in the off season it was adequate.

Older Condo but comfortable!

The pictures of the condo are accurate. The unit is a little older but the furnishings are nice and the couches were very comfortable. It was also nice to have full carpeting instead of tile floors, which seem more the norm. The beds were also good- the mattress in the master is a little on the soft side. The unit is right on the beach so the view is good and has easy beach access. The TV system was a little wonky to get to play a DVD- we couldn't find instructions but figured it out. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, bowls and silverware, however there were not extra trash bags provided. Also we couldn't find any hotpads. What attracted us to this unit was the price- it seemed this year all the pricing went up by 20% or more over last year, however this unit was quite affordable. The people at Seaside were easy to deal with and were quick to respond to emails. We give the unit 4 stars as it could use an upgrade to the second bedroom TV and the somewhat "used looking" condition of some of the furnishings. If you can look beyond that this is a good unit at a fair price and has our recommendation and would stay here again ourselves. The Myers

Confusing

The furnishings were nice and seemed newer, however the unit itself needs a lot of attention. The window and ceiling above the bath tub is in dire need of repair. There were also dead flies in the window sill behind the master bed. And room darkening blinds would be great. It was like daylight in the room at night from the lights next door. We put up our beach towels to darken the room. The fan in the bathroom is very old and does not work. The trim around the doors and windows seems to be rotting. The front door is in dire need of paint. It immediately looks shabby compared to the neighbor's door. There is rust on the column on the patio that needs attention. We thought the bed was extremely comfortable! Loved the view, loved having our morning coffee and evening wine on the patio. We have owned a total of 5 Vacation rentals in Texas and Colorado and wanted to extend our thoughts on the property repairs. Fixing these will enhance client's stays and may increase income. Nice, needs some maintenance

We enjoyed our stay here. Overall it was the good location and property in many ways, but with some minor tweaking, it could have been great. The rooms are nice sized with comfortable beds and decent sized bathrooms. The large corner balcony was the best part of the entire place. The large windows in the living area felt like we were on a cruise ship. I really enjoyed the layout. The kitchen was a bit worn feeling, but had ample supplies and more than enough silverware and glassware. Some things that needed attention: the door knob on the entry door was loose and not secure feeling. The only thing keeping the door locked was the deadbolt. Sink and shower fixtures had cheap plastic knobs to turn and were of a quality found in low end hotels. The shower heads were old, and would have seemed much improved with a simple $10-20 new head. The new luxury vinyl floor was very nice looking and maintenance free, BUT it needed a good cleaning-which made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the place. White socks worn across the floor were black in no time, barefeet needed to be washed before crawling into a clean bed. There were plenty of extra pillows in the closet, but no extra pillowcases. The dryer needed repair and we did not dare run the dishwasher as when you opened the door, it seemed to fall out of its cubby area. The bedroom slider glass when I opened the curtain ALL of the way, was filthy and had a film on it that had not been cleaned for a long time. All of these "little" things would not be costly, nor difficult to do but would have left a better impression.
