Casa Carlos is a modern luxury villa comprising of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private heated pool and Internet.SKY SPORTS FILM PACKAGE , UK CHANNELS SMART TV. 46 IN SCREEN The villa is in a quiet residential area but is just a few minutes walk from the many shops, bars and restaurants and an 7 minute stroll to the lovely beach of Las Cucharas. Costa Teguise is only a 10 minute drive from the airport and boasts some of the most luxurious hotels and complexes together with a golf course and aqua park. The villa is close to excursion pick up points, taxi and bus routes so car rental is not necessary.

Beautiful villa of high standard , great location 10 minutes walk to sea , shop close by villa very well equipped , pool was lovely and well maintained, jackie was a great host prompt in answering and was very informative with directions to villa and points of info highly recommend

Fantastic Villa

This is probably one of the best Villas we have stayed in, very spotlessly clean everything you would need for self catering very comfortable bed pool was lovely and warm very close to beach and a spar supermarket 5minutes away will definitely stay again

Beautiful Villa in a Great Location

The Villa is in a lovely quiet area located about a 20 minute walk to the square, there are a few restaurants, bars & big Spa supermarket 5 at the bottom of the zig zag path (5 minute walk). The Villa was spotless & the bedding smelt amazing. It’s very spacious, really well kept with lovely furniture & having a TV with English channels is a bonus. The kitchen had everything that you needed. The pool area has comfy sun lounges, dining table & another seating area so you can sit in the sunshine at all times of the day. Communication with Jackie was excellent, she asked our time of arrival & said that we could drop our cases off while the Villa was still being cleaned. She send useful information about the Villa & location. We have been to Costa Teguise many times, this was our favourite that we have stayed in & would definitely book again. One thing that would make it perfect would be a privacy screen on the end wall make the pool area completely private from the apartments opposite.

So very glad we booked this villa.

Casa Carlos provided us with a brilliantly appointed base in a very convenient location. Outside space is excellent with comfortable sunbeds and deck furniture which can be moved to catch the sun all day long. The pool was scrupulously maintained and the walled setting would make it very safe for children. Our weather was disappointing so we did not swim or use the bbq but that factor made the inside facilities all the more inviting. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard : dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven etc were all grand but what we really appreciated was that cutlery and crockery were of high standard and as for glasses - wine goblets both white and red, water tumblers, whiskey, highball - loads of mugs and some very classy serving dishes. The bedrooms were well-appointed with comfortable Superkingsize in main with ensuite. Loads of cupboard space with more hangers than we could ever use : these were the small details that made the villa worth the extra. The living room had large flatscreen tv with dvd and music centre. Lots of books and games with info on the island also were welcome. The villa is a five minute walk to the promenade and there are convenient supermarkets, restaurants etc just at the bottom of the windy shortcut around the corner from Casa Carlos. The main square of the resort is ten minutes max on foot and there are loads of shops, perfumeries and restaurants along the way. We enjoyed all that Casa Carlos had to offer during our two week stay and would certainly book it again should we return to Costa Teguise.

February Costa Tequise

Very quiet location....too quiet for us. Villa tidy and clean. Swimming pool temp set too low for this time of year however this was rectified two days after we contacted the manager. Pool very shallow. Half the pool only as deep as half a metre until final foot at end which managed to get to 1.80. Not good for swimmers, better for children. Price quoted is not for the rental of the villa but for two people, which i found very strange, as i have a property in spain and the price you see advertised is the same no matter how many people use the property up to the maximum capacity. Which made this property very expensive for 10 days in feb. Would i use this property again? No. But thats just personal taste.

Great Villa Holiday

The Villa is located a short walk from many amenities. In general the area is quiet, clean, with no issues of noise or rowdy tourists. The Villa itself was clean, the pool was a good size and warm. The interior was welcoming, with a welcome pack provided and good WIFI and TV package. Very comfortable bed and plenty of spare bedding, if required. The kitchen was adequate, however If you wished to cook for a family some additional utensils would be advantageous. All in all this is a great Villa in a great location, the communication with Jackie was excellent and I would not hesitate to book the Villa in the future. In fact we are thinking of heading back to the Villa in July if free!

Great villa, great families

This was our first villa experience and it will be difficult to go back to the 'all inclusive' culture. The property is as listed on the website but didn't realise how big the villa was - loads of room for a family of four. The pool was just right for young kids (8 & 4). The location is really, really quiet, heard nothing but the rustle of palm trees. It's a 10 min walk to the bars and resturants, there's a SPAR 2 mins away. Overall, an excellent week away and would definitely use again. Thanks Jackie

Beautiful villa which exceeded expectations!!

I travelled to Lanzarote with my 2 teenage sons and my parents who are both in their 70's. At the time of booking I had lots of questions and Jackie the owner always answered promptly and in a friendly and informative manner. When we arrived at Casa Carlos we were very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of this beautiful villa - it felt like 'home from home' immediately. After our long journey we were very grateful for the refreshments (water, milk, orange juice and wine) which was left in the fridge for us. For more provisions there is a well stocked Spar at the bottom of winding, sloping path and is a 5 minute walk from the villa. The beach is approximately a 10 minute stroll away and we ate out most nights near the Square which is a 15 minute stroll away. The pool was a great place to cool off and a big hit with my sons. The villa is in a lovely, quiet location within easy walking distance of everything Costa Teguise has to offer. My mum, who has breathing problems was unable to make the walk, but we were aware of this at the time of booking and overcame this by her getting a taxi into town which was around 3 euros each way so this wasn't a big issue for us. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Carlos and will definitely recommend this beautiful villa to our friends and family.

Fabulous Christmas stay

The villa more than lived up to our expectations, pictures don't do it justice. Nicely styled rooms, lovely fitted new ensuite bathroom, really comfortable bed and sofa. The large outsude space meant we could make the most of the sun moving over to the sofa/chairs for the sunset each day. The villa had everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone.10 min walk to seafront and various bars,restaurants...

Lovely break in a fantastic villa.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Costa Teguise, the villa is set back in a quieter location but still close to the action with shops, bars and the beach all within easy walking distance (no need for a car, although there is parking if required) There property is slightly elevated so a little uphill from the beach, but unless you have mobility issues this should not really be a problem. Jackie the owner was great throughout, we had to make some changes after booking the villa and she was so accommodating, she also provided information on the local area and the island, including sights, restaurants etc, which meant we could really make the most of our time. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious, and had everything we required. The outside space and pool were fantastic. There were all the essentials stocked for us at the villa on arrival, which meant there was no need to rush out as soon as we got there, which was definitely appreciated. We had a fantastic time and I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to others.

Perfect location fabulous property

Casa Carlos is perfectly situated in a very peaceful part of Costa Teguise, yet close enough to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The villa is very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped with everything you need. I was impressed to find needles and threads, spare light bulbs and a suitcase scale! Jackie was a great host via email, always prompt in replying to our questions. We would highly recommend Casa Carlos. Thank you Jackie, we had a great stay.
