Cozy condo/town home with great views of Moreno Valley to the North and Angel Fire ski mountain to the SE as seen through large windows. Bright sun exposure all day.

2 BR / 2 Bath (w/ futon in sun room that can sleep 2. Great for kids). Cozy 2 sofa living area with wood burning fireplace. Fiber optic high speed wireless Internet access (50 Mbps) throughout.

Flat screen, hi-res TV in living area via digital antenna (no satellite cable). DVD player. Nice vintage Marantz Stereo receiver, CD player, w/ high end Bose speakers in main living area. iPod/iPhone accessable to stereo thru AUX setting via provided mini stereo headphone cable. (Bring mini stereo to Lightning connector adaptor for recent iPhones)

Nice patio with view of Mt. Wheeler. Propane BBQ grill. Large deck off upstairs bedroom with view of ski slopes.

Upstairs bedroom has full bath, stereo and high res TV w/ built in DVD player.

Nicely appointed interior. Well stocked kitchen with recent appliances update. Eclectic original artwork throughout. Large variety of books on NM area and various literature in book case. Full size LG front loading washer and dryer. High end linens, blankets, comforters and quilts.

Really comfortable, relaxing experience that feels like home. Please be sure to sign and browse leather bound Guest Book spanning 30 years of guests. Enjoy!

Keno’s Cozy Condo was everything and more! Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfortable, and the condo is in the perfect location! Keno was easy to connect with and the perfect host! Would stay here again and again! You will not regret booking the Cozy Condo for your Angel Fire stay!

Our Short but Wonderful Stay in Angel Fire, NM

From the moment we arrived in the picturesque town of Angel Fire, New Mexico, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled among the majestic Sangre de Cristo Mountains, our stay at the condo offered the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, a true sanctuary from the everyday hustle. Upon reaching the condo, we were immediately impressed by its inviting exterior.Stepping into the condo, we were delighted by the cozy and thoughtfully designed interior. The large windows provided breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals after a day of exploring. We enjoyed the crisp, pine-scented air. The bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The condo’s location was truly unbeatable. Just minutes from the Angel Fire Resort. Everything was within reach. We took advantage of the local grocery stores in Angel Fire and Taos to stock up on essentialsOne of the most delightful surprises of our stay was the abundance of wildlife and vibrant wildflowers right outside our door. Hummingbirds were enjoying the wildflowers planted by the entry as well as the mint and herbs planted on the back patio. We were treated to daily sightings of deer and their graceful fawns, curious rabbits, and even caught a glimpse of a bear from a safe distance. Just loved this condo. It had AMAZING views from every window. It was so peaceful and the hiking is right across the street!! Lovely place!

Great stay and location

The pictures do not show the amazing place and location this is! Easy walk to the brewery, restaurants, and grocery store. A short distance to Frontier park for the farmers market and town events. We will definitely be staying here again! The host was more than accommodating and responded quickly! Check in and check out was also made super easy!

Cozy and amazing - more than expected!

As mentioned by others pictures did not do this place justice! It is so precious and comfortable! Keno and the property manager were also extremely responsive. So nice to be able to walk to brewery and be at the ski resort in 2 minutes! Book your stay - you will love it.

We loved our stay here, the condo was perfect for our family and Keno was very accommodating.

The condo was great and just a short drive to all the activities. Keno was very accommodating and available to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend this place!

Summer getaway

Awesome comfy home. Great location! Walk to the brewery, the Mexican restaurant, the grocery store, Zebs, the sandwich store the hardware store AND the two Dollar stores. Lots of wildlife saw a bear, lots of deer including group of 8 beautiful bucks and elk. Great views of the balloon festival. Short drive to golf course. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Angel Fire Gem

This was our first family ski trip and we are not familiar with New Mexico but we thought Angel Fire would be a great first snow experience. We found the listing and loved the uniqueness of the house. The pictures do not do it justice! It is super roomy, the living space is heavenly with the large warm fireplace. We have three teens and they had plenty of room and our room was upstairs with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. We walked to the brewery up the road and had access to the grocery store and gas station. The resort was less than 2 miles away so skiing and sledding were a breeze. Thank you, Keno, for the most memorable vacation!

Would definitely stay again

Our family of 4 just returned from a spring break ski trip to Angel Fire. I was a little apprehensive about the size of the house, based on pictures (you never can really be sure.) But, all previous reviews were excellent, and now we know why! The house was perfect! More than enough space for the 4 of us (another family could have easily come; letting kids sleep in the sunroom.) The location was great, about a 3 minute drive to the base of the slope and a short walk from the brewery. It's very well-equipped; we had more than we needed to make dinners and be comfortable for meals and just relaxing. We LOVED the sunroom, and spent a lot of time reading on the swing., Keno was super responsive, and the trip was great. Five stars ++

Great views and access to green belt trails

This was our first time staying in Angel Fire, but we’ll definitely be back. We came for the cooler temps, mountain biking, and hiking. Plus we didn’t want to leave our pup behind. The place was well stocked. Some of it likely left behind by previous guests, but much of it helpfully labeled with a date. We thought the place had AC, but with nighttime temps in the 50s, it really wasn’t missed. The nearby grocery store kept us well supplied and we got to meet some friendly locals at the farmers market.

Comfortable Condo!

My husband and I took our 2 Shih tzus to Angel Fire/Eagle Nest for the 4th of July holiday. Condo was very clean, spacious, and very well stocked for just about anything. Had a great time!

Comfortable and Wonderful lodging

This house was really beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and the owner and property manager were extremely responsive the couple of times when we had a question. My family of 4 had so much space and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Cozy and relaxing!

Our family of 5 found this to be a second home! Just a few minutes from the lifts to avoid the crowds was great. Views are incredible from the front and back! Brewery is just a short walk away and other food places are around the corner. We found it to be a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked to be able to make any meal needed. Very well maintained. Clean and inviting. Full size washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator was nice to have for our large family! We will definitely stay here again!
