We are proud to offer our family ranch-home for your stay. Accommodations for 10. A 1-night stay rate is available upon request. Westview Ranch is a working ranch consisting of 106 acres of gorgeous pasture land, woods, and lake. The sunsets from the back patio are only rivaled by the stunning starry nights. Peaceful... located miles from the sounds of the city. Rural setting, yet highly civilized enough to say "you were not roughing it". Rates are based on double occupancy of each bedroom.
The ranch is to be tailored to be an ADULT experience: no children or pets.

Fun Working Trip

Our design firm traveled to Round Top for the Antiques Show and stayed at wonderful Westview Ranch! It was a beautiful place! The house was so clean and tidy and the provisions were wonderful! Scott was a great host!

Beautiful property and gracious host!

We had a wonderful time and would stay again! The entire check in and check out process was very smooth, and the house was clean and well-maintained. Scott was a very gracious host during our stay. He even took us out on a tour of his property and introduced us to his cows and donkeys, which everyone in our party enjoyed very much. Beautiful, serene sunrises and sunsets. Perfect Country Home

The country home was a perfect place for our Round Top shopping trip. It was only about a 20 minute drive. The house was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed feeding the cows cubes. The donkeys were so adorable. We will be back! Thank you!

I canā€™t say enough about this great property. Excellent country setting, quiet, scenic, and plenty of room to stretch out. The home is extremely clean, organized, and decorated. The host, Scott, is very attentive and personable- which is greatly appreciated.

New Year's Weekend

Great property to rent. Everybody/couple had their own room. Plenty of space to be together and to be apart. Owner was very helpful with any of our questions and needs. Property was very quiet and peaceful, yet not too far from good places to eat

Great for Antique Week!

Home was very clean and spacious. Drawers in the kitchen and light switches throughout the house were labelled which was made things so easy. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, cows to greet you in the morning over coffee - it made for a perfect Girls Trip to Antique Week!

Wonderful property. Pictures donā€™t do it justice. Beautiful acres of rolling hills with majestic longhorns and funny donkeys. The furniture is pure Texas elegance set in very spacious and comfortable rooms with amazing views. The Scott and his lovely family welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Hated to leave and we will be back.

Community group getaway

Small womanā€™s church group staying here while participating in the Roundtop activities. Location was about 20 minutes away, house was very well maintained. Only thing is the water smells like sulfur and moth balls. If those two things were corrected Iā€™d give this a 5+ rating!!

Awesome View.. Extremely Clean

We had a Family Reunion here because it was centrally located for us. The weather was Awesome and the view from the back porch was fantastic. We grilled on the gas grill that was provided and made a small fire in the fire pit on the back porch. The cows visited us during the day. They are very impressive longhorns. Large game/family room was nice to gather and entertain. We even used some of their on site services.

Friends Trip

The house was wonderful and the setting was very bucolic. The house was spacious, very clean, well stocked and had lots of appreciated and unexpected amenities. The views at sunset were spectacular! We used it as a jumping off point to visit Houston, San Antonio, Austin, etc. It was so nice to come back to the ranch at the end of the day. The best part was watching the livestock roam the fields in a picture perfect setting. The owner was very nice and responsive. He even gave us a tour of the ranch. We would definitely stay here again!

Little piece of heaven!!!

Couldnā€™t have been a more amazing experience! The home was so welcoming, clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and gracious, showed us around his beautiful property and helped us out several times. The ranch was so beautiful and the animals were idyllic. The Texas blue bonnet flowers, Texas long horns and friendly donkeys had us all smitten. If we could give it 10 stars we would! Will definitely be back. Happily and whole-heartedly give our highest recommendation. Thank you for having us in your little piece of heaven!

Outstanding Home and Host

I am almost hesitant to write this review since I do not want other people booking this place up! A group of six women stayed at the ranch last Monday and Tuesday night during Antiques Week. Most of us had never been to Round Top and after we saw the property, we were pretty convinced that we could just hang out there and blow off the Antiques Fair. The property is immaculate. The beds are super comfortable, great A/C (which is important to me), and room for everyone to spread out. The outside porch view was fantastic and watching and learning about the longhorn cattle and the donkeys was an extra plus. The host, Scott was super helpful, flexible, and welcoming. The fact that he lived next door and was very reachable was a big source of comfort for a bunch of women out in the middle of nowhere. I highly recommend this place and we all thought it would be worth coming back just to enjoy the property again.
