Hi Hayreddin, Thanks for your honest review; yes the washing machine stopped working during the turnaround from the previous guests' stay. This caused a problem for the cleaning staff resulting in your towels and sheets not being ready for your arrival the next day approximately an hour after your arrival. I apologise for not getting the machine repaired before your departure but you were only booked in for 4 days and this is Northern Cyprus so you departed before we could arrange repair. We can be better we will be better. Stu

Dear Colin, Thank you for your fantastic review. I think that you have accurately conveyed the essence of our apartment and what we are trying to provide for our visitors. On investigation, I discovered that the satalite aerial lead had become disconected from the rear of the satalite receiver box and that a flexible metal hot water pipe was kinked and so was partially restricting the flow of hot water; both sorted now.
