The apartment is ideal for families being spacious and on the ground floor overlooking the gardens. It has a large gated patio with table and chairs and only 5 steps or ramp up to the pool. It is partly shaded from the sun.It is ideal for wheelchairs and buggies as there are no steps at all to the apartment. It is on the friendly and popular Victoria Court 2 complex with shop bar and restaurant. It is the only ground floor apartment on Victoria court 2 with 2 bathrooms and without steps.

TOTAL RATE QUOTED IS FOR 4 PEOPLE ONLY THERE IS ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR EXTRA PERSONS.

Great, relaxing location

Victoria Court 2 is a lovely, friendly place to stay with a relaxing vibe and close to beach, lots of bars and resturants. The property its self is quite dark inside due to no windows with natural light but this suited us as we slept well and it was somewhere to come when it got too hot ! The patio is also shaded but again this was nice for us. The location of the apartment is close to the gated pool area which was a bonus. The apartment was well equipped and plenty of room for our family of 5. We would definitely return!

Perfect apartment, perfect location. Only downside was no floats or balls, were allowed in the pool, kids were a bit disappointed. Easy check in and at check out Hazel kindly allowed us to keep apartment longer as we had a late flight. Would 100% go back.

Fab holiday great location for a family

The property was presented as in the photos, the room setup was ideal for us as we have 3 teenage girls so they could sleep comfortably together with their own bathroom. The owner was really easy to communicate with, she promptly sorted out a minor issue and was understanding when I locked us out on the final day! The location of the apartment - ground floor- is great for the pool and has lots of shade which is great in the Tenerife heat. The pool is lovely and I feel the pictures don’t do it justice. The location is so good for restaurants and the beach both can be easily walked to.

Sitting out in the terrace does not get any sunshine and the apartment needs the lights on as its quite dark inside that's the only fault it has

Very respectfully complex

Property has good and bad points. Good layout , Two large bedrooms & Two bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe storage. kitchen ok and sitting area comfortable, outside area huge but lacks sunshine until mid afternoon. Property a little dated and needs some renovation. Beds definitely need upgrading.

Absolutely horrendous

It was functional. Like living in a cave. Needed updating and decorating removing woodchip paper. Iron wire lethal and broken bed but most of all no veranda to sunbathe which is what we wanted. Glad to be home.

I am sorry the apartment was not too your liking. There is a large patio with table and chairs that gets partial sun as per the vrbo apartment description. I wasn’t aware the spare bed, that was surplus to your requirements, had loose slats this has now been repaired. The walls in all the apartments are stipulated plaster and not wood chip. In order for any problems you encountered to be rectified immediately the management office is on the complex as per instructions sent out to you.

The owner was terrible communication

It was like being in a dungeon. Also soft furnishings stank no Air con .Well it was fitted but no remote we couldn't get into the apparment on arrival .And couldn't contact the owner. We had to get a taxi and book into a hotel for the first night. She responded to an urgent email the following morning. So the cost of hotel and taxis we were £90 euro out of pocket. That's not taking into the stress factor .

I am disappointed the apartment was not to your liking and as we discussed on the telephone I was on an aircraft when you were trying to contact me with no signal and I contacted you as soon as I got your message. There is a 24 hour emergency number on the office door just along from the apartment but it appears you were dialling the incorrect number. Full instructions with complex map and apartment number were sent to you 2 weeks before your departure and as we discussed on the telephone you were at the wrong apartment. I have passed your comments re linen etc onto the cleaning management. We have had the apartment and the same cleaning management for 35 years and we have clients returning year after year and it was unfortunate it wasn’t to your liking .

Dark shared patio

The apartment is large and spacious but it is very dark as it is underneath the other apartments. There is no sun at all on the patio and the apartment behind has to walk through the patio to get to their door so there is zero privacy. The fan and light in one bedroom didn’t work we reported this but it was never mended. There were cockroaches we reported this but we were told by the complex office that the apartment is not on an annual contract so nobody came to fumigate we were told to use bug spray which doesn’t control the problem just kills the ones running around. There was an air conditioning unit that didn’t work. There are other apartments on the same complex for the same price that have private sunny balconies so we feel we paid too much for a shared dark patio with no fan/light and a cockroach problem. The pictures do not reflect the lack of sun and light.

I am so sorry the apartment position was not to your liking. I was not aware of the cockroach situation I can only assume this was the cause of some major works being carried out underneath the apartments in the last few weeks. I checked with the last guests in the week before and they only had a few.The apartment has to be empty for fumigation so this has now been rectified along with the fan. When you book through VRBO you do pay extra for their services and security.

Fab apartment!!

Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Only five minute walk to beach, supermarket and local bars and restaurants so great location Be aware that you are charged two euros to hire a sunbed each day. Wasn’t a major issue as the pool was stunning and just the right temperature. The development is very quiet which we loved. Friendly neighbours too Would definitely stay here again

From the moment we contacted Hazel, our experience was brilliant! The apartment was lovely, very spacious and had everything we needed. It was a home from home experience, the children loved it and the pool was fantastic too. Would definitely stay here again, thank you so much.

Really lovely apartment

The apartment was very clean and very spacious. We really loved the apartment and the complex, which was lovely and quiet. The owner was really helpful and so were the people in the office - definitely coming back. Thank you very much for a lovely stay in your beautiful apartment.

Excellent property and resort.

170 Victoria Court is a spacious ground floor unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good 'fridge, kitchen with all utensils, bathrooms have strong water pressure, washing machine, English TV. Plenty of storage space. Large patio outside. The resort is excellent - well maintained, helpful office staff. Very good pool and sunbeds. Also a small pub within the resort. If you are driving there is plenty of parking space in the road outside. I stayed with my wife and son and we enjoyed everything about the facility and will hope to book again for our next visit to Tenerife. Hazel was very easy to deal with.

Fantastic spacious property.

Was really pleased with this fantastic apartment from tho minute we set foot inside. The quality of the furnishings was really good. Probably the best we have stayed in. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were so spacious and again you could tell this apartment was more than just somewhere to sleep. All you could look for in kitchen with added bonus of washing machine. The outside courtyard was again very spacious and made a great setting for an evening meal. My daughter and grandson stayed in another complex and were happy to visit on a few occasions. And still plenty of room. Hazel was a dream to deal with and very helpful. Definitely recommend this apartment

We have had the apartment for 33 years and enjoyed many holidays there with our son. Many clients and friends have also enjoying their holidays in it.

Very spacious apartment for families and being on a very friendly well maintained complex. A car is not needed.It is only 5 mins to biieach and promenade and 10 mins to town centre and church plaza.
