Ground Floor Poolside Apartment

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely value every guest’s perspective, as it helps us continue to refine and improve our service. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. That said, we’d like to offer some clarification regarding the concerns mentioned. Our team takes great pride in maintaining high standards, and the issues raised are not ones we’ve encountered previously. We’ve reviewed them thoroughly and remain confident in the care and attention we provide to all our guests. Regarding the pool, it is cleaned daily, and during peak periods, a higher level of activity is to be expected. As for the air conditioning, our units are fitted with timer switches to promote energy efficiency—these can be easily reactivated with a simple touch, and all rooms are equipped with fans for added comfort. These details are included in the information provided prior to arrival. We also want to note that the single beds have recently been upgraded with new, fitted mattresses to enhance guest comfort. We understand that experiences can vary, and we’re always open to constructive dialogue. If you’d like to discuss anything further, we’d be happy to continue the conversation privately. Thank you again for your feedback—it’s an important part of how we grow. Warm regards,
