Luxury Seafront Apartment With Large Private Garden

The apartment is set in the luxury gated development of Le Lido which is situated just 10 minutes (by car) from Nice Airport in the direction of Antibes/Cannes. It is just across the road from the small fishing harbour and beaches of Cros de Cagnes. Residents benefit from a private underground passageway which leads from their apartments to the harbour and beach. Cros de Cagnes offers a good selection of restaurants and local shops. The apartment is just 10 minutes walk from the railway station with regular services to Nice, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes. There are also regular bus services to Nice and Antibes. A pleasant 10 minute stroll along the seafront in the direction of Nice takes you to the port of St Laurent du Var which also has a good selection of restaurants. Alternatively, head up to medieval Haut de Cagnes for wonderful views of the Riviera. Cros de Cagnes and Haut de Cagnes between them boast no fewer than three Michelin-starred restaurants. Cycle hire available on seafront.

A very nice appartment in a charming village close to Nice. We had 8 wonderful days combining beachlife with sightseeing, shopping, and hanging out in the lovely French appartment. The appartment has all facilities available, including access to a nice pool area and was surrounded by everything we needed – food markets, restaurants, bakeries, cafeés and the best thing – only a short walk to the beach. We recommend the appartment and the village to everyone. We would be more than happy to go back.

We had the most wonderful Holiday! Location is perfect to everything. Beach on your doorstep - Lovely pool - Bars restaurants all within walking distance. Train/bus within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfy - Beds were super comfy we had really lovely sleeps. The shutters on all the windows are a brilliant idea and allowed for darker mornings for that little sleep in. The AC worked perfectly and was refreshing after exploring. WIFI worked fab! Just everything was amazing. Thanks so much xx

A week at the Rialto in Le Lido

Response from the property manager before departure a little slow. We knew that there was no internet or on-site parking. Dragging suitcases with attendant small children did cause us some difficulties. A freezer compartment on the fridge would have been useful for us. The holiday was made uncomfortable by an air conditioning breakdown for four of our seven days. The technician who fixed it was expert. The garden with astro-turf was excellent for the children and was completely safe from escape but was accessible from the pathway leading from the internal road. Security to enter from Passage De Lido was present but unauthorised persons could easily follow returning residents into the complex. There are now security guards in evidence in the evenings that we have not witnessed on previous visits to Le Lido. The swimming pool was excellent and we were able to take our grandchildren swimming all but one day when the temperature had dropped around five pm. We were always able to find a lounger. British tele was very welcome as was the DVD player and DVD library. Cros de Cagnes has a wonderful bakery and very useful corner shop and a Pharmacy. The underpass to the beach was very useful, bringing one out near to the Renault garage.

It was unfortunate that two of the three air-conditioning units in the apartment malfunctioned during this one- week stay. We worked hard to resolve this as soon as possible. We were alerted to the problem on the Friday evening and, of all the engineers we contacted, the earliest availability was first thing on Monday morning.

Wit waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Hat bei der Ankunft alles gut geklappt und wir wurden freundlich und pünktlich empfangen.Wohnung und Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Pool auch. Bad könnte erneuert werden, war aber trotzdem okay.Einen zweiten Schlüssel hätten wir zu viert noch gebrauchrn können, da die Anlage viele Tore und Türen hat.Alles in allem war es sehr schln und ruhig. Der Ort war ebenso perfekt und gut erreichbar.

Bel appartement très bien situé en bord de mer! il y a meme une servitude privée qui permet de rejoindre la mer sans emprunter la route. Résidence bien sécurisée et calme. Magnifique jardin avec chaises longues. Interlocuteur disponible et efficace sur place.

Very comfortable, well presented. Swimming pool was lovely. Every one we encountered was lovely. Amazing value for money. It was perfect as a group of friends. We had a great stay. Would happly go a stay again.

Great trip to Cagnes Our Mer

We have stayed in this location before - a number of secure apartment blocks with pools and it is a really lovely space. very close to Nice and the Airport, Nice is if course lovely and easy to get to but Cagnes Our mer or Cros de Cagnes is a lovely place in its own right. Lots of lovely restaurants, bakers and places to see, its own market and lovely and peaceful beaches. This property is by far our favourite of the 4 we have stayed in it was very clean and comfortable, all the arrangements were easy and straight forward and we were met at the airport and taken to the property for check in. This was done quickly and efficiently by a very friendly person. The property was excellent everything we needed and the outside space really excellent, very safe for our kids and there was always shade so we could use any time of the day. We had a fantastically relaxing time, in the pool every day (kids request) and the pool is very safe and midweek very quiet, especially the day it rained where we were the only people in it (we are Scottish!). I'd certainly recommend the town of Cagnes, this apartment community which really is a lovely location not just with kids I think and this particular apartment is the best we have stayed in. A lovely trip.

Great apartment and location. We would definitely go back again in the future.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a wonderful stay at this Cagnes sur Mer apt. The apartment was close to the pool, beach, bus stops, train halt and shops & restaurants. The apartment itself had everything we needed, the only negative (especially holidaying with teenagers) was that there was no WiFi connection, however, the British Sky TV was a great asset. The large secure apartment garden would also be ideal for families with young children.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is clean and well equipped with the advantage of AC when the weather was the hottest it had been for years. It has a lovely garden with shade. It is convenient for the promenade and beach. There is cheap parking nearby although public transport by both train and bus is just a very short walk away. Shops (beautiful bakery) are also within easy walking distance This apartment was just perfect for us. The only disappointment was the lack of wifi
