The villa is perched on Indalo Mountain overlooking the sea. It is well equipped and comfortable, well maintained with help for any problems. The south facing pool is 8m x 4m for sole use of guests,It has a very large area for sunbathing and relaxing. It has a covered outside terrace with comfortable seating to provide shade overlooking the stunning sea views.
There is a built in BBQ and outside seating and dining table.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with king size bed. A/C. En-suite with walk in shower. Good wardrobe space.
Patio door onto terrace overlooking the sea

Bedroom 2 with king size bed, good wardrobe space. A/C patio door, opening onto own terrace, overlooking swimming pool.

Bedroom 3 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes. A/C

House bathroom with walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.

Kitchen.
The kitchen has double sink, overlooking the sea and beach. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery. Coffee machine

Garage. Washing machine, iron and ironing board, fridge freezer. Drying lines. Spare gas bottle.

The sitting/dining room has 2 sofas, dining table with 6 chairs. Satellitep TV. It is light and airy with ceiling fan. Patio doors opening onto covered terrace with sea views.

Towels and bed linen are provided. The villa will be cleaned before arrival. Extra cleaning can be arranged for a longer stay.

Notes on accommodation.

The villa is suitable for children as there is a gate which locks, but the swimming pool is not a separate area and they would have to be supervised at all times.

The swimming pool is for the sole use of guests.

The drive will accommodate 3 cars, but it is steep.

Outside. BBQ with sink. Tables and chairs. Sun beds. Outside shower. The pool is not heated, but is in the sun all day. All the terraces have lights.

Mojacar has wonderful beaches, which are clean and well maintained. There are sun beds and shade to hire.
Beach bars, and a very good choice of restaurants and tapas bars.
It is advisable to book at restaurants in the main season.

The new part of the promenade is now open and perfect for an evening stroll.

We had a very nice stay at Villa Christonia The outside space is excellent, the pool is large and gets the sun into the evening. The view is amazing and something you never get bored of, it was great waking up and admiring the view with a coffee. I didn't realise when booking that there is no air conditioning in the main living area of the property so it can get hot in the day, this is one thing that could be improved.

This is a really beautiful villa with stunning views, a homely feel with lots of lovely touches, fantastic well maintained pool, lots of sun and shady chill out zones, and well equipped indoors with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. The air con is currently in the bedroom /bathroom area only, but a plan was mentioned to add to the living spaces. The property managers are also super helpful. We didn’t want to come home!

Great Managers

Jackie and Marie managed the stay on behalf of the owner. They were absolutely excellent and responded to a concern we had with hot water. They took care of immediately after we notified them! I would definitely stay here again, knowing that Jackie and Marie will make sure to take of any issues that guests may encounter. Excellent location and property with a beautiful view!

Absolutely Fabulous

Just Wow....the villa and its location is just amazing. We loved the villa so much, we did not want to leave. Its clean, modern and so well equipped with everything you would want or need. There are steps up to the villa and within the villa and we did have a wheelchair user with us but as a party of 5, we had enough manpower to get our party member up and down these steps. The 2 patios with curtains gives it a really romantic feel and enables you to gain some shade throughout the day. Jackie and Marie were just fantastic. . 2 of the loveliest ladies who were so friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return as this is definitely the nicest villa we have stayed in and we have holidsying in villas in Spain for the last 11 years. It is a steep walk down to the beaach and restaurants but each restaurant we visited were happy to order us a taxi to get us bachup the hill to the villa. We tried quite a few of the restaurants along the beach and were never disappointed with the food or the service. The beach was clean and the sea was warm...I managed to jump straight in without the cold water taking my breath away!! lovely

Villa with a view!

We have been visiting Mojacar for 25 years and this villa has by far the best views. If you like watching the day change from your terrace, and enjoy relaxing with a drink at sunset, this is the place to do it.

Don't assume the description of a villa is accurate!

We were extremely disappointed in our 4 week stay at Villa Cristonia. Whilst in our search there were a number of equally attractive villas in Mojacar, we chose Villa Cristonia specifically because of several statements under “About this property”. “There is a small supermarket within walking distance” “It is 5 minutes walk to Mojacar playa beach, shops, bars and restaurants”. These statements are inaccurate, misleading and misrepresent the true situation. Thomas Supermarket is a 15 minute walk from the Villa (google data) and descending from an elevation of 224 feet to sea level (google earth data). The crumbling and potholed roads with a constant flow of construction and other traffic would make the walk challenging and dangerous at the very least. Assuming the visit to the supermarket was to purchase provisions the return walk carrying those provisions back up to the villa …..!! It is NOT a 5 minute walk to Mojacar playa beach. I tried the walk using the 62 irregular concrete steps down to C. Belgica and then onwards to P. del Mediterraneo. It took12 minutes and another 5 minutes to cross the road and gain access to the beach. It took a lot longer to climb back to the villa in a temperature of 30 degrees! Needless to say, neither my wife nor I walked to the supermarket or beach even though we had expected to do so on a regular basis having read your statements about the property. Extremely disappointing. The host has now confirmed these details will be updated.

August Stay 2019, The Austin’s

Wonderful property with a amazing outlook across the Med. Pool was perfect for us and the boys! The villa has all you need to enjoy your stay and the AC in the bedrooms was a god send for the warm evenings. The local shops and Euromarkets are ideal to do any food shopping if you want to cook at home. The playa has loads of restaurants and the choice of food is extensive. Tito’s, El Gaucho, Playa Blanca, to name a few are all good. Mojacar old town is superb and quite magical it is a must visit and remember to use the lift up to the village which is sign posted by the main car park. The villa is a credit to the owner and the property management were brilliant. Thank you Stuart and Natasha! Thanks for a wonderful holiday

A beautiful villa in a lovely location

We had a lovely week in Mojacar. The villa is well equipped and in an excellent spot high above the Mojacar playa. It’s a 5 minute walk downhill to the start of the playa and roughly double that coming back up in the heat although taxis are available. Arguably the primary selling point for us was the outdoor terrace area which is huge and a fabulous place to watch the sun rise in the morning over a coffee.

Superb week in a beautiful local in a fantastic villa. The only potential negative (and only applies to a few) is it lies on a hillside so those who are infirm or struggle with mobility will find it hard (actually only 8 mins from beach by foot via steps but it is quite steep). Otherwise the villa is superbly appointed, with outstanding views and comfortable beds. The pool is clean and warm, and few properties overlook it (and then only if they try). The local beach is fantastic and there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Nightclubs are around although only realised it when we left very early to fly home, noting the younger people making their way back to hotels and villas. Definitely one to return to

Beautiful views in a perfect family friendly villa

The villa was very well equipped for the basic needs of any family with children. Not luxurious but sensibly kitted out, just what we needed for us and our two young sons. The inside of the villa needs some updating, (sellotape holding curtain rails together and a very clean but dated kitchen). Lovely clean pool on a super terrace with sweeping views of the sea below. Really what more could you want?! We felt it was in a prominent position, close enough to the beach for convenience, but also far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the privacy such a fabulous mountain side location allows. A wonderful week spent in a super location.

Perfect

We arrived a bit early for our stay but we were able to have an early check in. The property was clean and everything was in working order. It was beautiful! The villa and Mojacar Playa. Loved everything about it! Would definitely refer to friends and family!

Lovely villa, in a lovely location.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in this villa. It was clean and homely with everything we needed. It is in a truly beautiful position overlooking the sea, getting the sun from early morning until it sunk behind the mountain in the evening. It was great having the pool to cool down and the air conditioning in the bedrooms,as we had temperatures between 30 - 35 degrees all week, which was fantastic. Good communication with the owner and manager, who were both very helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, although you may need a car if you are not very fit as the hill coming back is quite steep.We would definitely come back again and certainly recommend to others. Many thanks.

Lovely property, well looked after

Its a beautiful villa, spacious rooms well equipped kitchen and a comfy living room. Lovely views of the beach and countryside, with the bonus of the pool which reached 30 degrees, we really can't fault this property and have booked up for next year already. The pool provided a nice cool-down in these hot summer days (as the near sea also did). To have a night swim was a nice experience as the pool has night illumination. The outdoor-shower has hot water as well. The wifi worked always without any problems. We were able to watch the Wimbeldon tennis, thanks to the BBC-Channels. The communication with the owner was uncomplicated and we had a good introduction of the villa at our arrival. We clearly recommend this stay for a relaxing sunny holiday!

Fantastic villa !

We loved staying in this fantastic, clean and beautiful villa. The amazing sea views make waking up and having breakfast a great experience then having a good sized clean pool to keep cool. All the rooms are good sized and very clean. The whole villa is safe well equipt and a great location for anyone. We especially enjoyed the lovely beaches which were walkable distance from the property. There was so many things to do around Mojacar for all kinds of people including market and a great water park over all a fab holiday and a villa that I am going to recommend to all my fiends and family!!!

Fabulous Holiday!

The villa is in a superb location in this lovely resort. Only a short walk down to the beach and restaurants but also easy to drive down with plenty of parking. It is very quiet and private and the views from the villa are spectacular. It is such a pleasure to relax by the pool and gaze out to sea. The villa has everything you need and extras, such as beach chairs, are a bonus. Very clean and comfortable, a real home from home.The wifi went down well with Facebook loving teenagers! The beaches are fantastic and never feel crowded and the old town is a must, especially at night where you can sit in a roof top restaurant and watch the sun set over the mountains. The water park at Vera is a short drive away and a great day out. Although we would recommend a car there are plenty of buses that run all day and well into the evening. The perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday, we will certainly be returning in the future.

fabulous house and location

What a great place this is. Wake up in morning to see sun rising over the sea is amazing. The pool is great as are the views. The house is immaculately clean and contains everything, and more, that you could possibly need for a perfect holiday. Didn't want to leave.
