This is an apartment in a two-family villa, completely independent of the owners' main house, since the entire building is corner on two streets, the entrance is also independent.

The holiday home is on the ground floor with a beautiful garden with lawn that surrounds it on two sides and with a reserved parking space in the porch.
It consists of an entrance hall, a beautiful and large living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower.
The floor is all in marble mosaic, the bathroom made with made-to-measure furniture in poor art is covered in marble.
In the hall, a nice table with poor art chairs, sofa and TV, cooking area equipped with dishes and amenities.
The bedroom is large and bright, it has a made-to-measure double bed and it contains two other beds with wheels that can be transferred to the living area if necessary, original antique column bedside tables.
There is no lack of contrasting design pieces.

We are in the inhabited center of Taurisano, a small town in the province of Lecce in South Salento, and we fall almost to the outskirts of the town where paths for jogging or cycling among the olive trees wind.

The location is ideal for spending your holidays we fall to 10 km. from the Ionian coast (Torre San Giovanni marina di Ugento) and 20 km. from the Adriatic one (Marina di Tricase), being the connections facilitated with the fast road, you are spoiled for choice on the beaches and the destinations to reach to discover all the beauties of Salento both inland and on the Salento coast.
