Luxury Child friendly Villa with large private pool , quiet area

Villa Bela Vista (Beautiful View) is a Villa that really lives up to its name, with a beautiful, panoramic view to the sea, across Salgados Golf course. The villa is new, in beautiful condition, fully air conditioned and is located at the end of a cul de sac, on the hillside overlooking Vale de Parra. It is a pleasant area but within two minutes walk of two restaurants and a bar. There is a pharmacy, newsagent, bank and local mini market as well as five other restaurants and bars located in the village of Vale Parra which is within a five minute walk. The villa is very child friendly, with a pool fence and stair gates. There are two safes, and the property is totally enclosed by walls with gates. The large swimming pool (11m x 5m) has roman steps and child gates. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace. There is a brick built BBQ and the Villa also comes with complimentary Wi Fi internet. Perfect for a family holiday or to keep in touch online.
The Villa has a 55 inch smart TV along with Firestick TV which has 1000 Channels, all sports , Movies on demand , Prime , Disney+ and Netflix .

Overall a good experience

Smooth check in and responsive property manager. We had a few glitches that we worked around - tv not working the first couple of days, no light in the pool and the sofa bed was broken so we had to pull the mattress out and sleep on the floor. These inconveniences were not major but in aggregate did dampen the experience. Overall the weather, great food and convenient location compensated.

Perfect holiday and a wonderful villa!

We have just returned from 10 days at this Villa and really wish we could have stayed longer! From start to finish everything went perfectly. Fast communication when booking and leading up to departure, great directions and instructions and the villa itself was even better than the pictures. The location was ideal - close enough to drive into Albufeira in the evening or to Gale beach (highly recommended) during the day but far enough away that on the days we stayed by the pool it felt like we were the only ones around. Just a short walk away there are also a few shops/cafes if you don't want to go far - we can definitely recommend Polo Sul for breakfast/lunch. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to come back!!

Fabulous relaxing week!

We enjoyed a fabulous family holiday and the villa was great, very well equipped and in a lovely peaceful location. We paid extra for the pool heating and we were glad we did, our two young children loved playing in the pool! Thank you!

This was a very relaxing and peaceful holiday. Tom and Eithne (hope I spelt that right) couldn't have been more helpful, both before and during our 11 days there. Communications were great, directions and key instructions perfect - having had stress elsewhere with keys and access, at this villa there were no worries, just as it should be! The villa is situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac halfway up a hill a few hundred yards to the west of Vale de Parra, with plenty of parking, one other villa behind it up the hill, and a few more below it. Sea views over Salgados from the pool and the upstairs balcony, a good breeze due to the height, and so peaceful. The main road from Albufeira towards Armacao de Pera is well screened, over 100 yards away, and not exactly a busy road anyway so minimal traffic noise by the pool or at night. There's loads of shade on the patio, and plenty of space for sunbathing. Villa is large, split level, with a bathroom for each bedroom and a huge lounge/dining room, although we ate out of doors in the shaded part of the patio. Beds are comfortable, air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge enough to turn the rooms into freezers - top tip - set the AC to run on low speed at about 27 degrees if it's boiling hot and the room will actually be a comfortable 21 overnight. Good plentiful solar hot water, well equipped kitchen, lounge and good wifi and a wide TV channel selection. Eithne came in to clean twice over the 11 days - it's very clean and well cared for. Pool man was there twice a week, gardener likewise. Pool was great, large and clean, with lights at night, and is very securely gated from the villa if you have small children. Villa itself is secure and well fenced, with an alarm system with remote monitoring which does work - I set it off by mistake. Villa downsides : I'm struggling to be honest - no orange juicer is all I can think of! Nearest beaches are Gale area and Salgados - you'll need a car. Our favourite beach is Arrifes, ideal for swimming as the waves are subdued by rocks further out to sea. Armacao is nice, old town Albufeira likewise - Shalom 2 ribs are the best I've found anywhere, plus they just keep on coming - all you can eat for under £15. V-D-P is a quiet village, with a small but varied selection of bars and restaurants from cheap to high end. Really enjoyed it here - we haven't often said this but we would definitely return to this villa. Recommended - a big thank you to Tom and Eithne! A&D, 7/17

Villa Bella Vista September 2014

Fabulous Villa. Spacious throughout, tasteful decor and very well equipped. Large pool with lovely night lighting. Superbly clean inside and outside. Great information and service from owner. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.
