The home is furnished with comfort in mind for large family groups.

Right outside your front door lies the 2-mile-long oceanfront Sunset Cliffs Nature Park. Come enjoy the unspoiled beauty of Sunset Cliffs where joggers, walkers, hikers, and bicyclists all enjoy the most unspoiled urban coastline in California. Directly west of Villa Mar Vista are tide pools that the kids can explore.

You will have 22-bed spaces for your 3-generation family group, reunion, or corporate retreat (extra guest charges apply to all guests in excess of 14, see below).

The huge backyard has a stainless-steel BBQ Grill and a brand-new aluminum Kettler Ping-Pong table. The large grassy front yard is great for playing soccer with the kids. Relax on the 24-foot by 30-foot pool deck with ocean views and the large above-ground Hot Tub.

Private Swimming Pool and Hot Tub--Optional pool heat is $99 per night with a minimum number of nights equal to the length of your stay less one night. (A 7-night stay will have a minimum optional pool/hot tub heating fee of 6 nights X $99 = $594).

As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules and keeping outside noise to a minimum during quiet hours (8 pm - 9 am). Excessive noise or partying will not be tolerated, and we have the right to terminate the reservation immediately should this be an issue. No RVs, trailers, oversized or commercial vehicles.

RENTAL RATES AND FEES:

All quoted Rental Rates are for rental groups of up to 14 persons (counting all adults, children, and infants). For rental groups in excess of 14 persons, there is a per person charge of $70 per person per night applicable to guests 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 for each night of the reservation. For example, if the rental rate is $1500 per night with a 4-night minimum then a group of 16 persons would have a rental rate of $6000 for the first 14 guests plus $280 for the 15th guest and $280 for the 16th guest for a total rental of $6560 + taxes..

NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE: $495/DOG; ALL PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED AND FEE RECEIVED.

TOURISM OCCUPANCY TAX: 12.75% of rental rate and fees (imposed by City of San Diego)

NON-REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE: $499

DAMAGE WAIVER (up to $500 of damage): $149

Credit Card Fee: 3.25%

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT -- We are not always able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. When it is available, early check-in and late check-out is provided at a rate of $75 for every hour early (before 4 pm) for check-in and for every hour late (after 10 am) for check-out. Must be approved by management prior to arrival.
