A warm welcome in person from Louise was a good start to our holiday. Nice villa. Clean, good mattresses so a good nights sleep and good air conditioning meant we were comfortable. Lovely pool , secluded spacious gardens meant we had a lovely time. Use of the car included in the villa price but it was dated and the a/c challenging. Would hire a car next time but the facility was appreciated.

Had a fantastic weeks stay here, the villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. A true home from home with everything you could possibly need.The pool is delightful and the outdoor space is extremely pleasant and has lots of space.The area itself is very nice with a couple of local tavernas in walking distance all of which are very nice, with a bus stop on your door step to take you to coral bay.Our host Louise was brilliant everything was made easy and nothing was too much trouble, so much so we are booking to go again next year

The villa is beautiful, very spacious and great for families.Property manager Louise was always on hand to help before and during our stay.The area itself is also lovely with everything you need only a few minutes drive away.We have made amazing memories in this beautiful villa, would definitely recommend a stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa, Louise, the host, was incredible from beginning to end. She helped us with taxi transfers and even offered her car for us to use on the island. The villa was super spacious and clean, with everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home, and there was even a resident cat we wanted to take with us! The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and two beaches, and Paphos is only a 20-minute drive for boat trips, the marina, and more. The only two things I'd change, and these are more personal preferences, are that we found the beds quite hard and the fridge a bit small for four adults to share. Other than that, we'd totally love to come back! Thanks so much, Louise, for making our stay so great xx

Louise was the perfect host, answering our messages quickly - helping us plan our stay, arranging transfers from/to the airport, recommending local places to eat and visit and even letting us use her car during our stay. She also met us in person at the villa when we arrived and had prepared a welcome pack for us.

Lovely clean villa as advertised. We had a great, relaxing week staying here. Host was very responsive. Only issue we had was on arrival, and directions to the villa were not great. Villa is a 30 minute walk from the main street, there are restaurants closer though. The main supermarket was a drive away, the use of the car meant this was easy. No instructions on recycling, so we spent time driving to find recycling bins. We checked out at 10 on the last day, and used the luggage lockers at Neptune's (you can use their facilities, pool, shower etc. It's worth going in and booking a locker though, as there was only one left when we got there.

Great villa in a great location for accessing lots of the Paphos area. Pool and garden was perfect for chilling during the day and evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Area around the villa was also quiet with walkable bars and restaurants.Owner was really nice and welcoming in communications and telling us about the area before we arrived.Would happily stay here again.

We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect for our stay at the Villa.we didn’t need for anything it is so well equipped. Louise our host was brilliant in communication with us and so friendly, explained everything we needed to know and even organised a taxi from the airport. Use of car was great too.We are already thinking of returning in the near future. Thank you so much Louie for making our trip so enjoyable.

Great villa in a perfect location, short walk to a lovely beach and an easy 30 minute walk in to Coral Bay. Louise was really helpful during our stay and left us a handy welcome pack of essentials on arrival. Very spacious, particularly the outdoor area. The villa is a little bit tired in some areas and could do with a little tlc but this is to be expected in rental properties and certainly didn’t detract from a wonderful stay.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent. House and pool were brilliant and everything was clean and well maintained. Use of car was so handy for trips to shops and beaches. Great location, quiet but within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and bus stop to Pafos. We had a fantastic stay here, thank you very much. We can highly recommend :)

Easy walk to the beach and local supermarket. Close enough yet also far enough away from main coral bay strip of bars and resteraunts. So much to do here and peyia and beyond. You ll love your stay here. Also i believe great for kids

Fabulous

The house and property is amazing and described accurately. The location is also ideal. The host was terrific from the moment we made the reservation. She provided details, tips on things to see and do, answered all of our questions, and went well above and beyond. A true gem!!

Lovely villa, great pool

Property was very clean and in a great condition and looked after. Louise was very helpful with any questions and queries we had. The pool was a great size. Overall a very nice experience.

Villa Review

A great Villa in a splendid location with easy access to the beach and town centre. The Villa had many little extras in the kitchen and was equipped very well. Louise was a fantastic host, always happy to help with any questions. Any family would have a fabulous time at this Villa!
