8 Davis Love - Larger Living Area Than Most

**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**

8 Davis Love, with its upscale features, well thought out floor plan, and quality furnishing is one the best Davis Love Cottages on a rental program. The layout provides upgraded features not present in other four-bedroom cottage plans. 8 Davis Love is on a larger lot than other cottages and offers more privacy.

The main floor is accessed through an oversized screened porch. The porch has two tables with seating for four people each, plus four rocking chairs.

The main living area consists of an open concept kitchen, breakfast area, dining and family room which is well suited for more people than other Davis Love Cottages. This area has seating at the bar, breakfast table and dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of serving pieces, cookware and most small appliances. The family room has a large Smart TV, with cable and/or streaming service, as do all four bedrooms.

Also on the main floor are full size, front load, high efficient washer and dryer (uses HP detergent only). For 2022, the interior of the home has been painted and new furniture in some of the rooms.

Bedroom 1 and 2 both have private, attached baths, one with a shower/tub combination and one with a shower. Both bedrooms have two queen beds. There is a large deck that can be accessed from either bedroom.

Bedroom 3 and the Primary Bedroom (4) are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private balcony. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a set of full size bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a private, attached vanity area with mirrors, sink and commode. There is a large Jack and Jill luxury shower shared by bedrooms 3 and 4 that is accessed through either of the two private vanity areas.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.
