Fabulous short break

Great communication before and after stay. The location was brilliant with plenty to see and do during our break. The house was very clean throughout. The best bit for us was watching the swans, turnstones and kingfisher from the bottom of the garden. We also managed to fit in some crabbing, great fun without going out Would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a great location

This house is in a great location. We hardly used our car as you can walk to everything including the high street shops, supermarket, pubs, restaurants, beaches and train station. It is lovely and peaceful to sit in the garden watching the river go by. The house had everything we needed and Barnaby and Valerie were great hosts.

Hidden Gem

House was clean, cozy, comfortable rooms and amazing location. Was perfect for our Christmas holiday with family in the UK. Our Christmas Day was made that much nicer with a family walk along the river and down to the sea. We've created great memories in this home and thank the owners for sharing it with us. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Littlehampton.

On the river Arun, you hardly need use your car. Walking to the sea and some great little local restaurant’s. 10 minutes along the path overlooking the boats. Recommend The Gravy Boat & The Arun View pub. Great food, with views. The property is nicely laid out, with such a peaceful outlook. A little gem of a place you’ll feel totally at home in.

Beautiful stay by the water

We had a fantastic time at the house and even extended our stay by another day to make the most of the beautiful view of the River Arun from the bottom of the garden! The place is homely and clean. The owners responded to any issues we had immediately, and communication was great at all times. It was lovely being able to walk to the seafront and not need the car, and the kids loved Harbour Park. Would definitely recommend the location and the photos don’t do it justice!

Comfortable home in perfect location

The home was extremely comfortable and within walking distance to everything we needed. Overlooking the Arun river from the patio was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the house had all the kitchen items required for our 9 night stay. Our host Valerie was amazing as she responded to any questions we had immediately. The off road parking was also a great help. It was the first time my family had all been together in 13 years and the house was perfect.

Comfortable house overlooking the river

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to shops and arun view restaurant which serves good home cooked food. The main disappointment was the limited wifi which was highlighted on the website. However it was a blessing in the end because the children did other activities apart from their computer games !!. . Would definitely stay again .

Staying at this property was a dream! Everything you could need was provided and everything else is so local. Hosts were fabulous, great communication. The living room itself does have quite dated furnishings but we didnt mind that at all, it fits in well with the aesthetic. Beautiful kitchen with dining area, cozy living room and comfortable bedrooms that suited myself, partner and our two children perfectly. Every room was immaculately clean. The star of the show was the patio with its stunning view of the river and boats. Thank you very much to our hosts, we hope to stay again! :)
