This detached villa is superbly maintained and recently renovated to a very high standard by the owners. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of the sea and the Montgo mountain being set amongst gently undulating pine clad hills leading to dramatic cliffs.

Set in well-maintained private gardens it has a fantastic 10m pool with roman steps to the shallow end and catches the sun all day. The pool is alongside the Tosca terrace which is perfect to keep an eye on your children or that quick dip in the pool. The lounge (with wonderful views) has comfortable seating next to the well equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms all with full air conditioning, an attractive enclosed naya with dining table, as well as several outside terraces and a 'sun worshippers' balcony. Other terraces offer shade with plenty of comfortable dining (perhaps with the BBQ) and relaxing furniture. The sun terrace not only provides privacy for those sun worshippers but also panoramic views to the sea and the Montgo mountain.

The villa is served with cable television with all major channels in HD plus sports. There is also wireless wi-fi allowing excellent connection to the internet.
