A little but very nice apartment (monotype) provided with air conditioning, bathroom with shower box, hair dryer, tv color, free Wifi, kitchen-corner, well equipped (two induction plates, micro-wave oven, electric italian type caffettiera, toaster) and panoramic terrace with awning, table, chairs and chaises-longues. For two persons. Located in the residential area of ​​Janiculum-Monteverde Vecchio ,, near the Park of Villa Pamphili, ten minutes away from the center of Trastevere, 20 minutes by bus from the Coliseum. Restaurants, open sky market, supermarket, any kind of shops (a delicious ice-cream shop too!) in the same street or very near. Very good and very cheap-rotisseries pizzerias (also take-away)

This place was great. The terrace is lovely and huge. The location was so nice (close enough to the action but far enough that it was relaxed and quiet). We loved it and would stay here again!

I loved my stay at the studio! Huge patio with an amazing view, close to everything you need, Maurizio was a very attentive host and gave me tips as to what to do in Roma, and a crash course on Roman history.If you are looking for a quiet yet still vibrant neighbourhood, Monteverde is perfect. Overall great experience! I will definetely come back for my next trip to Roma!

Maurizio was an amazing host. He picked us up right from the train station and showed us around the neighborhood. He gave lots of recommendations on where to eat and where to go. Everything was perfect.

Mauricio was fantastic with communication from the minute we booked the property. Monte Verde is a lovely quiet neighborhood with everything you need within 5 minute walk. The apartment is great for 2 people. The terrace is such a lovely bonus, particularly in the very hot weather. Air conditioning in the property was fantastic. The bus stops outside the property. It runs every 20 minutes right in to Rome and the coliseum. We really appreciate the warm welcome from Maurizio on our arrival. We would stay here again. Suzanne and Chris, Cambridge, UK

Maurizio was a wonderful host and very welcoming and went out of his way to help us have a wonderful stay. His information was extremely helpful and he always greeted us with a smile. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a great stay. The terrace is beautiful and we enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset outside in the evenings.

This is a gem of a place .. very cute and comfortable and has everything that you need ..There is shopping close by along with some very good pizza places that maurizio pointed out to us on a guided tour he took us thru of his city..Both the bus stops that we used 982(goes to the colosseum and the Vatican City) and bus 75 (goes to Rome city) are within a 5 min walk or less..Great location, exceptional value and Maurizio and Milena were amazing to deal with .. would highly recommend this beautiful little gem in Travestere..Yvonne and jim

Exceptional host Maurizio, who was extremely helpful with the history of Rome and making sure we get to the property easily. He even offered to give us a ride around to familiarise with the surroundings. The property was perfect. In a very quiet area on the top floor with a huge terrace with loungers and a table, from which you can see Rome and have gorgeous sunsets. It was clean with all the amenities that you would need. I would only choose this place again once we decide to comw back. Thank you Maurizio!

This is the best experience I've ever had at an VRBO. MAURIZIO was absolutely amazing! He offered to pick us up at the train station amd gave us a quick tour of his neighborhood. We are two women traveling alone and we felt very safe. There are 3 locks to get into the apartment so it's very secure and felt like a safe area. The patio is amazing and I loved hanging out there in the morning. The bus and train are very close. When our Uber was running late, he took us back to the train station and saved us from missing our train. He's so kind. Book just to meet this great Roman!

Small, clean, economy suite just a few minutes bus ride from Rome center. The large, covered outside terrace makes the space very nice.

Great location/welcoming host/wonderful terrace

Small, well equipped, secure, wonderful neighborhood and amenities. Thus was our first time in Rome and i cannot imagine imagine a better combination of access to sites and activities and opportunities to see how how one part of Rome lives.

The apartment was clean, bed comfortable and area great for 2. The terrace was fantastic. The flat was close to train and the city was easy to navigate ( even for country bumpkins) but the reason this flat gets my 10/10 is Maurizio the host was organized, communicative and incredibly helpful. I would stay here again when in Rome. Many thanks Maurizio.

Property is great for a short break , in a good area with plenty of local shops and places to eat. Good bus service from the stop outside with a 5 min trip into the city, great terrace to sit and eat , and it is peaceful.

Great stay!

Cozy place with a beautiful terrace in a wonderful neighborhood not far from the city center and all the touristy spots. Maurizio is a wonderful host who picked us up at the train station and gave us a tour of the Trastevere neighborhood.

Our stay in Rome!

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Rome, away from the hustle of downtown in a quiet, comfortable neighbourhood, yet close enough to get anywhere by bus! Place was very clean, well maintained, and had everything you could need including some snacks and coffee supplies!!!

Great stay

Maurizio’s apartment was a great place to base ourselves for 4 days. Maurizio went above and beyond to host us by picking us up from the train station with our bags and he let us check out late. The terrace is huge and would be a wonderful spot in the summer
