We stayed at this property in Seville and really appreciated its great location ā€” close to everything and convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was modern and nicely presented. Unfortunately, there were several drawbacks. The propertyā€™s neighbours were quite noisy, which made it hard to relax. The keys were tricky to use, making entry a bit frustrating. There were no basic amenities provided such as tea, coffee, or shower products, and the air conditioning did not work during our stay, which was uncomfortable given the warm weather. Overall, while the location and design were good, the lack of comfort and amenities could be improved.

A great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is a bit more spacious than it looks on the pictures, but still small, which was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Check-in went fine, but we had problems with the electricity (lots of rain), hot water, and dishwasher during the stay. The host was very nice, but would sometimes take a while to respond when we ran into problems and needed help. Overall, though, it was a very nice time. I would recommend to others!

Nice house, but could be cleaner

Finding the house was easy and check-in went smoothly. The location was convenient for everything we were doing. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. There was dust in a lot of areas, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom from the lack of ventilation and water leaking from the shower. We couldn't open the window too often because the outside smelled bad a lot of the time. Overall, the house needs some upkeep, but it met our needs for travel.

Short stay in Seville

Asked the host for the address so I could book a taxi gave me the wrong address so when I got to the wrong address was shocked checked my email from Vrbo luckily the right address was there so another taxi to the right address only to discover that the box with the keys wouldnā€™t open with the code he had given me emailed the host couldnā€™t take a phone call emailed back with the right code so eventually got in.The apartment is dark no natural light there is a window directly onto the street but the shutter is broken can open but is a nightmare to close just not worth the hassle.As I said apartment is dark lights on all the time also very small I was on my own because even with two people would have been a squeeze.There was a smell in the bathroom sometimes very strong sometimes mild but always there so couldnā€™t leave the window open. The kitchen was small but most things there except no kettle had to boil water in a saucepan.The power went out so emailed the host to find out where the fuse boxes was one hour later he replied so I would not recommend anyone to stay here and surely when you are paying out a lot of money somebody should be there to meet you Brian Murphy

Non sono schizzinosa,ho dormito e mangiato ovunque ma una struttura cosƬ dovrebbe avere uno standard di pulizia...non dico elevato ma almeno medio. Lenzuola sporche!!! Polvere ovunque. Piatti sporchi. Armadietti inguardabili non tanto fuori quanto all' interno. Del bagno non parliamone! Per ultimo...scarafaggi a zonzo.

Spacious and quiet studio

Located on the ground floor, with high ceilings and a large window opening onto the quiet narrow lane, we were quite comfortable in this hidden nest. Itā€™s much larger than we were expecting and the Murphy bed with itā€™s memory foam mattress was every bit as nice as a regular bed, and I am hard to please. The kitchen is spacious, which is important because we love to cook, although like most vacation rentals it was missing a few important pieces. Although it was quite hot (in the 90ā€™s), the air conditioner was very effective and the ceiling fan was enough most of the time. Thereā€™s a fantastic super market in the basement level of the El Corte Ingles store about a 5 minute walk away, which is fronted on two sides by plazas, the smaller of the two has the only complete recycling bins near the apartment. They are in the back corner behind the rental bicycles. Btw, our taxi driver had trouble finding the apartment and he ended up having to drop us off at the corner, due to the narrow streets. Initially perturbed, it was only a short zigzag and viola, we were there!

We loved our stay at Casio Antiguo. The accommodations were great. When we had an issue with our internet, and I t was quickly addressesed. I would only ask for simplified instructions on how to use the appliances. We would definitely book there again.

Great location, clean and a friendly and helpfull owner

Everything you need is present in the appartment. The owner was flexible and helpfull, very clean appartment and a really great location. We were here on 16-18 Feb, the only (small) downside this time of year is that the appt is quite cold and hard to heat up with the current heating system. But apart from that: top. Would definitely recommend it.

Antonios kleine charmante Wohnung liegt immer nur 8 Minuten entfernt von allen SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten! Jedenfalls begegnete uns diese Zahl immer mal wieder bei der Tagesplanung, da alle Ziele tatsƤchlich gut und entspannt zu FuƟ erreichbar sind! Aber zuerst die Anreise: Mit dem Bus 32 von Sevillas Hauptbahnhof Santa Justa erreicht man die Wohnung leicht, die letzten Meter fĆ¼hren dann in eine kleine Nebengasse, die trotz nur 100 Metern Entfernung zur Hauptausgehmeile ruhig und zurĆ¼ckgezogen liegt! Die Ausstattung ist gut, die SpĆ¼lmaschine ein zusƤtzliches Plus und gerade das Badezimmer mit der starken Dusche ist schƶn gemacht! Wir haben uns die ganze Woche sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt, auch durch den angenehmen und unkomplizierten Kontakt zu Antonio

Location, Location, Location!

Perfectly located in the heart of historic Seville! Within walking distance to everything from historical sights, restaurants, hop on & hop off bus & parking garage. Although located next to the Plaza Alameda de Hercules, this property is on quite side street with no vehicles or foot traffic; thus perfect for those who are light sleepers. Comfortable mattress, clean & cozy apartment with all the comforts we needed during our stay -- especially wine glasses. Updated, spacious & comfortable bathroom with great water pressure. Washing machine was a bonus allowing us to travel light (good thing we brought our own detergent). Antonio met us at property & was very helpful. IF you are staying a few days & using the parking garage ASK for "extended stay rate" -- if not, you'll be charged hourly rate! Their office is next to the exit gate in the garage.

Gute Zentrale Lage!

Appartement liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Einrichtung ist in der KĆ¼che auf ein Minimum beschrƤnkt.Kaffemaschine steht zur VerfĆ¼gung.Bad/Dusche mit Waschmaschine war in Ordnung.Bett muss ausgeklappt werden,klappt aber ohne Probleme.Kneipen/Bars in wenigen Schritten erreichbar.Parkmƶglichkeiten am Haus direkt keine,mit etwas GlĆ¼ck auf der Strasse. Das Appartement von Antonio ist ein NichtraucherAppartement,jedoch riecht es im Haus sehr stark nach Rauch,was einem als Nichtraucher auffƤllt. Alles in allem aber schƶne Unterkunft in Top Lage!
