The home is comprised of all 3 levels (a rarity) of the 18th cent. property plus 2 terraces and balcony and is larger than most townhomes for rent in Ostuni. The house is historical, yet modern and romantic. The ground level is fully tiled and includes queen bed & 1 bathroom with a large shower area. There is also a large wardrobe for storage, and a washing machine with drying rack. On the 1st level, the lounge, with original 18 century flooring and exposed stone ceiling, includes a sofa/chaise, a leather chair and entertainment center. Off the lounge is the master bedroom, with “matrimonial” (queen/double) sized bed, 2nd bedroom with closet and drawers and the 2nd bathroom. The 2nd level has star vaulted ceilings and includes a large well-equipped kitchen and dining area for 6. The kitchen leads out to the terraces which offer 2 alfresco dining areas, grill and a sofa/lounge area offering spectacular views of the sea, cathedral and centro storico. The views of the town illuminated at night are stunning. Free fast wi-fi is now included!

Fabulous and quaint apartment in Ostuni

The apartment is in a great location- close to everything thing you need. The process booking and communicating with the owner Debbie was very easy and efficient. Additionally, Pauline - the property manager was totally great. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to have a cocktail after a day touring or a day spent at the beach.

Charming Italian house in Ostuni

We had a lovely stay in the house in Ostuni. The terraces were so nice. We enjoyed the view. Shops and restaurants are nearby. It is not suitable for people who can't climbe stairs. But for us it was perfect!

Eindrucksvolle Reise nach Puglia

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders eindrucksvoll war der Blick von der Dachterrasse Alufelgen die Altstadt und das Meer. Die Wohnung über mehrere Etagen erfordert einiges an Kondition, vor allem weil die Stufenhöhe beträchtlich ist. Ansonsten hat alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit gepasst. Pauline war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Fussläufig war alles sehr gut erreichbar, Einkäufe, Weg in die Altstadt. Ostuni eignet sich sehr gut um die sehenswürdigen Städte/Stätten zu erreichen.

Der Check in hat prima geklappt, Pauline war 3 Minuten nach unserer Ankunft da. Wir konnten bereits früher unsere Wohnung beziehen… die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben die Abende auf den beiden Dachterrassen sehr genossen…es ist wirklich alles da…. Handtücher, Strandtücher, Sonnenschirme…zur Begrüßung hat uns im Kühlschrank kaltes Wasser und eine Flasche Wein erwartet… Pauline hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt, topp!! Die Lage ist einfach genial…. 3 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt… Bäcker um die Ecke und Supermarkt in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Danke für die schöne Zeit in Apulien… kann das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen…wir kommen bestimmt wieder😘

Wonderful, unforgettable holidays

We enjoyed our vacation in the middle of the 'Centro storico' in Ostuni very much. The cozy roof terrace of the house invites you to the sunset or sunrise and offers an unforgettable view over the roofs of the city, over to the cathedral and the sea. The house is equipped with everything we wanted. The bedroom on the bottom floor is certainly the ideal place for a restful night in the hot summer, but in early April it was a bit too cool. The beds on the 1st floor are very comfortable. Since this is an old (but very lovingly decorated) house, there is definitely to note that the steps between the floors are really steep, so you should be good on foot. The house is beautifully located in the middle of the old streets of Ostuni. It is possible to get everything on foot (bakery, supermarket, fishmonger...) and it is difficult to choose between the many bars and restaurants. We were able to park our car in public parking not far from the house in April at no cost and without any problems. This place is ideally located for excursions in Puglia, a beautiful, very interesting region of Italy. Particularly noteworthy is the helpfulness of the landlady even before arrival. After booking, we were provided directly with a comprehensive information package. In addition, every question was answered within 24 hours. Impressive! The farewell was really hard for us! Gladly we recommend this accommodation and hope that we can once again return.

Apulien im Frühjahr

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung. Für die in unserem Reisezeitraum vorhandenen Außentemperaturen (im März bei 8-13 Grad) sind die vorhandenen Heizmöglichkeiten zu gering ausgelegt. Einige Räume konnten nicht beheizt werden. Vielen Dank an Pauline für die gute Betreuung.

Xmas in Ostuni

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house, which we found well equipped and very tastefully arranged. We were very well received by Pauline. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view while having breakfast at the terrace (and the DVD collection on cold winter nights ;-)

Tolles, stilvolles, historisches Haus

Wir haben sechs glückliche Tage in diesem stilvollen, historischen Haus inmitten der herrlichen Altstadt von Ostuni verbracht. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Stadt, die Kathedrale, die Olivenhaine bis zum Meer ist sehr schön. Küche ist gut eingerichtet (Herd, Mikrowelle, Töpfe etc.), auch wenn nicht sehr viel Geschirr und Besteck da ist. Achtung, die Treppen im Haus sind sehr steil, deshalb für alte Menschen eventuell nicht geeignet.

Tolles Haus im schönen Puglia

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem außergewöhnlichem, wunderschönen und gut ausgestattetem Ferienhaus verbracht. Ostuni ist eine tolle Stadt, man wohnt sehr zentral und die Aussicht auf die Altstadt von Ostuni war einzigartig schön. Wir haben die 14 Tage dort sehr genossen und würden das Haus jedem empfehlen, der gut steile Treppen steigen kann. Wir danken Pauline für ihre gute Einweisung und Hilfe vor Ort. Meravigliosa Ostuni

La mia esperienza è più che positiva!! La casa è esattamente come descritta , a due passi dal centro ed ha una magnifica vista su Ostuni ed il mare. Amazing House in Ostuni

Me and my friends stayed at Debbie and Paul's house for 4 days in Ostuni. The house has 2 terraces with an incredible view of the silhouette of the city also its in the heart of Ostuni. If I ever go back to Ostuni, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Traumaussicht auf Ostuni

Mitten in der Altstadt steht dieses geschmackvoll eingerichtete Stadthaus über 3 Etagen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht für unbeschwerte Ferien. Die steilen Treppen verhelfen einem täglich für zusätzliches Fitnesstraining. Wir haben das Essen auf der Terrasse jeden Tag genossen.

Lovely house in convenient location with fantastic views from 2 roof-top terraces

Our communication with the owners was easy and helpful, and Pauline, their local representative met us at the apartment within minutes of our arrival. Check-in was simple, fast and efficient, and the house was clean, cute and comfortable. Unfortunately, our stay was too short to enjoy cooking in the charming, well-stocked kitchen, and the lower terrace would have been perfect for a romantic dinner. We did spend plenty of time on both terraces enjoying the views both day and night. Access to the old town and public square was a short stroll downhill in one direction, and the public park with greenery and benches (and parking for our rental car) down another. Checkout was as simple as leaving the keys on the table when we left. We loved the place, would stay there again, and would recommend it to others. (Since it is four levels including the terraces, renters should be prepared for stairs.)
