Open access to the pool and sunning deck areas enhances the relaxation. For quieter moments, retreat to the library/office and peruse the shelves for a good read. A laptop, printer, and office supplies are on hand for those who can't completely escape the work flow.

2 full suites, located at opposite ends of the rental, open into the 1,200 square foot enclosed pool cage, featuring a heated 12 x 36 foot pool and multiple seating/dining areas. The third bedroom opens onto the paved side patio, while the fourth bedroom has access to the screened front porch. All bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds topped with 4" memory gel toppers, and any or all rooms can be converted to twins for those with individual sleeping requirements (perfect for bigger golfing groups!). Each bedroom also includes a Roku-ready TV. Additionally, the home offers 4 twin-size sleeper sofas, 4 oversized couches, and multiple air mattress sizes from twin to king, as well as 2 specially designed toddler air mattresses and 3 Pack 'n Plays, providing accommodations for additional sleepers of all ages.

We've got kids covered with fun activities at this Naples vacation rental. The colorful, fully-stocked kids playroom will keep the youngsters entertained for hours. For the older kids (ages 8 to 98), we offer a game room packed with electronic basketball, foosball, air hockey, dart board, chalk wall, wet bar, popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, karaoke, TV, game table and over 50 board games, just to name a few options.

When hunger strikes, fire up the propane grill for a family meal.

After lunch, head to the north side of the home for some old-fashioned swinging, sandcastle building with the kids on the "sand beach," or simply relax on the large paved side patio while safely watching the kids be kids. Take a leisurely hike on our private walking path and explore Florida’s natural surroundings along the way.

As night falls, the light show begins. Whether you're in the pool or beside it, you can quietly listen to the wildlife under the canopy of lights in the enclosed bug-free private environment. After enjoying the paved fire ring and roasting a few marshmallows with the kids, send them off to play in one of the great playrooms while you enjoy a cocktail. You've earned it!

We're conveniently located near multiple golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. A paved walking trail is also within walking distance.

Our home is self-managed, ensuring you always have direct contact with the owners. You'll receive your own personal access code, eliminating the need for keys or dealing with leasing agents. We refer to ourselves as 'The Front Desk' and will personally meet and greet you upon check-in. We'll provide a quick tour and highlight the home and grounds, and answer any questions or concerns you may have upon your arrival.

We have our own housekeeping and caretaking staff, and having a member of our team or your hosts on the grounds during your stay ensures that we're available immediately if any problems arise, with qualified individuals ready to assist and remedy any issues at a moment's notice.

Our daily rate always includes lodging and amenities for your group of up to 10 persons. (There is a $10 per person nightly surcharge for larger group accommodations.) We also offer luggage early drop-off and after-check-out storage before flights, as well as refrigeration for any medications you may need.

** IMPORTANT PRE-BOOKING INFORMATION **
The nightly rate is for the first ten guests, with an additional $10 per guest per night for up to a total of 16 guests per stay. Children under 1 year old are not subject to extra guest fees but count towards the group total. The accommodation includes 4 king beds (which can be split into twins for alternative sleeping), 4 twin sofa sleepers, and additional sleepers can be accommodated on couches and assorted air mattress sizes.

Group bookings will be based on the number of adults/children ratios at the time of the request due to septic/well requirements. The maximum number of adults in any group is 8 without approval. All reservations are accepted based on the originally requested guest numbers at the time of booking. No additional guests may be added to any booked group without prior owner approval. If approved, additional guest fees may be due if exceeding guest adult or child limits.

A copy of a government-issued photo ID is required within 24 hours of the accepted booking.

There is no extra charge for pets (up to 2 pets).

There is a $295 charge for "professional" cleaning. This ensures that you can rest assured you are entering a high-standard, professionally cleaned space at the beginning of your stay. It also contributes to job creation for our locals, and as you explore our listing further, you'll see why it "takes a village" for all our extra guest amenities.
