Master bedroom on ground floor with private full bath. 3 additional bedrooms + sleeping loft on second floor. Large deck with panoramic lake and mountain views. Enjoy the views of Moose and McKenzie mountains as you soak in the outdoor hot tub. Grill outside and later relax by the firepit next to lake or the fireplace inside. Water sports amenities include Stand-up paddleboards, canoe, kayak, and a row boat perfect for fishing/trolling for legendary monster lake trout in Mirror Lake and Lake Placid. Kids can toss a worm and bobber off the dock to catch bass and sunnies.

Wonderful spot

The Mirror's Edge is delightful and it was a really wonderful place to stay in Lake Placid. The location was terrific, the house was just lovely and the view is spectacular. We can't wait to go back!

Our stay was wonderful! Mirrors Edge is beautiful and we loved staying there. Hope to return next summer. The house was clean, beds were comfortable. We experienced all types of weather from 90’s- high 40’s. Down pours to sunshine and blue sky and everything was beautiful.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Mirror’s Edge was conveniently located near town and everything needed was provided by the home owner. Communication with the owner was easy and responded quickly.

great time at mirror’s edge

what an awesome place! great location with an easy walk to downtown. the hot tub, the lake access, the great fire pit, lake toys, great kitchen for cooking, big huge deck, i am sure i am forgetting something…but just a great great spot!

Perfect February break getaway

We were two families, each with 3 children, and had a wonderful/cozy stay at the house. The house came just as listed and pictured and it was fun for all generations!

Beautiful location, amazing stay

The house had everything we could possibly need! Everything worked great from the hot tub to the fireplace to all the appliances. Beds were super comfortable. You can easily walk to restaurants, shops, bars. This was one of the nicest places I've stayed.

Great house. Great location. Perfect for Ironman

House is in a wonderful location on Mirror Lake. Has all the amenities you would want. Family was up for the Ironman and there can be no better house to watch participants than this one. Very much enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful stay at Mirrors Edge

Our small group had a great time at Bill’s place. The location was perfect- witching walking distance to town, MT biking trails, and Cobble Hill. The hot tub and fire pit were the cherry on top. The house was clean and included various items that made our stay that much easier. This is a great option for Lake Placid.

Family vacation

House was just as described. Fully furnished with stocked kitchen. The location was picture perfect....literally. Our daughter was proposed to on the dock!!! Our family had a wonderful time.

Autumn on Mirror Lake

My wife and I have had a visit to Lake Placid on our list for the past several years and were finally able to make it happen. Mirror's Edge was was the perfect location and had everything we needed for our visit. It is both secluded and close enough to town to walk to everything. Our dogs loved our walks around the lake every morning and although the weather did not allow for us to take full advantage of the kayaks and canoe, the hot tub and the fireplace were perfect amenities for our stay.

Mirror's Edge

Everything was very good. We all loved the swimming, hot tub, paddle boards and kayaks. We mistakenly thought we would see July 4th fireworks from the dock and would plan differently next time. We had a somewhat rainy week but it didn't spoil our stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

We had a wonderful long stay at Mirrors Edge over the Christmas and New Years holidays. The home had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable - which helped after our ski days! We enjoyed using the fireplace, playing games with friends and family, the hot tub, and the easy and scenic walks into town. We were lucky to ice skate on both the lake and the Olympic oval! Both the owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful when we had questions or needs. We’d love to stay again!

Perfection on Mirror Lake

Our family had the best time at Mirror's Edge. We range in age from 11-83 and there was something for everyone. The house is in the perfect location. The beds were all very comfortable and quiet (even with the kids watching Marvel movies late into the night). Can't beat the location right on the lake. Everything you want for lake playtime is there: kayaks, canoes, paddleboards. Easy to swim off the dock. Great chairs for reading and lounging. Firepit for smores and a hot tub for warming up after a chilly lake swim. We will be back for sure!

Lovely home

Very relaxing home. Some basic upkeep is needed like fixing broken drain in tub and ripped screen. Windows didn’t open close properly. Overall very clean and nice but does need a bit of care.

Mirror Lake

Wonderful location, right on Mirror Lake in Lake Placid. We caught and released fish from the dock, went kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing with equipment at the house. Cooked meals for family of 5, finding all we needed in the kitchen. We hiked nearby and walked around the lake into town where we enjoyed the view of the lake and quaint shopping area. Any issues were promptly addressed. Outside - Bugs and weather can be an issue this time of year but we managed with the right clothing and bug spray.

Northwood Graduation

My son graduated from Northwood HS (right up the street). This home made this already special event even more special. Everything was perfect and our host could not have been more accommodating. Example: We ran out of propane while cooking on the grill. We let Bill know and he had someone out to replace it with in five minutes. FIVE MINUTES! As for the home itself. Well put it this way it was so beautiful that many of the senior parents requested to take pictures of their son in the backyard with the lake in the background. This home will forever have a special place in my family’s heart. It’s that beautiful

Mirror Lake Vacay

We stayed with family of 5 (kids are teens and young adults) and had plenty of room and enjoyed the house and being right on Mirror Lake. The property had one kayak, one canoe, and several standup paddle boards. The row boat had a leak so we didn’t use that. Would have loved one more kayak so more than one of us could go kayaking together, but that’s pretty minor. We had a great time and would come back. It was a nice bonus to be able to hop in the hot tub after swimming in the cool lake water. We fished (and released) off the dock and in the lake with great success, which was so fun! We built a fire in the outdoor fire pit and made s’mores. We also had a fire in the house on one of the cooler nights, which was easy and cozy. House is within walking distance of town, and we walked/ran around the lake every day for a bit of exercise (2.6 miles). We also hiked Mt Van Ho one day, which has a lovely view. And we enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. All in all a terrific visit was had by all!

Great location for bikers

Nice house for our family. Kitchen was well appointed. Fun to swim off the dock and then use the hot tub. Use of the boats and SUPs was a bonus.Only issue we had was with the gas grill not getting sufficiently hot to cook our dinner one night. Would love to go back.

Lakefront magic!

This was our tenth time in lake placid, first time at this property. It was our best trip yet!!! We all loved being lakefront, especially our golden retriever. Also great access to the cobble hill hike which is one of our favorites with our young kids. Spacious house, well equipped. Highly recommend!
