Thanks very much for staying at our home and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. I want to address a few of your concerns. - We keep the indoor pool at 87 degrees and the hot tub at 102/103. As we discussed on the phone, your group decided to turn the Hot Tub down to 92 so it takes several hours with the cover on for it to get back to temperature. - As you said, the house is very close to the trail. In fact its less than 400 yards and takes about 3-5 min to walk. This is much closer than walking from the mountain parking lot to the lower lift. I’m sorry that your group found that difficult but none of our other guests have had this issue. - Sorry the Jacuzzi in the Master Bath was not working. Once you notified us, we are having it investigated. - As for the cameras, these are security cameras since this is a vacation home and we live far away. The ones you noted, are the only cameras which are in common areas and no one is watching. This is a regular practice. Again, thanks for your rental and we look forward to having you back.
