Welcome to 'One York House' our little haven nestled within the heart of beautiful Llandudno at the foot of the Great Orme. Relax and unwind in our stunning, luxury accommodation, which boast every convenience you could wish for in your holiday accommodation.

Our 1 bedroom the apartment is extremely spacious and is equally suitable for both a couple or a family of 4. The large family sized bedroom sleeps 3, (1 Double Bed and a Large Single Sofabed).

Put your fit up and relax on a huge L-Shaped Sofa and watch a movie. The Sofa converts into a double bed for kids/teens who prefer to sleep in a separate room to mum and dad.

All rooms are stylish and spacious. The apartment has both a modern kitchen with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and all the cooking utensils you would have at home. A separate Washing machine and Tumble Dryer are provided.

Our fantastic bathroom contains both a bath and separate large shower cubicle, depending on whether you want to get ready for the day or unwind in an evening.

The lounge has a full dining table and chairs for your evening meal, or if the evening is nice, you can dine outside on the patio area. In the day the patio provides a little 'Sun trap' area too. A parasol and sun lounger are provided.

Modern Tech is covered with Free wifi, a Samsung Smart TV with BBC iPlayer, Youtube etc. Free use of our netflix account. For music lovers we provide a bluetooth speaker and DAB Radio in the kitchen.

Naturally all Bed Linen and towels are provided.

Free Roadside Parking is directly outside the property. Once arrived why not leave the car behind and take your time to explore the unspoilt Victorian charm of this North Wales gem. Take a 5 minute stroll down to the prom and the pier or alternatively head in the other direction to the West Shore beach to take in the breathtaking views of the mountains of Snowdonia. Then head back for a glass of wine and some alfresco dining on our sheltered, south facing patio.

Excellent apartment, located in a quiet street with plenty of parking spaces. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. The courtyard was so relaxing, to sit in and look out onto.Location was easily accessible for all local attractions on foot, by car and by bus.Michael was really helpful, responsive a great host, we will definitely visit again

Parking was plentiful with us being able to find a spot directly in front on all but one evening and there was an option directly around the corner. Unit was clean and as advertised. Would stay there again.

Michael’s Llandudno apartment

The apartment is in a great location, close to the town but in a quiet road. The outside space was good, comfortable and caught the evening sun. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

An excellent property - warm, spacious but cosy & very well placed.

This property really helped to make our stay in Llandudno very enjoyable. It was very well decorated & furnished & very very clean. It was well equipped but I have to admit that we would have liked a tea-pot & milk jug (and a better dish cloth). Everything else - superb! Llandudno is a lovely place for a holiday & I hope we will return. I would certainly recommend this property.

Excellent property, everything you need. Home from home. Add extra of out door seating and dinning space. plenty of space for my 3 year grandson to play. The property is in an excellent location, a short walk away from beach and shops etc.

Anniversary weekend

The apartment was excellent. It was very clean and excellently equipped. We were extremely comfortable and wanted for nothing. The location was quiet and yet within a very easy walk into town with all its amenities. The host made contact and was available, if needed, throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. We will definitely consider another visit to the area and would definitely stay in the property again.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cutlery and pots. The room was good size and clean. The mattress quality wasn’t good though and the bed size felt smaller than usual double bed that we have at home. We were told that the sofa bed in the lounge will be set up but it wasn’t. It took us sometime to figure out where the duvet and pillows would be and then to set up the bed, but once set it up it was easy to fold it back everyday.

Home from home

You'll want for nothing at this lovely apartment. Ten minutes walk to the sea front,yet in a quiet street.Parking outside the door.If you enjoy a pint of beer Wetherspoons is five minutes walk.I think Llandudno is one of my favourite seaside towns.

Lovely apartment in a great location

A super basement apartment very close to town centre. We had no trouble parking right outside the front gate throughout the first week of July. Very clean and well maintained with everything we needed and the bonus of a little sun trap terrace for relaxing in. Great communication from the owner. We did find the towels to be very small and thin, so you might want to take your own.

Spacious, luxurious, conveniently located.

This is a very comfortable property! Although it was just my husband and me we really appreciated the roominess of the apartment. We had plenty of room for our things and to relax when we were not out exploring. The kitchen has a washer AND A DRYER! We loved that and made good use of it. The property was very clean and outfitted with everything we needed. The location was ideal-we we were able to leave the car parked and walk everywhere including to the summit of The Great Orme. Highly recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect Llandudno apartment

There is nothing I could say to fault this lovely apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice. The rooms are large and well appointed, particularly the main bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout, a lovely bathroom and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including washer and dryer. Parking was free and available outside every day even though it was a very busy period, so that was a bonus, and it’s a short stroll to town. Michael was a pleasure to deal with….we’ll be back!

Superb, quiet apartment nestled in the heart of Llandudno!

This beautiful apartment, situated just three blocks from pubs, restaurants, shopping, beaches and the Orme has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Heated flooring, beautifully decorated, a spacious living/dining room area, separate shower and a tub, and a bonus lounge area with an additional TV in the large, comfortable bedroom. Bright and spacious, this apartment is perfect for anyone wanting a quiet place to hang out, or to be in close proximity to the local scene. This apartment was the highlight of our trip to Wales! Thank you to hosts Michael and Katharine for their detailed information and impeccable attention to detail!

Just back from staying at Michael's apartment in Llandudno. Lovely clean apartment with everything you need for a week's holiday. Well situated ony 5 minutes walk to the town and main High Street shopping area. Would definitely recommend this apartment as a bas to visit Llandudno.

We love owning a property within easy reach of where we live, that we can visit throughout the year and really spend some quality family time together down in charming Llandudno and the beautiful North Wales countryside.

We spent our family holiday in 2011 staying at a friends apartment in Llandudno. Immediately we fell in love with town. It's well maintained Victorian Character is very appealing. The West Shore Beach is breathtaking at Sunset. We also adore exploring the Great Orme. There is an abundance of choice of nice restaurants too.
During that holiday we came across this apartment and instantly knew it was the property for us. It is 1 of 7 luxury apartments in a 4 storey Victorian property that has been fully renovated and modernised in 2011. Llandudno is the perfect location for short breaks for us and needless to say we feel very lucky to own such a beautiful holiday home. We hope you enjoy your stay at 'One York House' as much as we do.
