Our holiday home……
Set within a beautiful location Casa Flamenca is situated in a prime position on the sought after Jumilla 2 complex.

Tastefully decorated and recently refurbished to a high standard, the bungalow provides that home from home feeling so you can relax from the minute you arrive.

This immaculately clean bungalow consists of a master bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobes with plenty of hangers to store your holiday clothes and en-suite shower room.

The 2nd bedroom has full size twin beds, wardrobes and lots of storage. Separating the bedrooms is the family bathroom with large shower and high quality fittings.

Open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge have everything you may need in a holiday home.

The kitchen has all essential appliances including a washing machine, microwave & coffee machine. Lounge has a large comfy sofa , smart tv, sky eclipse and blue tooth speaker and various board games for all your home entertainment.
Our guests have the choice of relaxing on the large front terrace or sunbathing in privacy on comfy ratten sunloungers on our spacious rooftop solarium. Built in BBQ and full size dining table is provided for your comfort under the shaded pergola.
The bungalow is situated directly facing the communal gardens and large swimming pool that has a shallow area for smaller children. Sunshades are permanent features within the communal area to provide shade when required.
Our home meets all current Spanish regulations and we have registered the habitation certificate (safety regulations) with the local tourist board.

Playa Flamenca……Costa Blanca

Many fabulous bars and very good quality restaurants are within easy walking distance. The beaches at Playa Flamenca can be reached within 20 minutes walk and many more amazing beaches can be discovered easily by car or taxi. For your day out to the beach, we provide the chairs, umbrellas, cooler box and games for your convenience.
La Zenia boulevard hosting all the major retail outlets and restaurants is less than 2 km away and can be easily reached within a 20 minutes walk. Many more local supermarkets are just around the corner!
Activities…
So much to do for all the family- great cycling routes, paddleboarding and all water sports are available nearby. Water parks, go karting, crazy golf are all on offer.

If you want to explore further afield, day trips to Murcia, Alicante, Cartagena and Mar Menor all accessible via the AP7 or N332.

Great Villa! Everything you could need.

This a great villa, everything you could want has been thought of, fully equipped! The roof terrace was a fantastic surprise again with everything you could want, I'm sure you won't find better for the price!!

Fantastic property beautiful inside and out ,we stayed for 2 months a wonderful home from home.Every need was catered for long stay. The complex was lovely a small gated comunity grounds immaculate and friendly.Highly recommend it we are re booked for next year already.Thank you Karen and Peter.

relaxing break

Bond and I visited Karen and Pete's place late sept early october we had the most relaxing holiday we have had in a long time , even though the bungalow has everything you need indoor and outdoor for cooking you can also be totally lazy and eat out all the time as there is so much choise within easy walking distance.we had the odd day when the weather wasn't too kind but again there are so many things to do indoors, watch a dvd, tv,games,or just relax to music and a good book. the market close by is a must to visit, even though there is plenty to do in the surrouning areas of Spain we didn't venture far as we were more than happy with the local area,check out The Pirate bar for a great atmosphere and music. We are looking forward to our next visit which we hope won't be too far off. Anne and Bond thanks for our great holiday.

A wonderful family holiday

What a Fantastic stay we have had at this property! Communication with the owners was great prior to arrival. On arrival we found very detailed welcome packs informing us of the local area, beaches, bars, shops etc we utilised the online shopping facility at the supermarket booked a shop to arrive a few hours after we arrived which was great! The vicinity of the apartment to the pool was a godsend with one child wanting to be in the pool ALL the time and one child preferring the shade a bit more! Lots of choices of bars and restaurants very close by. The upper terrace was just beautiful especially at night. I’ve never slept in a comfier double bed!!! And the little touches of the welcome drinks for when we arrived, children's games, inflatables to use really made it feel like a home from home! My husband commented on the way home that was the best holiday we’ve been on. Thank you xx

Fantásticas vacaciones en Casa Flamenca

Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia en Casa Flamenca. La casa es muy bonita, limpia y cuidada, y muy bien equipada. La zona de la azotea con la barbacoa está genial, para cenar, con la brisa nocturna, es perfecta. También el área de la piscina nos ha gustado mucho, limpia y muy poco concurrida. Desde la comunicación con la dueña, Karen, hasta la entrega y recogida de llaves, con Haydn, ha sido muy fácil, son todos muy amables y cualquier inconveniente se resolvió con rapidez. Resumiendo, ha ido todo perfecto y recomendamos esta casa a todo el mundo. Saludos de Susana, Rubén, Daniel y Elisa.

It was a PERFECT HOLIDAY!!

To start with , Karen was very easy to communicate with. We had been provided with all info about how to get to the property and what to expect. Also in the house , there is a special folder with recommendation about activities near by, restaurants, etc. House itself was super nice, very well equipped with lots of extras. Location really worked for us. Swimming pool you can see from your own tarrace and beautiful beach few minutes drive from home. There is few shopping centres to choose from. Overall, it was perfect holiday and we would live to come back.

Alojamiento fantástico

Ha sido una estancia inmejorable. La casa está en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y limpio. La urbanización es muy tranquila y tiene muy buenas instalaciones en la zona de la piscina. El contacto con los dueños ha sido muy fácil y ante cualquier duda nos han contestado muy rápidamente y sin poner ningún tipo de problemas. Alojamiento 100 × 100 recomendable. Para ir a la playa hay que coger el coche pero merece la pena por hospedarte en un sitio así.

Excellent stay

Really nice, clean and modern bungalow, beautiful pool just across the road. The owner was great with communication before the stay and provided loads of info about the bungalow and area. The key holder was also very friendly and showed us around the bungalow when we arrived. Couldn't haver a better place to stay.

Superb apartment- best we have ever rented

The apartment is stunning and on a lovely quiet but very central complex. All the furnishings are very high quality and extremely comfortable- great beds and showers! Wi fi, English tv lovely terraces to sit on and there is every item you could want or need in the apartment- without doubt the best rental we have ever had in this area - everything is nearby with some great bars and restaurants- couldn’t fault a thing - will definitely book again.

The beat in La Florida

A beautiful bungalow in the perfect location. Wonderful wonderful wonderful, thank you so much Karen. Wonderful reception and communication . I highly recommend early booking otherwise you will miss this little gem. There is no other around like it. Eautidul inside and out.

Quality home from home stay!

The bungalow was exactly as described with comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of equipment for both inside and out. The space was excellent with room to be able to stretch out and enjoy cool down time inside ( as the heat was exceptionally hot for June) and lots of space to eat on the patios and sit and relax. Pool area was lovely too with plenty of umbrella shade. Neighbours were all friendly. The bonus for us was that the door didn't self lock if accidentally closed shut from the outside - unlike most others in Spanish accommodation! The fan on the patio was a bonus and independently operated air con in each room. We love the area having visited for the past 6 years in various accommodation. Plenty to see and do and great restaurants. Thank you. 😎

Fabulous family holiday!

Karen and Pete made this a completely stress free holiday for us. Taxi drop offs and pickups were arranged for us prior to our departure date. The information pack that they have produced is fantastic and tells you EVERYTHING that you will need to make the most of your holiday. The bungelow itself is absolutely spotless and finished to a really high standard, it has everything that you can possibly need and more. The free WiFi and air-conditioning are an extra very welcome bonus! The bungelows proximity to the large pool area couldn't be any better. Jan and Andy who look after the bungelow were lovely and nothing was too much trouble, they really made us feel welcome. We visited lots of the restaurants and places which Karen and Pete had recommended to us and we were never disappointed. We'd highly recommend this bungelow and its location and have already enquired about dates for next year. A great holiday had by all! 🤩

Fantastic

A beautiful bungalow with plenty of room inside and out. Hubby watched world go by on veranda , where we ate breakfast each morning,and I sunbathed on the roof terrace ( sunbeds, barbie and table on chairs on roof terrace). Modern, clean shower rooms , one ensuite. Pool looked very inviting as was area surrounding pool. Well located for the beach and walking .Restaurants within walking distance and others not too far away by car. Karen and Pete great to deal with as are Andy and Jan who are the keyholders.I could go on but I think you get the picture. Have already booked again.

We're lucky enough to have enjoyed our 8th winter in Casa Flamenca & hope to return next year The villa is extremely comfortable. Karen & Pete refurbish something annually so it is always fresh & inviting.

The Bungalow was of high quality and spotless.... it really was a home from home it was beautiful

The house and resort was of very high quality and I will be returning again there some day..... The pool was spotless the hosts wow were amazing...…… lots to do in the area not a dull moment and the roof top terrace was just beautiful …. I have always been to the costa Del Sol ….. Costa Blanca is just beautiful and I will be back there soon

Absolutely Perfect Holiday Home

Me and some family stayed here for 5 nights in September, and it was the perfect home from home. The sun terrace on the roof is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the kitchen and bathrooms are lovely and modern. Location is great, only a short walk away from the commercial centre with loads of beautiful restaurants and fun bars, and close to La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre which is great too! We had a brilliant holiday and will definitely be returning to Casa Flamenca. Thank you very much Karen and Pete!

We went across to stay at our Friends bungalow for a week and had no intention of buying a property but fell in love with the complex, all the neighbours are so friendly and we had such a peaceful relaxing week and found out the bungalow opposite was for sale. Rest is history they say ! Best snap decision we ever made.
