Villa GriMar, is a uniquely decorated 3 Bedroom + 1 Bunk Bedroom and 4.5 Bathrooms condo inside gated Punta Mita with amazing views. Large beach style rooms, a state of the art kitchen with large terraces that give you a relaxing atmosphere for families or couples that love all the luxury amenities Punta Mita has to offer. Featuring a Master bedroom with a king size bed and private terrace, a second Bedroom featuring 2 Queen size beds leading to the large terrace, a third Bedroom with another 2 Queen size beds with partial ocean views plus a fourth very small bedroom with bunk beds. The garden features a large lap pool and lounge area overlooking the golf course. Within 5 minutes you have access to different restaurants inside Punta Mita and other restaurants in the Anclote beach town outside the gated doors. With the Premier membership you have full access to the Residents Pacífico beach club, Kupuri beach club, Sufi Beach Club, two different golf courses, the tennis center and fitness center all within the estate.

We had a wonderful time in Punta Mita. The spacious, clean condo is centrally located in the community. It was a great bonus to have daily cleaning service. The host was helpful. The only issue we had was with the golf cart but we were able to easily upgrade.

Spring Break

The whole area was filled with spring breakers and the layout of these condos the experience was still an oasis and peaceful. The property is well maintained and beautiful.

This is a wonderful condo with spacious deck and great proximity to all the assets of the local community. Diego is an excellent manager and facilitated all aspects of our stay.

Great Property

Overall, it's a great property, conveniently located inside the gated Punta Mita development, which is great because it has access to all of Punta Mita's beach clubs. Its very well equipped and maintained. We enjoyed the pool (shared with the other units in the building, but very private) and the terrace overlooking the golf course. We opted to rent the golf cart and it was very useful to drive to town (3 minutes) and the beach clubs.Diego, the property manager, was very helpful and always available via whatsapp. Cleaning service was also nice.Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Punta Mita the apartment was comfortable modern and had plenty of amenities. Just as the pictures on the website Beds were comfortable plenty of towels Checking was very easy and Diego the property manager helped with golf car rental and groceries The place is beautiful and having access to the beach clubs is a plus We would love to come back

Nice location, water and a/c problems

Nice location. Looks just like the photos. Shower does not work in one of the bathrooms. A dribble out of the shower head at best. Takes over 5 minutes to get hot water. Never fixed during stay. Air conditioning stopped working but was fixed the next day. Housekeeping and Property manager were very through and responsive. But there were problems.

Beautiful home overlooking the golf course

Eight of us spent a week in this beautiful and spacious condo which overlooks the golf course and part of the pool. It is located on the second floor of the G building, which can be reached by steps or the elevator. We rented the owners golf cart, and another one from Mita Carts; there is one parking spot near the entry of the building and one a few yards away. The carts have to be plugged in every night, which was no problem at all. There was ample space for all of us to comfortably relax in the living room or on the large veranda after our days spent at one of the fabulous beach clubs. The master bedroom offers a very comfortable king sized bed, big private bathroom, huge closet, and a private veranda with 2 chairs which overlooks the main pool and course. There are 2 other en suite bedrooms with 2 very comfortable queen beds in each, and a very small room with bunkbeds and small bath. The larger bedroom with 2 queen beds, also has a trundle bed (which is actually 2 single beds) so if need be the room can accommodate 4-6 people. It has a huge ensuite bathroom, a large wall of closet space, and also opens up to the main veranda. The second bedroom with 2 queens is smaller. It has a dresser, small closet and its own bathroom. Cozy and comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. We only used the kitchen to prepare breakfast each morning. It is stocked with 2 coffee makers, a blender, serving dishes, mixing bowls, pot and pans, lots of wine glasses, and everything else one would need to prepare and serve food. The house keeper did a great job each day making beds and cleaning. We loved our stay, and look forward to returning!

Very Enjoyable

Really enjoyed this rental on our visit to Punta Mita. The unit was very nicely furnished with plenty of comfort. It was a hot week but the unit's AC was great. Kitchen was very well supplied and the daily cleaning staff was efficient and quite (they are more then happy to arrange times to clean when you are not there). One undersold aspect was the complex's private pool - classy and private. The access to all the beach clubs was awesome !!! but it was nice to have a quite easy place to take a dip and cool down near the day's end. Diego (our concierge) was also very helpful - arranged airport transport and a snorkeling excursion for us and also was quick with a good in town restaurant rec....(there are several places in town -outside the gates- that we really enjoyed). We had no issues with the unit at all but did have a user error with stovetop (couldn't figure out how to turn on the burners - duh). Diego also got that solved super fast. A couple Tips : 1) you definitely need a golf cart (the owner can arrange) as you are a 5-7 minute golf cart drive to everything (including town) you'd want to go to. Walking not a viable option. 2)we had good communication with the Owner and Diego but it works best over WHATSAP - the VRBO "email the owner" was not nearly as efficient. All in all a really successful rental.

Great Punta Mita Condo

This was our family's first visit to Punta Mita. It was a terrific stay. The condo is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the outdoor living area is expansive. We will definitely be back and plan to rent the same unit again.

We enjoyed staying in Las Terrazas for 2 weeks in January 2017. The condo is very comfortable, clean and well-stocked. The property as well as the amenities are beautiful!

Perfect place to relax, explore, eat out, swim. We did all the above.

We all came to Punta Mita for a family wedding at the villa.Our condo was clean, well equipped and quiet. We soon learned our way around and enjoyed all the flowers and friendly people. The food is the best we've ever had.We had no complaints just a wonderful time. Wish it could have been longer. Hope to return again. The bride and groom found Punta Mita and I am so happy they did.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The unit is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outside patio area is very large and has beautiful views of the golf course. The pool area is very private; my kids loved swimming in the pool area that connected to the other buildings pool. Cristina the concierge was extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. The owner was friendly and responsive to all of my questions. Fabulous place to stay!
