Bright apartment renovated in 2012 located in the heart of the historical centre, a short distance from the most important architectural and cultural treasures of the city. Destinations all within an easy walk. The apartment is set in a central location close to the famous market of the popular Old Village, the beautiful Teatro Politeama, of Liberty Street and Via Ruggiero VII, frequented destinations obliged shopping in the city and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Teatro Massimo. the apartment has been furnished with new furniture and loving care to make your stay as pleasant as possible. In addition, less than 50 meters away is the last stop of the bus to the fabulous beach of Mondello.

Good clean apartment in centre of genuine Palermo

The apartment is clean and comfortable and the stairs are well documented before arrival. The owner was very helpful even picking us up from the bus stop in Palermo on arrival. The area is fascinating in old Palermo with lots of bars, restaurants and street food and a great atmosphere. Joined in the annual Festival of Santa Rosalia on June 15th at the cathedral and had breathtaking evening.

Highly recommended apartment and location

We enjoyed our staying very much. Friendly and very helpful landlord with great communications. Good location very close to the main attractions and shops/restaurants. Lovely and helpful local people. Clean and nicely furnished apartment. Fast WiFi facilities and good air-conditioning. Public transport very good – the buses run regularly but can be crowded at weekends. We suggest going to Mondello beach, but avoid on a Sunday when the schools are out! Trains out of the city are efficient and prompt. A busy city so be aware that there will be some noise around day and night. Fantastic sights and also recommend a visit to Monreale and Solunto.

Palermo appartment

A great appartment in the centre of Palermo, less than 5 minutes walk from the splendour of Politeama on one side to shops and cafes on the other. The price/quality was excellent. It is a modernly furnished appartment recently renovated,with everything one might need for a short stay.The owner is very friendly and helpful, and is always available if a problem should ever arise. The only minor point was the location on the 4th floor, with no elevator. We had a great time here!

Great choice!

For all of you who want to see the real spirit of Sicily, I highly recommend this place. You are in the center of the city, so everything is here for you...restaurants, bars, shops, walking area, rent a car, bus stops... The apartment is very clean, cosy, with everything you could need on vacation. And if you need anything else, Massimo will help you. Really great experience!

Convenient apartment in Palermo

We were very pleased with this apartment, in a very interesting area in Palermo. We were able to walk most places in the city and loved the local feeling of the neighbourhood with very good restaurants and shops. It is off the beaten tourist track and seemed to us like the real Palermo. It felt very safe. Our host could not have been more helpful, meeting us to show us around and answering questions quickly in advance. He was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. I would go back to this apartment. Palermo was really interesting and this provided a good base to see the city. The apartment is a few flights up, so not suitable for disabled people.

Nice apartment in Palermo

Hi! We have stayed at this apartment for 10 days in the beginning of October. The owner, Massimo, is friendly and helpful. Before the trip he answered all our questions very fast. The flat is very clean and well maintained. It is bright, always sunny in the morning. Cool tall windows. There is 1 bedroom with large bed and 1 living room. There is a shower and a kitchen as well. Kitchen is quite small and modest but still very good for you to prepare a meal. It has a fridge, gas stove and some usual kitchen stuff. As a plus the place has a balcony. We found the location very convenient. The area is quiet and not stressed. Firstly, there are a bunch of small shops, a market (mostly vegetables, but also meat), a big supermarket (carrefour, 15 minutes away) and lots of places to eat. There is a nice sea-food restaurant and a decent pizza place few steps from the apartment. Secondly, it was comparatively easy to find a parking space at night (after 8 o'clock). But i guess it may depend on a season. Near the apartment there is a bus stop to go Mondello beach. It is the final station, which is good, cause you'll always get your seat. I think the apartment is ideal for young couples.
