Villa Safia a lovely spacious 2 bedroom villa situated in Coral Bay with both sea and mountain views. Perfect for families or couples It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a lovely private garden with mature plants and palms with off road parking, the outside dining area is covered by a pergola with bougainvillea growing over to provide shade plus it is fully enclosed offering total safety from the pool for little ones.. There is a charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops,restaurants,bars, and supermarket are all within a 7 minute walk beaches less than 10 mins walk, and bus stop with a regular service into Paphos and the Water Park. Air-conditioning is included The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

The villa is very spacious, well laid out with everything you could need. The pool is lovely & there are lots of outdoor seating areas. It is in a very quiet area but near enough to everything for us not to use a car. Bus stop is only 10 minutes walk with frequent buses to connect to other areas. Beaches & restaurants within easy walking distances. Lisa & Felix were excellent hosts, prompt to answer any queries & provided a lovely welcome pack.

This is a very spacious villa in a nicely tucked away cul de sac but very near to everything. The villa itself is very well maintained and set up with everything you need and is far more spacious than the pictures suggest. From booking to staying in this beautiful villa I have had a 10 out of 10 experience this year and having booked with Lisa and Felix before it is easy to see why they are so good at what they do. The welcome pack after a late arrival was yet another bonus and I tried to book it again whilst staying there. So be quick or you will miss a real gem! Thanks again Lisa and Felix for making our stay so enjoyable.

This villa was exactly as described. Great pool area which is safe for small children as the villa is gated from the outside space. Location is perfect ...nice quiet cul-de-sac but not too far from amenities. The welcome pack provided by Lisa was greatly appreciated as we had a late arrival. All in all we had a fantastic holiday a and we will return. Thanks again Lisa we loved it.

Fantastic Stay

Amazing time. Villa was perfect, exactly what we wanted and everything we needed. Perfect stay close to the beach, and shops and restaurants etc, we made the most of the superb pool and will definitely book again. Thank you to Lisa and Felix.

Had a lovely stay at villa safia total relaxation. The villa had everything you needed very home from home, and the complimentary welcome pack was spot on. Beautifully spacious villa

We loved the location, close enough to the action but in a quiet road. The property was clean and spacious with a beautiful pool that had pool floats to enjoy. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of welcome food in the fridge to get us going after a long travel day. Would recommend!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely villa.

From booking to check in, was simple and easy. The Villa was in a quiet residential area, if you are looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday, this is the villa for you. It was well equipped, has everything you need. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Great villa, everything you need is there

Had an amazing week in this lovely secluded villa, couldn’t ask for more. The property managers were great and had responses to questions straight away, pool was warm and clean, what more could you ask 😊

Villa sofia is beautiful, it was our first time in a villa, & it was everything we wanted. Lisa & Felix were very helpful and friendly. I would definately recommend staying here, the location is fantastic as,well.Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great villa

The villa has everything you need, we hired a car but there’s a supermarket nearby that will also deliver your shopping. There’s some great pubs too. Coral bay is beautiful, it was our first visit but will definitely be back and would book this villa again if it’s available.

Lovely villa

We had a nice stay at this lovely bright and airy villa. The accomodation was just right and great to spend time by the pool relaxing. The location is good - within walking distance of two beaches as well as local restaurants and also the bus terminal. The detailed information pack was very useful too. Thanks for a lovely stay

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

a beautiful two bed villa, so hard to find in Coral Bay, situated on a lovely quiet residential cul de sac. The villa is fully enclosed and lovely and private , the gardens are mature, offering a mix of fruit trees, palms and shrubs. Bougainvillea clad pergola for outside dining is a wonderful feature. This area is gated and railings so safe with young children. further dining area to the rear with mountain views.
