What a super location for this one bedroom apartment in Benidorm. You will find it overlooking the well known Avenida Mediterraneo, just one street back from the beach.
The sunny apartment has sea views and is within 2 minutes walk of the golden sandy beaches and promenade of the Levante beach with restaurants, bars and shops all on your doorstep.
A lift will take you to the 5th floor from the street and the apartment has a good size lounge with patio doors opening to the terrace with sea views. The lounge has satellite TV, dining table seating 4 people and a sofa bed which opens to a double bed for extra guests if needed.
The terrace is furnished with table and chairs so you can sit and relax and take in the sea views or watch the hustle and bustle in the street below.
The kitchen has all you need for your stay, microwave, mini-oven, 2 electric hobs, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle.
The bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe space at the rear of the building and there is a family shower room where you will find the washing machine and shower cubicle.
Hot and cold air conditioning is installed for your comfort in the lounge and with your safety and security in mind, the apartment has a safe, fire extinguisher, smoke detector and fire blanket.
This apartment is ideal for your summer holiday and winter sunshine breaks.

Location

Apartment very clean and tidy, Bob was very helpful found us an extra chair when we asked. Central to everything bars/cafes/beach, very lively during world cup amazing atmosphere. It's a shame that the trees block a lot of the view from the balcony and are probably responsible for mozzies at night. Overall a great stay and very likely to return. Alan and Sheila.

Good, but could easily be made great

A nice apartment in a great location, which would benefit greatly from the replacement of a few items that have seen better days. Sheets were threadbare and bobbly, the couch had a cigarette burn in it and could do with a clean, locks on the doors to the balcony were very temperamental, some of the mugs were coffee stained, and there was a strong smell of cigarettes, particularly in the bedroom (there is a non-smoking policy, so it could be that this was coming from people smoking in the apartments above or below?). The other thing to note is that the shower enclosure is very small, especially if you are at the larger end of the scale. That said, the apartment has a lot going for it, and we didn't allow these few opportunities for improvement to detract from the great holiday that we had here. Bob, the Property Manager, was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Home from home

We stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks and had a great time. The only thing I was disappointed with was the sun on the balcony. I read on a previous review that the sun shines all day on the balcony, it doesn't, you may get a slither late afternoon, also the view that you see in the photos is not what you get when the trees are full of leaves. But we did have a great time and the apartment was clean and if you have forgotten ant toiletries, there is plenty left behind from other guests.

Great stay

This was our first trip to Benidorm and the picture does it justice. A great location, property was clean and tidy, Ali( very nice man ) the owner met us at the property and gave us a quick guide as to how everything works and pointed out where the main strip was .Tiki Beach is beautiful, restaurants and bars were better than expected, clean ,tidy and welcoming . If you want to just chill out or party I would recommend this apartment.

lovely hotel in the heart of night life beach and shops bit noisy but im a very light sleeper ear plugs worked wonders . Would use it again ali was great bottle of water teabags ect to start you of till you get to the shops plenty near to grab most things would recommend this apartment from young to old

Brilliant stay

Second visit this year,couldn't fault anything,location excellent,apartment first class,everything you need is there.Alistair always at the other end of a phone.Will certainly visit again and would and have definately recommend to anyone needing a perfect holiday apartment.

Fantastic location

Met by Ali and introduced to the lovely airy apartment, and Ali also kindly supplied us with tea, coffee, sugar and milk so we could make a much needed drink when we arrived. The apartment is in an 8 story block with good sea views it was spotless and had every home comfort needed to make our stay more enjoyable. I have some mobility difficulties so the site of the apartment was excellent for me, surrounded by shops and restaurants, bus stop outside, beach across the road, what more could you want, definitely will book again and recommend these apartments. Ali and his wife were friendly and welcoming.

Brilliant

This was perfect for use in the middle of everything all the bars and shops at your door step and the beech across the road, the apartment was spotless the balcony is L shaped so a lovely breeze when you need it and the manager Ali & Sharon could not have been more helpful we will be back soon thank you Ali & sharon for a great holiday.

Five star accommodation but just as important 5 star service from Alistair and Sharon as others have said.Superb views,location and best equipped apartment I`ve stayed in,a true home from home but with the sunshine!! Excellent value for money,can`t be bettered.

Just returned back after a lovely weeks holiday in this appartment everything you will need is in appartment even put some milk and tea bags in there for us till we went shopping shower was fantastic !!! location was great 5 mins walk to beach shops and night life but never got disturbed at night . views fantastic and a very clean appartment very secure as well . we were met on arrival by lovely couple Ali Shaz they were both lovely nothing was to much trouble. would not hesitate to book this again in the future and would recommend. To family and friends thanks you :-)

Wonderful stay

Hi my husband and me stayed in this apartment for a month the apartment was very clean and had every thing we needed for r stay Before going I emailed Alister about a few things one being are later arrival he always answered back quickly and nothing was to much trouble We arrived at 11pm and Alister and Sharon were waiting for us with a warm welcome its a great apartment brill location so would highly recommend it and hope to go back again

Have just come back from a wonderful weeks holiday in the montreal apartment,to go along with the good weather we had the apartment was just as good.Always a little apprehensive when booking off net but any worries were soon removed.The emails and service provided by Alistair was second to none.As stated in his emails he was there to meet and greet and the apartment itself was just as shown on net.enjoyed it so much we are looking to go again in October,would have no worries about recommending this apartment or Benicabo company to anybody,in fact several people have already taken the details for future reference.Once again I stress that if you want the real deal then Benicabo and Alistair in particular is the way to go .

Ideal location

A lovely apartment in an ideal spot. Everything you need in the apartment and spotlessly clean. Wonderful med view from the sunny south facing balcony. All the entertainment you can ask for right on your doorstep and many reasonable priced restaurants a step away. Ali and Shaz are a lovely couple and they very kindly allowed us early entry and late exit of the apartment. Pre holiday communication was excellent. We would heartily recommend this holday. Excellent

We have just returned from Benidorm after a weeks holiday in this apartment. We were met by the owner who politely showed us to and around the accommodation, which was very impressive. It was immaculate having all that you would possibly need whilst on holiday. The apartment was central to all the amenities and the beach of course. The owner and his family are there should you require any assistance. All that's left to say is that if you are looking at this apartment and thinking of booking it don't hesitate you will not be disappointed. Great apartment

WE STAYED IN THIS APARTMENT RECENTLY AND HAD A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY. THE APARTMENT IS LOVELY VERY CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED, IT HAD PLENTY OF SPACE FOR US (2 ADULTS 2 CHILDREN) AND IS IN A GREAT LOCATION. THE BALCONY IS A BIG PLUS AS IT IS IN THE SUN ALL DAY AND ALSO HAS A SEA VIEW.THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO CALL AND ARE VERY HELPFUL IF NEEDED. WE HAVE ALSO STAYED IN THEIR OTHER APARTMENT WHICH IS BIGGER AS WE WERE WITH ALL THE FAMILY THIS WAS ALSO VERY COMFORTABLE.I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS.
