5 minutes by car from the first sandy beaches of Fiumaretta and Bocca di Magra, which can be reached quickly by bike. From Bocca di Magra and Fiumaretta there is also the possibility to reach, with boat service or renting a boat, the nearby and particular crow's point beach. In the immediate vicinity the beautiful villages of Ameglia and Montemarcello and the seaside villages of Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, Santerenzo with their beautiful beaches and yet, quickly reachable, the wonderful landscapes of Portovenere and Cinque Terre. Other well-equipped places for tourism and neighbors are the Versilia and Viareggio with their innumerable clubs.
A few steps from the house you will find grocery store and fresh pasta, newsagent, tobacconist and a little more distant bar, supermarket open 7 days a week, ice cream parlor, bakery, banks,
coin-operated laundry, pizzerias and restaurants, post office.
