Villa Moonlight On Beautiful Beach w/ Private Swimming Pool & Magnificent Views

Villa Moonlight has a unique feature of being a new Villa on the beach and has a total of 7 bedrooms. The villa has a lovely front garden with colourful, scented flowers and jasmine trees. At the rear of the villa, there is large family terrace with an infinity pool, overlooking the beach/sea. There is a Pergola with dining tables and chairs, together with an authentic stone barbecue. There are bench seating areas, plenty of sun beds (with individual sun umbrellas), a swing chair, outdoor coffee table and chairs and an outdoor sofa group. Our home can be tailored and adapted towards each booking giving the flexibility to add as many rooms according to our guest's needs. It is perfectly located and only 8 minutes away (walking distance) from the bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Villa Moonlight is furnished to a luxury and high standard complete with all mod cons and versatile that can be adapted to suit different group sizes and guest's needs on request. (Please note that the house has 5 bedrooms but there are two extra bedrooms, lounge and kitchen for larger group sizes). Please check with the owner if you need the extra space for your group size. Maximum sleeping capacity 14 guests. 2 separate families can stay together, for example. But couples are welcome too, as the villa has an amazing romantic setting! The Villa is on the main road to Karpaz peninsula. The back of villa sits on it's own beach which is very peaceful and calming. So, the villa is perfect for relaxation. The famous karate tortoises leave their eggs in the sand, on the beach, at the back of the villa, in the month of May. The villa also has a caretaker in a separate flat, he can help with any queries and if there are any problems, can fix quickly.

Villa was perfect beach wasn’t great and do need a vehicle to get around not much for walking distance as u was walking on main rd and dirt paths but really enjoyed holiday

Wonderful host

Beautiful villa with caring and attentive host! Our flight got cancelled and Kemal kindly helped to arranged a taxi to pick us up and also got some shopping for us as we would get in very late. Very idyllic location and excellent pool/bbq area!

Lovely view & great host

The place is beautiful although it does need updating a little. Had a couple of hiccups but kemal was there to help straight away, he couldn't do enough for us :) Had a lovely holiday so thank you very much kemal, really appreciate it :)

A truly lovely villa, in a stunning location. Everything was clean and modern. Kemal the owner was fantastic. Met us on arrival, took us for our first big shop. Always on hand for anything we needed. Would throughly recommend this villa for a peaceful getaway. Hope to return soon.

Chilled holiday in lovely villa

Had a fantastic holiday in a lovely villa. The outside space especially really couldn’t of been any better. It’s great also how the actual accommodation is spout in to 2 areas, giving you a great level of privacy. Kemal was a friendly and excellent host. We had done lovely conversations and he was always on hand to help in any way as and when necessary. There are a couple of lovely restaurants within walking distance too. This is a superb location for a chilled and relaxing holiday

Great villa with fantastic location

We have just returned from a brilliant 2 week stay at villa moonlight and we highly recommend the property. There were 2 families and the villa provided enough space indoor and outdoor. The pool area was amazing with some shaded areas to get away from the sun. Having the beach on your back door step was an added bonus. Kemal was a great host. He was extremely accommodating and helped with things such as covid testing procedures and he even took one of our guests who was a child to the doctors as he had an ear infection. He was an absolute gentleman. There was a supermarket in walking distance and a few restaurants. All of the local people were so kind and welcoming. We would definitely return to the villa

Moonlight villa

This villa is right on the ocean with lovely cooling breeze, it has ample seating and sun beds on the pool deck and shady areas for eating outside. It is two homes joined with plenty of space ideal for large family groups, the host Kemal lives onsite in a small flat , he is very attentive and if you have the slightest problem he is on hand to make it right,he keeps himself private and unless you need his services you wouldn’t know he was there The villa is on a busy main road and supermarkets close by and restaurants. Kemal took us grocery shopping first night and dropped us to the restaurant until we hired our own car, the villa isn’t in a resort but quiet residential area, we had a lovely time there and was fortunate it was a full moon week absolutely stunning view of the moon every night, we will definitely return to northern Cyprus

Amazing 2018 Christmas and New Year

We were greeted at the airport by mini buses cooked via the villa owner, on arrival at the villa he was waiting to greet us, it was my brothers 60th, Kemal had sorted out a birthday cake, we were shown around the villa, excellent explanation of what to do , what was in the areas, his contact details if required, and a contact number for a man over the road that would assist with taxis etc. We were then driven to the local supermarket to pick up basic provisions, and given a short drive around the area. 11 of us in total had a truly amazing time over Christmas and New Year. Restaurants in the area are brilliant, so accommodating, nothing to much of a problem, we even had the local bus service used by locals pick us up from right outside the villa -would we go again- definitely YES

Great place for a large group

Very peaceful location, gorgeous views overlooking the sea, and fantastic to be on a beach, with a great pool. The outdoor area was breathtaking and has everything you'd need. Just be wary that the pool has no shallow end for kids, so arm bands are needed but we all had lots of fun. The villa itself is split into 2 houses, which was good for us, but it is not set up as 2 houses. You are not allowed to use one of the kitchens for cooking and while there is air con in all of the bedrooms (there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms!), there is no air con in the kitchens, living rooms or bathrooms. The host was also hot on the air con not left on during the day, which is sometimes needed with small children in 35 degree heat, and my son with autism doesn't like fans, but the place is definitely good value for money! I would like to see the kitchen equipped better (there was one cereal bowl between 12 of us, for example) but otherwise, it was a fabulous stay :)

Spectacular views, property a bit dated but has everything needed for a relaxing holiday

Villa is 2 semi-detached houses sharing an infinity pool overlooking the sea (shoes are needed as it is rocky). Sunrises a treat every morning. Properties are dated and would be spectacular if refurbished but you do have everything you need for a holiday and there i plenty of space and bathrooms. Not as clean as I would have liked but that may be standards and mine are high. Car is essential as villa is on busy dual carriageway and pavements are under developed (not safe to take a pram) and visiting the local areas in a car is a must as some lovely places to visit. Kemel is the best host I have ever dealt with and nothing is too much trouble. Checkpoints were a bit stressful but after getting extra insurance (30 euros) we were okay to cross freely. If you want a chilled holiday this is the place to be! Local restaurants are fab and food is lovely. Very cheap as well, Queen Charlottes makes a gorgeous English breakfast and was my favourite place. Arkin hotel is fairly local and has a water park for kids if you pay to use for the day, Overall I would defo recommend.

When we arrived at Larnaca airport the taxis that Kemal had organised were there ready and waiting. Everything went without a hitch. The villa itself is just beautiful and you couldn’t get any closer to the sea even if you were on the beach as the infinity pool was right at the waters edge. Although there were 12 of us, it didn’t feel overcrowded at any time as there was just so much space. There is everything at the villa that you could possibly need. We didn’t have small children with us but there was a buggy and high chairs also for the little ones. It had everything.,We couldn’t have wished for a better holiday and if you’re new to not doing a package holiday, I can honestly say Kemal was an absolutely fantastic host and responded to queries and messages very promptly and totally put my mind at ease at every step. such a wonderful man. This is definitely a great first experience and would highly recommend. When we arrived at the villa he drove us to the nearest supermarket to grab our first shop and took us for a little drive to show us where the restaurants and other things were. Any queries we had during our stay, Kemal was always on hand to help. Kemal, you have a wonderful villa and thank you so much for allowing us the make use of it, we all had a fantastic time and really appreciate everything. We shall definitely try and return in the not too distant future.

Мястото и къща са прекрасни!Снимките отговарят на действителното състояние на имота.Домакина Кемал е на разположение за всичко и може да се разчита на неговото съдействие.В къщата има всички удобства за един прекрасен и спокоен престой.В стаите има удобства,всеки има собствено пространство и достатъчно големи и уютни общи пространстна за бъдат всички заедно.Плажа е каменист и малък,но това не е проблем,може да се плажува на басейна.В близост на пешеходно разтояние има супер маркет и два ресторанта с много вкусна кухня.Малко неудобство е ,че трябва са се върви по главния път,а той е доста натоварен,но разтоянието е малко и се минава бързо.В някой от стаите е малко по-шумно заради главния път на който се намира къщата,но и това не помрачи почивката ни.С удоволствие ще се върнем в къщата на Кемал и ще я препоръчаме на приятели.

wonderful holidays

We had a wonderful stay at Mr. Soker. The location of the villa is very nice and right on the sea. The main sights can be reached by car within an hour.

Wunderbare Lage und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber!

Zunächst einmal ist das Haus wunderbar am Strand gelegen und man hat einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer mit direktem strandzugang mit ein paar Steinen. Die im Inserat angegebene Adresse stimmt nicht, man muss hier mal direkt fragen wo es genau liegt.Man hört auch nachts ein wunderbares meeresrauschen und das Wasser ist kristallklar. Selbst im November konnte man noch sehr angenehm baden. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist eine hauptstraße, so dass man schon die fahrgeräusche der Autos hört, wir konnten dennoch gut schlafen. Das Haus ist äußerst geräumig und bietet genug Platz. wir waren sogar 16 Leute statt der maximal angegebenen 14 und sind gut untergekommen. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein mit Gläsern. Für eine große Gruppe ist es etwas knapp. Gerade weingläser gibt es nur wenige. Eine Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, aber man kann sich gut anders behelfen. Alle anderen elektrischen Geräte waren top und einfach zu benutzen. Duschen waren alle sehr gut, wasserdruck hat gestimmt und das Wasser wurde auch schön warm. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Planschen und sauber. Die Poolliegen waren okay, das Spielzeug problemlos benutzbar. Insgesamt eine hervorragende Erfahrung! Vielen Dank an Kemal, den Gastgeber!

A great experience from start to finish. Kemal was quick to respond to emails, organising airport transfers and car hire during our stay. Any issues were resolved very quickly by Kemal. The villa is in a perfect setting lying in the pool listening to the sea in the background was perfect. Thank you Kemal for a lovely holiday

Relaxing family venue

Kemal very welcoming the views from the villa are amazing it is well equipped and plenty of room so you did not feel on top of each other we were a family group of 8 adults and 2 small children. The only down side would be the noise from the road at the front took some getting used to when trying to sleep but those in the basement did not hear anything. And some of the soft furnishings are in need of a little TLC. Andy and his wife who live across from the villa were very helpful and the Asian meal that she cooked us was really good. Overall an excellent holiday was had by all thank you Kemal I am sure we will see you again

Enjoyed the holiday from start to finish, we are all different age groups from 78 right down to 6 and it suited all of us . We are planning on returning next year the only change we would make is to hire a car.

the villa was brilliant you had everything you needed for a large party, from plenty of cold drinking water to extra bedding. The owner Kemmel was brilliant and really looked after us pool was fantastic. Andy and his wife who live over the road where great they ran us around for a small charge his wife does Thai food which was lovely the only drawbacks are you really need a car and their are no pavements and the road is really bizey road the supermarket is ten minutes up the road as well as a lovely restaurant overall we had a lovely holiday and would go back again thank you Kemmel

Moonlight villa is a beach villa and close to the town Famagusta, the perfect position. It is like having a private luxury 5* hotel to yourself!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The villa is a twin villa, situated on the beach which is very rare to find. İt is also very close to the town, Famagusta. Two families can stay in two seprate villas if wished, chidren can stay on the same level as their parents, there is also a swing for the children. Or if you are just a couple, then you can enjoy the entire spacious villa to yourself!
By the infinity pool, is the best place to see sun rise in the morning, and at night time the moon light is reflected over the sea. Listening to the sound of the sea is very relaxing and almost therapeutic!
