A superior apartment offering space, luxury and functionality. This accommodation provides the perfect place for friends or family to relax after a fun and energising day in the pool or by the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated in the exclusive and award winning Lagos Marina development. The apartment is fully air conditioned and located on the top floor, overlooking the exclusive gardens and pools. The interior comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom and second shower/guest cloakroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the open plan living area with patio doors leading to a large balcony with additional seating for alfresco dining and 2 sun lounges to laze away the days. The apartment is fully lift accessible from the basement garage, which makes it ideal for those with mobility problems. Lagos is a 45 minute drive from Faro International Airport.

This property is fully licensed and registered with the Tourist Board of Portugal and is compliant with Portuguese laws relating to holiday rentals.

Superb holiday

Great property. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. A lovely sunny balcony with sun all day long. The pool was immaculate, but would benefit from more sun beds. The complex / Marina has the benefit of security which made you feel safe and secure at all times. An apartment / place I would highly recommend.

Almost perfect

Great property. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. In a great location for Marina, beach, town and supermarket. The road behind us was a little bit noisy early in the morning. However this is a minor thing, and wouldn’t put us off booking again.

Excellent property

The property is lovely and exactly as described. Fantastic sized balcony which gets the sun all day. The only downside is the noise from the road which can be very loud at times. It’s very near both a big supermarket and restaurants at the marina. A bit of a walk into the old town but all on the flat. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we were allowed into the apartment early which was a bonus. Would definitely go back again.

Great unit, great location

This is really one of the best properties we've stayed in. Everything presented in the description was accurate. The location near the marina was convenient to walk to dinner in the old town while also being quiet. The unit is very spacious and bright with a nice view toward the marina and the old town. Really appreciated having the top floor unit with no noise from above. Plentiful onsite parking is a real plus. Very convenient to have the very well equipped Pingo Doce supermarket right across the street from the complex. A great stay and we highly recommend this property.

Well situated

Brilliant. Have booked again for 3rd time. Only negative is that it was serviced only once in 3 weeks. Maybe an oversight or because it was Easter?Iunderstand that we paid a fee for this. However, this doesn’t put us off as everything else was perfect.

Lovely, comfortable, well-situated appartment.

This is a lovely, clean, spacious and well-situated appartment. We have just spent a very pleasant week here. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The south-facing balcony is lovely. You can spend all day enjoying the sun and view from there. Alternatively hop into the lift down to the clean well tended pool area for a dip. The wifi and excellent TV service was a bonus as my husband was recuperating after an operation and couldn't go into the sun. Lagos old town is very charming and only about 15 minutes walk away. There is a lovely beach about 20 mins walk away. The marina area is nice and lively. Plenty of great restaurants in all the areas. Tracey and Adrian, the managers were super. Always on hand and any problems were dealt with really quickly. I thoroughly recommend this apartment and Lagos. We will definitely go back.

Fabulous apartment in perfect location

It was our first visit to Portugal and this property was recommended to me by a family member who has stayed in another apartment in the block. This apartment was spacious, well equipped and in a great location and getting the keys was all very straightforward. Thank you-we would love to come back again one day.

Fabulous property

This apartment had everything ! Have stayed in Lagos before but this holiday was the best yet. Well equipped, spacious and super clean. The views were amazing and the sun shone on the balcony all day. Near to the supermarket, restaurants and the bus. Nothing more was needed!

Ssh, don't tell anyone! A fantastic apartment.

This was our second time staying at this apartment and it was just as great as the first time. The balcony gets the sun the whole day so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment has got all you need (apart from a dishwasher but we manage!) The wifi is a great bonus. The pool area is well looked after and building well maintained. The complex is in walking distance to the beach and town. The marina is just beautiful, with fabulous places to eat and drink. Tracey and Adrian at Algarve Estate Management are fantastic, nothing is a problem and they are 'on hand' if you have any questions. They brought us a camp bed at very short notice and even sent back a forgotten bag, a really friendly and professional service. As I said, keep this apartment a secret....it's far too amazing! 😊
