Our lovely property overlooks Vanderbilt Bay. 1500 sq. ft. Sleeps up to 6 people. Master bedroom with king size bed and private screen porch, overlooking pool area and Vanderbilt Bay. Guest bedroom has one queen size bed Property has been newly remodeled (2017) including kitchen and bathrooms. Main living area also has screened porch overlooking pool area and the bay. Cabana has pull out couch that sleeps two. Full laundry , cable and Wi-Fi. Pool that is only shared with 5 other units. Within 2 miles to wonderful restaurants and entertainment. Directly across the street is access to the beach.

Simply Perfect !!!

We were over the top with our recent stay at this most wonderful Condo Town on the Bay !Spotless ..CLEAN . Top to bottom perfection. Leased by long term owners who careened love their condo. The unit was totally updated . 2 large bedrooms 3 bathrooms . The lower level also could sleep an extra 2 people on a pullout if needed. So many special little touches . The art work , the decor , the comfy furniture throughout , all the little items you’ll need for your stay . The unit is on the end of a small block of only 6 units . Its right on the BAY side with breathtaking views . There was also 2 balconies with amazing views. Pool and lots of seating right out the door. We got to meetTh some of the other wonderful owners too. The location is right on Vanderbilt Beach across from the Playa Resort , The Turtle Club and the Ritz Carlton . Literally a brief walk away including the beach right across the street . The Mercato Mall , tons of restaurants and grocery stores seconds away . Can’t say enough ... We want to make this our Naples destination annually ! We will be back this coming April and cant wait . Thank you Alfredo and Cindy for being such AMAZING thoughtful and caring hosts. Great place!

The house was impeccably clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the host was very responsive to our questions - we would definitely stay here again!". Just an incredible view and marvelous property! If you're familiar with Vanderbilt Beach, this townhouse is located impressively right between The Turtle Club and Baleen Restaurant on Gulf Shore Drive. Beach access is closeby.

Wonderful Property

We would give this property and location more stars if we could. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out and it was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the two screened in balconies with beautiful views of the water way. The beach was very close (easy walk for my kids) and not crowded at all in that location. The area is quiet and we loved looking at all the gorgeous surrounding homes. We hope to visit again!

Great stay in Naples

Had another great stay in the Vanderbilt Beach area. Small complex with friendly neighbors and guests. Great location and easy access to the beach. This unit has a wondereful view of the Bay. So nice to get away from the Midwest winter.

Beautiful sunrises, beautiful sunsets, great location.

This condo is locate on a channel facing the east, you can watch the sun rise from your bedroom or kitchen window and walk across the street to the beach and watch the sunset over the gulf. It is fully stocked with whatever pans or utensils you might need to be able to easily cook your meals. Whole Foods and Publix are close by for your shopping. It was clean, updated and quiet. There are 6 units and some of the other owners were there. They are very nice and we enjoyed meeting them. The unit is 3 stories, so there are stairs to get to the kitchen and the bedrooms. It was not an issue for us at all. The location was safe and we walked a lot and rented bikes and rode all over the place. We could store our bikes outside behind the bldg. We golfed several days at various courses around the area. They had beach chairs to take to the beach also. I would recommend this unit to others.

Great proximity to the beach

Enjoyed our stay in the Vanderbilt Beach area. Well equipped condo, just a short walk to the beach. By next year all of the construction will be completed and we'll enjoy it even more.

Water, Water EVERYWHERE

Just an incredible view and marvelous property! If you’re familiar with Vanderbilt Beach, this townhouse is located impressively right between The Turtle Club and Baleen Restaurant on Gulf Shore Drive. Beach access is free and closeby to an awesomely decorated condo. One that you’ll be proud to show to your friends and relatives. Stop by Publix, grab all you need for the kitchen and you’re set for a memorable stay!! Alfredo & Cindy are fantastic hosts. We look forward to next year!!!

Beautiful views, cozy and great location

We loved staying here. We were attending our son's wedding at La Playa and this place is with in walking distance. We were able to have 6 of us stay together which helped with cost and was great being together. He had convenient things for us to use. Views were gorgous, could walk to the beach, and enjoyed the pool.

Perfect

Don't hesitate. Book the place. Super comfortable place. Everything you need inside the condo. We just had the pool to ourselves for half the week and shared it with one other family the other half. Super easy location to get to the beach in 2 minutes. The beach really can't be crowded in this area. We had 4 families max on the beach in over a tenth of a mile.

Best of everything!

The sandcastle villa is the best of everything we could have needed. My husband enjoyed lots of fishing off the dock, my 16 and 5yr olds enjoyed the pool and beach, while I got to enjoy not having to load up the car every time we wanted to do something. The condo was clean, beds comfy, beautiful sun rise and waterfront views, and had everything we could have needed. This is the perfect location with the bay and pool right out the front door and the beach directly across the street. We will definitely be back!

Great property near beach

We enjoyed our time at Cindy & Alfredo’s place. The place was very clean and well maintained with basically everything you need for a beach getaway. The beach is across the street and pool is right out the front steps. The host was very responsive and available to answer questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us.

Condo was clean and nicely updated. Communication with the owner was easy with prompt replies. Great view of the bay. Pool was nice and warm. Great location! Beach access is across the street and only 100 yards north. Would definitely stay here again when I’m coming to Naples.

Thoughtfully appointed condo

Very well stocked...kitchen, linens, beach equipment. Also very clean. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views of the bay. Only wish I had fully realized this unit is 3 stories.... lots of stairs.

Perfect location for beach lovers

We were thrilled with this home away from home! Property is located across the street from the beach- a 3 minute walk. Home had everything we needed to be comfortable- fully stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels. There are water views from almost every window- we enjoyed every moment!
