You will find all you need in the property if you can drag your eyes from the view! Situated on the top floor of the Westcliff,we present an excellent 3-bedroom apartment facing West to the setting sun over the award winning Summerleaze beach and the Atlantic Ocean.



Bude is a well equipped town situated on the famous rugged North Cornwall coastline with award winning beaches and stunning scenery.



We continually update and improve the apartment, recently a new sofa, mattresses & new 42' smart TV in the living room and smart TV in the main bedroom. New Kitchen and bathroom have been fitted. New carpet and heating



Steeped in history the Westcliff was a very smart hotel famed for its ball room and wonderful dances. Later a home to evacuees this beautiful building is now converted to luxury apartments. Some original features remain with modern essentials such as wi-fi & allocated parking!



The views are incredible.



The décor is clear & clean. Hotel grade freshly pressed white linen & towels.



The setting is wonderful. A breathtaking position safely set back but facing the cliffs , with the downs and cliff walk afore, Summerleaze Beach to the left, Crooklets Beach lies to the right.

The Atlantic Ocean occupies the picture windows. The famous sea pool is directly ahead & easily accessible as is the cliff path, a playground, 2 beaches , eateries & amenities, 2 minuets walk to Sainsbury’s and 3 min to the golf club. You can watch cricket from the window!

A walk along the canal path to The Weir. Pubs- Bullers Arm, Preston Gate Inn, The Bencoolen, The Brendon and pubs in the surrounding area... The Cobweb (Boscastle), Rydon Inn (Holsworthy ), The Smithy (welcome)

In Padstow Rick Stein & Jamie Oliver ‘s Fifteen along the coast, Nick Rhodes in Plymouth.

And on the lazy days The Mirchi or Bay Leaf Indian restaurants, The Tasty Plaice (fish & chips... home cut chips) offer delivery as do the very excellent La Bocca Pizza (restaurant & take away).

Teenagers can move around with ease. For younger visitors a several playgrounds are close by.



Beach huts, wet suits and surf boards can be rented close by.

If you prefer not to go in the much loved & beautifully maintained Sea pool or the Victorian Tommy’s Pit you will find in town there is a public swimming pool (with slide) ‘Splash’ also ten pin bowling & a ball park.

Park the car in your own allocated parking spot.

Every amenity is within walking distance- Sainsbury's 5 min, golf 5 min etc. etc. so if you choose you could leave the car parked for the duration of your stay. Bude has all the necessities supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Lidl, Morrison's), banks, doctors, chemists, costa and a predominance of Independent shops such as the wonderful Lansdown Diary.



Cornwall has a long coastline but few properties have a panoramic sea view.



The apartment is well laid out with two west facing bedrooms and a large living room on the Atlantic side of the hallway. Kitchen with breakfast bar, 3rd bedroom, family shower/bath bathroom and separate WC (with sink) on the town side.



The kitchen has a all you would expect plus dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric cooker, slow cooker, soup maker.

Places set for 5 in matching glass & dining set.



The building has a laundry room on site including a washing machine & separate dryer.



The apartment has electric heating and an electric shower.



The apartment block has a two door security system.

Allocated parking for one vehicle is presented in a gated car park.

The apartment on the top floor is then reached either by the stairway or by a lift.



The apartment décor is clean, clear in what we would describe as a minimal friendly approach. Walls are white. Linen is white. Cups are white.
