Perched under a long row of towering Live Oak trees, located on the Baylor Campus these completely remodeled modern luxury units have a number of amenities you won't find anywhere else. A few Highlights include:

Each tastefully furnished/decorated unit has 2 bedrooms each with 1 king-sized and 1 queen-sized bed and spacious French door closets. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that pulls out into a comfortable full size bed (extra linens included). Outside of each unit there is a quaint granite gravel patio flanked by expansive shade trees with a table and chairs to relax and socialize.

Great place

Overall, it was a great place to stay. Close to Baylor and other things in the area. It's clean and quiet, too. I lived here when I was an undergrad so it brought back a lot of great memories.

This location never disappoints! It is a perfect place to stay near a Baylor University! This property is always clean, nicely furnished, incredible location, always accurate with our reservations! They must stay for your visit to Waco!

We fell in love with Waco

Waco trip

Cannot beat the location for proximity to Baylor. Place is safe and spacious. The air conditioner did not cool the upstairs bedrooms and they stayed hot all night.

Perfect All Around!

This condo is located across the street from Baylor University. It is a short five minute drive to Magnolia Market and just about anyplace else you want to visit. The condo was well-appointed, clean, and the perfect place to rest in the evenings after a busy day:)

Location, location, location

If you have a Baylor student, this property cannot be beat. It is right across the street from East Village, the Baylor Science Building, and 2 blocks from University Parks. It is sparkling clean and property management was very easy to get ahold of. We had a clogged sink and they fixed it that day. The unit was not my favorite as there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, but the 2nd bathroom is downstairs. We also had trouble cooling the upstairs. There are no amenities provided like I have had at other properties. No Keurig - have to make a pot of coffee. No snacks. Toiletries are minimal and are on the walls of the showers. Staircase is a bit treacherous. We originally planned to bring our dog, but did not. I was glad he was not there because I would be afraid he would fall through the gaps in the stairs. The bed I slept in was very soft. I also could not get the tv to work. . If you want to be on campus and a soft bed and other concerns are ok with you, this will be a great property for you.

Thanks for staying with us Laura! I'm sorry you didn't quite experience a 5 - Star stay. We would have happily provided additional assistance if you were having other problems with the TV or AC. We do provide drip coffee makers as several of our guests all enjoy sitting outside at the patios enjoying a pot of coffee before they start their day. I do apologize we didn't have a Keurig available for your use, or that the bed was too soft. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay and hope you keep us in mind if you return to Waco.

Amazing lil condo down the street from the Silos.

We hesitated writing this review as we wanted to keep this lil piece of heaven in Waco all to ourselves. LoL Just kidding. We loved our stay at this lovely condo. We use VRBO a ton so bare with our incredibly detailed review.This condo was beautifully done. The decor was lovely and very comfortable. It was also incredibly clean. The beds were memory foam which were firm but soft and they had tons of pillows. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed down to sugar and creamer for our coffee. The bathrooms had black towels for makeup removal which we appreciated and makeup wipes. If we could suggest anything for this condo it would be to have a tv in the bedroom which would have been nice after a long day of shopping. BUT with such a great living area it was barely missed. The couch was small but really comfortable. Tons of seating in the kitchen as well for a nice meal .They have a six seater high top. Ac worked great! The service was also wonderful. We had direct contact thru text with Ashley the property manager and she was great! Very attentive. Lastly this condo was a 5 minute drive to MAGNOLIA MARKET and the SILOS. Which was the reason for our visit. Uber picks up rite at your door. A perfect location. Safe, lovely, and clean. We highly recommend this 2 story 2 bedroom condo.

Great Location and Stay

We had a great stay at this boutique loft . The location was great for visiting Baylor University and Magnolia . The loft was clean and pet friendly, exactly what we were looking for . Property manager was friendly and very easy to reach with any questions . I would definitely stay here again . Enjoy !

This was the fifth time we rented one of boutique condos. We had intended on being there for just the President Day weekend but got stuck due to the snow and ice storms. Ashley was SO KIND AND ACCOMMODATING! Daily she checked. In to see if we were doing. She made sure we had what we needed. We were so thankful to have a clean, comfortable place to stay that was right on campus. Our family highly recommends these condos! Thank you again Ashley for your hospitality!

Born in Waco, raised/ educated in Austin, my family has been in and around the Waco area for generations. I currently "reside" in Colorado but more or less spit my time between the 3. I have a deep passion for everything outdoors, live music and, of course, Baylor University Athletics.

Family Owned and operated since construction was completed in the 70's by my Grandfather, Jack Thomas, who was a student athlete and later coached football for the Baylor Bears. Having served and supported the University and the local community for well over 30 years, he had a deep passion for the University and its sense of community.

Once student housing, we have recently remodeled completely and now aim to service the Baylor Community and the Greater Waco area in their accommodation needs while maintaining the sense of community that is our heritage.

Although he is no longer with us it is with great pleasure that we are able to continue serving the Baylor/ Waco community for which I know he'd be proud. we hope to carry on Jack Thomas' s legacy of hospitality and generosity for many years to come.
