Spend your vacation relaxing on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico!
2 Bedroom/ 2 bath condo located in Needle Rush Point on the first floor directly to the unit, so you can park and unload. No elevator to hassle with! That is why Needle Rush Point Condo's are so desirable. You can be relaxing on the beach just steps from your front door!
Completely renovated in 2013 with updates in 2020. This unit has one bedroom with king-size bed and second bedroom has two bunk beds with full sized bed on lower bunk and twin on upper. Perfect for families!
You are directly on the beach with a nice porch to enjoy beautiful gulf views and a very relaxing stay. Additional features include full size washing machine and dryer, closet with beach chairs and toys, and free wireless internet. New grey oak flooring installed in 2020.
Needle Rush Point features two pools, one on gulf side and other on bayside, Tennis courts, and grilling area. A short walk to the well-known Flora-Bama.
Great dining, shopping, golf courses and entertainment in the area! Some of our favorites which are kid friendly: Fisher's, Playa, the Gulf and Flora-Bama Yacht Club

Great beach getaway

We loved this condo at Needle Rush Point. It’s great access to the beach and was not overly crowded. The condo itself is nicely decorated and comfortable for a family. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and helpful! We would definitely recommend it!

Overall, the property is nice. Having stayed in other units, this one was a bit dated with stained chair covers. The amenities were nice and accommodating.

Needle Rush Point is a special place

Our family really enjoyed our week in Perdido Key. The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. it was a short walk to the beach and the pool and the views were beautiful. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We look forward to renting again next summer.

We’ve at this complex for years but enjoyed this property the most! There was plenty of room for all of us & we loved the markings on the wall of the owners kids heights over the years!! Good reminder that we are visitors in someone else’s home :)

So nice!

Our family has stayed at many different condos at Needle Rush Point over the years and I can honestly say that this was the most comfortable one! Lots of soft, cushy seating in the living area, two double beds in the second room, and a wonderful king bed in the master. It was beautifully decorated (no tacky carribean-like decor) and updated. The patio also was very comfortable with ample seating. Truly a wonderful condo!

Loved the condo and had a great family vacation

We really enjoyed staying in this condo-the decor was very coastal and very nice. All of the furniture was stylish and comfortable, including the beds (which is hard to come by sometimes!) the owners were easy to work with and we had no issues during our stay. The only complaint we had is that the living area was all carpet because it gets dirty and stains so easily. Other than that, everything was perfect! Would love to stay there again and would recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful Condo Great Location

Needle Rush Point is a great location! The beach is beautiful and not over crowded. The pool faces the gulf and has comfortable seating and umbrellas that provide shade. This condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished, a truly lovely space. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy to communicate with. My family and I have been renting condos at Needle Rush Point for over 30 years and this one is by far my most favorite!

Repeat stay

I give this a five star because we love the location of Needle Rush. The beach is less crowded but close enough to Flora-Bama to walk to. This condo is great and we are repeat guests. My only con is we noticed the wear and tear more, needs a few minor repairs and updates but nothing at all that is a make or break selecting this condo! Overall this condo has what you need for a week at the beach and the storage closet for your beach stuff is a bonus!

Closest we have ever stayed to the beach

Wonderful location. We could not have been any closer to the beach or pool - perfect for families with small children or who want to be steps to the beach. Loved being on the first level and so easy to unload car and groceries when you can park at the front door. Loved sitting on the porch and hearing the ocean. No crowds at the beach and plenty of room to play. Water was gorgeous. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked so that I was able to cook. Only a few minutes to the delicious restaurants of Orange Beach. Very quiet complex. Will definitely be staying here again!

Family Beach Getaway

Our family loved our beach vacation at B-15 Needle Rush in Perdido Key. The condo was clean and decorated nicely with calm, beachy colors. The view from the patio was one of our favorite things. We enjoyed sitting out and listening to the ocean. The host provides beach chairs which was really helpful so we didn't need to pack ours. We loved being able to walk down to the FloraBama bar and restaurants. It was a quick drive to lots of great shopping and restaurants in Orange Beach. We are looking forward to visiting next year! Needle Rush Point

Lauren was amazing. While there was a hiccup with our check in, and the condo had not been cleaned, Lauren responded right away and got the crew there. Thank you so much! It is how people take care of issues that make the difference. We had a great stay in this condo and will be back. The location, the walk to the beach, the pool all were great. The condo was nicely appointed and in really good condition. The items we could use for the beach were a plus! We love Needle Rush Point and want to come back every year. We hope to be able to stay in this particular unit again! Thank you Lauren and family.

Nice Condo, Great Setting

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It really is exactly as pictured. The condo communitiy is older but well maintained. We really enjoyed the balcony and the beach was a short walk away. I much prefer this to the high rises it is surrounded by. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay, perfect location

We had a great trip, Lauren was great to deal with and responded quickly with any questions. The condo was exactly as pictured and perfect for what we needed. It was comfortable and I loved the decor. This was much more preferable for us than staying in one of the high rise condos, it was queit and not too busy at the beach, but still enough families for our daughter to find friends to play with. The location of the condo was perfect, and we enjoyed the slower pace of this area compared to recent years' trips to Destin. It was great having the pool so close as well, perfect to start your day at the beach and end at the pool. We hope to come back again, and so glad we found a new vacation spot!

We both grew up near water and this remains a very important part of our life. The beach is our favorite place! A very close getaway for us from our home in New Orleans. Perdido Key is the perfect place for us to escape the city, and enjoy our love of the ocean!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love that our unit is in a very unique complex. No high rise -so you can pull right up to your unit and unload easily. It is overall a quiet complex with nice grass area off of the porch area with a backdrop of sea oats and the gulf. A wide beach area available for Needle Rush visitors so it wenever feels overly crowded as others can especially during peak season.
