Excellent position with easy access to the pool and a great view of the sea from the solarium. Lovely and quiet with shops and restaurants nearby. Everything we would need was available in the apartment and the hosts were extremely helpful and very quick to answer and help us with our queries.

Second visit to this lovely property . 5* for the accommodation and location Pool is stunning and right outside and the umbrella shades around the area are ideal Five minutes to the plaza and to drivers bar and chemies bar only two minutes! Highly recommended and we will again be back!!

This is the second time of staying at this property and it was just as enjoyable, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet location with ample parking but also within walking distance to the vibrant bars and restaurants of Villamartin Plaza.

An excellent apartment for two or three people, but a little tight for four. The complex is typically old Spanish, very well maintained and the pool area in particular is first class. Situated within a short walk from bars, restaurants and a small supermarket, the position could not be better. Having been to this location - Villamartín - a number of times, we felt that the area is a little tired. The location, however, is very good with a number of excellent beaches nearby and if golf is your game, then you are spoiled for choice.We were very impressed with the owners communication before our visit and the helpful advise and recommendations that they offered. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would certainly consider the apartment again if we return to the area.

Thank you for your kind review and we are pleased you enjoyed your stay at our apartment and its proximity to the many restaurants and bars as well as the small supermarket on the plaza which still manages to have a large selection of goods on sale. You are quite correct it is older than some of the developments - built around 2002- in the spanish style prevalent at that time and showcasing the spanish architecture of that era. Whilst I admit 4 adults may find the space limited but a couple of guests, like yourselves, usually find sufficient room particularly with the outside terrace and upstairs solarium. Thank you once again and we look forward to welcoming you back sometime in the future.

Perfect location - 5 mins stroll to the plaza. Area is quiet and gardens and pool are beautiful. Apartment has everything you need and the check-in process is so easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment in great location. Just a few mins walk to bars and restaurants, but in a very quiet road. Very well equipped with everything you need (and more) for a relaxing break. Beautiful views of the pool and the sea in the distance. Will definitely come back again.

Great location

This apartment has lovely views, including sea views. It’s in a great location. Both the owner of the apartment and the local agents were very helpful and easily contacted.

Great Property - five star

This apartment is in a superb position in a quiet street and a short walk to the shops, and restaurants. Everything you need is in the property and it is beautifully furnished and it feels really homely with a superb view of the pool and the gorgeous gardens. Would recommend this to anyone and we are hoping to return for a longer stay in the winter.

From start to finish the communication with the host Peter and Lou was first class the host recommended a transfer company from the airport and back and the service was first class . When arriving at the apartment everything was explained to us by Aset Spain. There were barcodes around the apartment explaining how to use everything. There was also a barcode to log onto the Wi-Fi which was great. the apartment was excellently positioned five minute walk to the plaza and other amenities and overlooking the pool. The facilities in the apartment were also first class you had everything you needed. The pool was lovely always quiet and very well maintained. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment. We would not hesitate in returning to this apartment in the future.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Located in a quiet and peaceful complex. Within a short walk of Villamartin Plaza with an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was very well presented and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. Would recommend and quite happily book again.

5* Amazing property

Just returned from a week at the property From transport being arranged and easy check in to the weeks stay at the wonderful apartment I can’t recommend enough! Ideal location, a few bars a couple of minutes walk away and only 5 minutes to the plaza ! The apartment overlooks the pool and the best property for pool access, The apartment was lovely and will most definitely be returning Thankyou for a great stay 😊

Lovely complex

Good location close to bars & restaurants but far enough away to enjoy a quite & relaxing location. The property was lovely with amazing views from the solarium. On a quite complex.

Comfort and location

Excellent location very close to central plaza in Villamartin but in a quiet street. The surrounding grounds are beautifully kept. For a winter sun stay, when the evenings can be chilly, the log fire was wonderful. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The roof terrace is very sunny with good views to the sea. I certainly can recommend Casa Lou.

Fantastic Holiday

We have stayed at Villamartin a number of times in different apartments but this one was by far the best. Lovely position overlooking the pool and really close to the Plaza, perfect! The apartment is very well kept and clean with everything you would need for a great holiday. Steve and Angela very helpful. Lou, thanks for a fab stay, hopefully will be back next year 😊

Perfect Location in a Peaceful & quiet area.

This was our second stay at this apartment. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Plenty of English TV Chanel’s to catch up your favourite programme if you wish. Short walk to the Villamartin Plaza and Golf Course. Well kept communal pool and gardens that’s never overly busy. We are sure to book again in the future.

Relaxation Guaranteed!

Beautiful property, perfectly positioned overlooking the gorgeous pool. Clean, tidy and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The spacious roof solarium an added bonus with panoramic views with the sea in the distance! Very peaceful location with plenty of room for parking on the quiet road in front of the property. Ideally situated as only a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars in Villa Martin square. Would highly recommend staying here which we hope we will be able to do in the near future!

Nice villa

Great check in the villa was immaculate and very handy for Villamartín plaza. It was made easier to book in once we had a contact phone number. It’s ok for some people doing things over the internet but I would rather speak to a real person. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great appartment had everything we needed and more for a great week. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Sunbeds on the roof terrace was great, and so was the view up there. The pool was just opposite the appartment, making it a great distance for going down for a swim.Was met on arrival by site manager who talked us through everything within the appartment. Complex lovely and clean and the people on there were very friendly and informative. We got loads of advice off them, where to go and eat ect. Plazza and supermarket 5 min walk with fantastic restaurants. Bigger supermarket a 3 min drive or 29 min walk along the canal.
