This condo is for laid back people who enjoy luxury, peace and quiet and are respectful and responsible to my home and neighbors. The kitchen is stocked with everything NEW! Beautifully decorated with luxurious furniture, and linens. You will be greeted with a bottle of Noisy River Winery and Cellars', Rojo Caliente Red Chile Wine.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You are walking distance from uptown Ruidoso. It is a .6 mile walk along the Rio River, block and one half from Lowe's Grocery. You will not have to drive downtown, look for a parking place, and then risk the drive home after having a glass of wine.
LUXURY, LUXURY, LUXURY! You walk in the door and are greeted by new wood flooring, a deep brown US-AAA solid leather couch/pull out bed, chair, ottoman, and electric recliner purchased from Miller Waldrop, our local “very classy and luxurious” furniture store. Electric fireplace which you turn on with a click of a remote control. (No having to purchase firewood and starter, carry it up the stairs, and spend time lighting it.) You also have WI-FI, HD Smart TV’s with YouTube TV. Both bathrooms have deep soaking tubs, small bar of luxurious soap. The bedrooms have luxurious linens, blankets and towels. There is a lighted makeup mirror in the master bedroom and hair dryers in both baths plus shampoo and cream rinse. Each bed has luxurious comforter or duvet cover and luxuries euro pillows, pillow shames and decorator pillows.

The kitchen, which has totally been remodeled, has new leaded glassware, including wine, martini, highball, and rocks glasses. There is new flatware, dishes, cutlery, and cookware to hopefully help you make your own remarkable meals. There is available for your use, all new, Cuisinart blender, small Cuisinart electric chopper, Crock Pot slow cooker, toaster, and all kinds of cooking utensils including a Houdini lever corkscrew. There is a gas grill on the deck for your use. There are grilling utensils in the condo to make your outside grilling a pleasant experience. If you are staying a longer stay you have housekeeping available to freshen up your condo at your expense.

Please drive slowly down the streets of Ruidoso because the deer, elk and wild horses will just decide to cross the street at any time.They are one of the many things that makes Ruidoso such a memorable experience!
