Legacy #703 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 7th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1324 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths. The master has an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo as well. Sleeps 8.

Legacy is a 9 story building with 3 units per floor located 1.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Legacy has an outdoor seasonal pool with waterfall. The property also has a barbecue grilling area. | *No Winter Monthly's. 2 car limit.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

A couple things were damaged or broken when we arrived but overall was a good visit. Location was great. We enjoy having a balcony facing the beach. A there. The rooms and standalone shower were kinda small for adults. I like the check-in process but I didn't know about contacting the owner about checking out. We just left. Nice place to stay.

Enjoyed the condo and the area

The condo was clean and large enough for our family. The refrigerator had t9 be replaced while we were there because it wouldnt freeze our groceries. I sent a text to the number provided, maintenance showed up, checked it out, and that evening we had a new refrigerator. I would recommend this condo to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach was nice and not too crowded> Condo and unit has some age to it. Single beds are squeaky and the king slopes towards the foot of the bed.Den furniture was not comfortable at all. Quite an assortment of dishes and glasses and not much silverware.Freezer didn't freeze for the first 2 days nor did the ice maker. Pool no the cleanest and had a dog swimming in it one day.Ground of the building could use some love.Enjoyed the 7th floor and corner unit.Elevator was quick with a short walk to the beach.

We had a good time

The room was nice. But with it having 3 bathrooms it didn’t have enough hot water for everyone to take a shower within 1 hour of each other. The building itself needs a lot of updates, from the parking lot to the rails on the balcony. The pool was very small, my kids could barely play bc older teens took over half of it.i picked this property bc of the low number of units, but once we got there, there was a huge condo across the street, which shared our beach access.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great for the beach, elevators moved quickly, nice size property to go back and forth from beach easily. Several maintenance or poor construction/remodel issues. Water pressure and lack of hot water in the main shower, but scalding hot water in the kitchen :/

Great Location

The property was conveniently located and clean. Communication was quick and easy. It takes about 15 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower in the master bathroom and the dryer broke which was super, super inconvenient for us with wet towels and clothing heading home with a 11+ hour car ride with wet clothes that would be stinky and moldy by the time we got home. We had to stop at a laundromat before we could leave town to dry our clothes. They did have a maintenance man there very quickly after I asked if that was possible to see if it was a quick fix but I feel an offer of an inconvenience fee should have been given knowing we were at the beach and would have had wet clothing to wash and dry..

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, the view was beautiful, the elevator was fast, the condo itself was quiet and had everything we needed and it was such a convenience that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The condo was comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed the pool area that was kept clean and access to the beach was easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope that we can come back again soon!

Everything great, except showers

Love everything about our stay except that the shower in the master bathroom would only get slightly warm. Tried everything to get a hot shower, but never got one.

Legacy #703

Unit itself was per description and met our needs. Ice maker did not work and we had to buy ice all week. Twin mattresses were not comfortable. The actual building/pool/ surrounding property could benefit from increased maintenance. Unfortunately, the pool wasn’t clean the first few days of our stay, appeared to have a broken jet, waterfall wasn’t functioning and there were missing tiles. Location overall was convenient to restaurants and shops. Beach space was extremely limited at this property and had an approximate 2-3 ft drop from dry sand to shore making it difficult to navigate.
