Ocean View Townhome - just steps from the beach. Enjoy the ocean view right from your deck or walk a short distance and enjoy the beautiful white sand of the beach!
This property offers plenty of space with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
Two levels with a 2 car garage downstairs along with the living room, kitchen, dining and a half bath. Upstairs has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom is setup with a king size bed, dual nightstands, large flat screen wall mounted TV and a private deck. The master bathroom has dual sinks, oversize soaking tub and a large shower.
Another full bathroom on this level serves the other two bedrooms and is equipped with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with nightstand. Bedroom 3 has a double size bed with nightstand.
Enjoy all of the amenities of a house only steps from the ocean beach!

The beach wasn’t as close as I expected. My sister is a renal patient, and her only kidney quit working. She had to be hospitalized. Neither of us did well on the stairs to the bedrooms. There was a hole in the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. The ad should’ve mentioned not for the elderly. Probably my fault not familiar with condos. I got insurance will see if they reimburse since sister had to be hospitalized. Had to stay there until Sunday when her daughter got there. Was booked until Monday morning. It was decent enough for young folks.

Amazing place to stay, it’s even better than the pictures. We had an amazing time it had everything we needed beach chairs, really close to the beach, and it was super clean. I would 10/10 recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back.

Amazing Property

Owner was easy to reach and addressed questions quickly. This property by far has the most stocked items (kitchen and beach) of any we’ve ever rented. Easy beach access made this family trip exceptional.

Stay here! You won’t be disappointed!!

This property was rented by our son and daughter-in-law for a week’s stay. He ended up being in the hospital for the entire time but my husband and two grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, all the necessities were provided. The kitchen was stocked better than I’ve ever seen! The furniture is clean, beds are totally comfortable and the sheets are cloud soft!! TVs in every room work great, the air conditioner kept us cool, and the decks were great! There were even chairs and beach toys to borrow. The beach is just a few steps to pure white sand and beautiful ocean waves!!! We could see some update work is being done but nothing that disrupts your stay. I would totally recommend this condo to my family and we would love to stay again next year.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The gas grill was very convenient. The host answered all my messages and accommodated my request. Also, loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys that were available for our convenience. One thing, I would recommend (for the back porch gate entrance) would be a rinsing area to rinse the sand off your feet when you come back from the beach. Other than that I highly recommend this place for your vacation.

house was what we expected. it sis look a bit like a construction site but was ok we weee there for the beach. ceiling fan light globe fell on my sister while she was sleeping. we bought another to replace it. all was ok would stay again

Loved the condo

This condo is a good place to stay. They are in the process of some updating which will make it wonderful. The Host is great; very responsive and helpful! I just wish there was an ocean view other than the master bedroom deck. But it is a very short walk to the beach.

Would stay there again.

Overall, it is a good place to stay. There are definitely some things that need to be attended to. The grille either needs to be replaced or parts replaced. It did not appear that it had been cleaned in some time either. Bulbs in lamps need to be replaced. The only one that worked was in the master bedroom. TV's in the two smaller bedrooms did no function. Neighbor next to us was having remodeling done and the workers were drilling in the wall next to us at 8am a couple of mornings.No water from the fridge, only ice. These may be small things, but they still matter if you're going to rent it out. A light over the washer would be extremely helpful.

Beach Front Beauty

This beautiful home was as described in the listing. The host was very helpful. We had issues with the internet one day and she was very helpful in making sure that the issue was resolved. The beaches are amazing in this area. While the property allows dogs those with dogs should be aware that they are very strict about where dogs are allowed. There is a lovely dog beach about a mile away but they are not allowed on the beach near this beautiful property.

Nice Townhouse

Quiet neighborhood, away from busy roads. Unit was very clean. Host replied quickly to questions. Other review commented about dirty windows, but with sand and salty breeze off ocean, I found that car windows needed to be cleaned every couple of days, so it's understandable that it's hard to keep unit windows clean.

Great location, easy access to the beach, and close to everything you may need.

We had such a great time at Calle Bonita. The host is very friendly, quick to respond, and has great communication. We had 7 adults that fit comfortably and we have no complaints. The beach is easily accessible in your backyard and you don’t have to tote your belongings very far. Close drive to downtown area where all the shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great Townhouse

We stayed for the week and was so comfortable..there was plenty of room for everyone and the beach was just steps away. The kitchen had everything you could need to make a meal and beautiful furnishings and bedding. This is definitely a great property. The owners were also prompt with any questions and concerns

One of the best out there!

I cannot express how beautiful this townhome is. Very modern, spacious, beach-themed. Rooms are huge! Large kitchen with amenities galore which made cooking breakfast so easy. Owner provides extras such as plenty of dishes, towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, etc. so you do not have to travel with your entire home in your car. Super easy access to the beach being just 2 houses via a white soft sandy path. Trust me, the photos on this listing do not do it justice!! Host was extremely pleasant and communicated immediately (within minutes). You will not regret booking here!
