Wonderful week in Villa Lili! Location is perfect, easy enough to walk in to town. Had absolutely everything we needed and more! Really well stocked with everything from pans to suncream. Fully stocked mini fridge on arrival was a fabulous added bonus. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Hoping to return again in the future

An amazing stay in La Cala De Mijas. The villa is located a short walk from the centre and the beach. There are a lot of steps but you get used to these after a few days! Would definitely recommend this property and would return.

Overall the villa was lovely, with stunning views, very quiet and felt like a really secure location. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The villa was very comfortable and clean, the onsite washing machine was so handy for the daily washing of swim wear and towels. The downstairs studio was especially good as it offered my son, his partner and their 6 year old daughter their own space while still connected to the rest of the family. The pool was amazing, used all day and every day by the whole family. All correspondence with host was great. Thank you Villa Lili for a fabulous holiday

Wonderful villa

What a great villa for a holiday - everything was superb - lovely pool and facilities - probably not suitable for the eldery/infirm as there are lots of steps up to the main area but once there the views down to the village are stunning- superb setting and thoroughly enjoyed our stay - especially the beer fridge 😄😄👍👍

Perfect family holiday

We stayed with adult children and a couple of friends. The views from the villa are stunning due to being at the top of the hill - we didn’t mind the climb as it made us feel better about all the calories we were consuming! The rooms were lovely and the separate en-suite room below the house was a god send for us (the boys stayed in there) Cala de Mijas is a wonderful town with lots of bars and restaurants and easy to get to Marbella by bus, Malaga a little more difficult. I would definitely recommend this villa to others, perfect for groups of friends, multigenerational family groups etc.

Thank you for your lovely review. My family over the years would agree on the studio being a big plus. Somewhere the older generation can escape for a bit of peace and quite from the younger generation, and for the older teenagers giving them a bit of a feeling of independence.

Hi Stephen, thank you for providing your feedback, very sorry to hear that the Villa did not satisfy your expectations. The continuous maintenance of the Villa is paramount to us but of course I understand there is always more that can be done. Client satisfaction is very important as we rely on repeat custom. As such I would be happy to discuss your experience and appreciate your thoughts on where you feel further investment could be made, please feel free to contact me. kind regards, Julian

Perfect family break

A perfect location for a break for our family to get together. 4 great size bedrooms and masses of living space, inside and out. Grounds very well kept and our grandson loved the pool and feeding the fish each day. The pictures on line really don’t do the Villa justice as it’s location and views were spectacular. Whilst it was fine for us, the Villa does have lots of steps and it is a steep walk back up from town so you need to bear that in mind. We would certainly go back. Thank you for a great holiday.

We are delighted to see that you had a lovely family holiday. The Villa really is a home from home where great family memories are made. Thank your grandson for feeding the fish, I hope he got to see the frog that pops up every now and then! Your comments on the steps and the walk back from the village are very well put. Personally we enjoy the walk down hill but now in our late 60's there is no way we walk home. Thankfully there is a good taxi rank in the village to get us home. Taxi fare is around €8. Look forward to welcoming you back again.

Family Christmas

What a great place in a great location. We brought our family together for Christmas at Villa Lilli in Mijas coast-side. Temperatures of 20 degrees in December and January was greatly received, avoiding the chilly Canadian winter. Thanks to our host, a stocked mini-fridge and coffee was available as we arrived. We enjoyed the rooms and guest house with plenty of space. (A fast favorite is the sunroom - relaxing and with a brilliant view of the sea.)We used the villa to visit neighboring sites at Alhambra, Ronda, Ceuta, Gibralter and Malaga -- all within a couple of hours driving. Great mix of nearby restaurants and mercado to pick up food and prepare meals on our own as well.Super result and a vacation with fond memories throughout!

Excellent location, fantastic Villa

We found the Villa very easily, it was up some very steep steps which weren’t a problem for us but could be if someone is less mobile. The Villa was fantastically clean, and well appointed. It is maybe not the most up to date in-terms of furniture but it was fine. What really sets it apart are the views, location and size of the rooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and are a really good size. We had a great time around the pool and cooking on the BBQ. The aircon was useful due to the heat as was the pool. I would highly recommend the Villa and our only issue would be an email we sent to the agent/owner that got bounced back from both email addresses supplied. An update of the email addresses supplied would be good.

No complaints! Julian was an excellent communicator - always answered any questions quickly. Perfect Villa - everything as listed. Gorgeous view to the sea, clean, huge pool, nice bedrooms and en suites for everyone - great setup. The A/C worked wonderfully - cooled the house quickly after being off all day while we were out and about. Having a washer and dryer was also a great bonus. Perfect little village to base our exploration of the Costa Del Sol. Cala had great restaurants, and a couple of handy markets a few minutes from the Villa. We even enjoyed watching the little pigs come in to town for their midnight raid of the central trash bins! After driving in from Seville, our group spent time visiting Granada, Cordoba, Gibralter, and Estepona as well as the beach at Fuengirola. My daughter lost her eyeglasses in the sea and we were able to get an exam and new glasses in one day at a cost of only 89 Euros! Our favorite restaurants in Cala were Restaurant Ole, Hansik (fabulous South Korean), La Tablita ( amazing steaks and starters!) and La Terrace with delicious Italian at great prices. Would love to return and would most definitely stay at Villa Lilli!

Großes Haus in toller Lage
