Cascade Village Condo - Awesome Views - Heated Pool

Our 1,900 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 56) features three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with an enclosed loft which has a comfortable queen pull out sofa. It is a great family mountain escape, with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, two private decks and amazing views.

The condominium is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan, wood floors and high end furnishings and linens all contribute to the warm atmosphere. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms.

Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (Upstairs)
2nd Bedroom- Queen with TV (Upstairs)
3rd Bedroom - King with TV (Off Main Living Space)
Loft - Pull Out Queen Sofa Bed (Upstairs)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailers are not allowed.

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, and ski rental shop (with discounts).

Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.

As with all properties in the area, the condo does not have AC. Given the day times highs are rarely above 80 while the lows are in the 40s. Open the windows after the sun is behind the mountains and then close them in the morning along with the blinds that face west. This will keep the house plenty cool.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Super clean & comfortable for family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Have stayed at CV before and this condo seemed much nicer-newer tile, fresh paint, carpet, great appliances. Very homey. Would definitely recommend!

From the time we arrived and found undercover parking below the building and beside the door, to wood supplied for the fireplace and a well stocked kitchen, we could ask for nothing more. The ski shuttle to Purgatory was very convenient and meant we did not have to battle a crazy parking lot, while the Kiddos spent time on the Cascade grounds, sledding, making snow angels and snow men. For the most part the Wi-Fi was sufficient to stream tv and computer use with an occasional outage. The condo was tastefully decorated and felt like a mountain cabin. Would definitely recommend this condo to others!

The condo is very nice and has a beautiful view (which would have been easier to see if the windows were washed and one of the blinds was not broken). However, it was not clean. The floor was filthy and had dead flies everywhere. The couch and ottoman were covered with crumbs and dust. The closet door on the downstairs bedroom was broken. There were extra pillows, but no extra pillowcases. I don't feel it was right that we had to take out the trash, make sure all the dishes were washed, and start a load of towels before we left when it didn't look like anyone had dusted or swept before we arrived; not to mention the large cleaning fee. We won't be back.

Beautiful place and great location

The condo was awesome and very clean. Looked just as the pictures showed. Had everything you needed. Great customer service as well. Coffee maker didnā€™t work so I sent a quick email, got a response back within minutes letting me they were bringing a new one. A new one showed up, still in box and good brand too. Canā€™t say enough great things. Will definitely be coming back.

This property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed! We did not use the pool area so cannot comment on that. It was 2 couples that stayed in this 3 bedroom that we chose due to the two king beds, so plenty of room for us. Nice covered parking just outside our condo, however we did notice there is only one parking space so if there would have been two cars, where does the other car park? For some people, this property may be too far from Durangoā€™s restaurants and night life, about 30 minutes. For us that was not a problem. We would definitely use this condo again! We enjoyed our stay in Durango!

Beautiful condo, convenient location

Very nice condo. Nicely decorated and supplied. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is large and has everything needed. Hot tubs and pool were close by and clean. Location is great being about halfway between Durango and Silverton. Only complaint is they were doing mqjor construction (I believe to water lines)and had to find different ways to get to the unit. It would have been good to get a bit more communication before and during our stay on what to expect. Not a major problem though.

Nice location outside of Durango

The condo was very nice and spacious for our family. We were able to enjoy a lot of time together playing cards, watching movies and enjoying meals. It is a 30 minute trip down the mountain to Durango and we made it each day. Overall a good stay in a nice clean unit.

Very pleased

This properry was very nice. It had an upstairs area with 2 BR and a loft area with pull out bed which allowed our 3 teenagers their own space and then my husband and I had our room downstairs. I would definately stay here again. It snowed pretty good while were here, and we had trouble getting our 2 wheel drive vehicle up to the parking area one day.
