Cascade Village Condo - Awesome Views - Heated Pool

Our 1,900 square foot Cascade Village condo (Unit 56) features three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with an enclosed loft which has a comfortable queen pull out sofa. It is a great family mountain escape, with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, two private decks and amazing views.

The condominium is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan, wood floors and high end furnishings and linens all contribute to the warm atmosphere. There are TVs in each of the bedrooms.

Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (Upstairs)
2nd Bedroom- Queen with TV (Upstairs)
3rd Bedroom - King with TV (Off Main Living Space)
Loft - Pull Out Queen Sofa Bed (Upstairs)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailers are not allowed.

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, and ski rental shop (with discounts).

Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.

As with all properties in the area, the condo does not have AC. Given the day times highs are rarely above 80 while the lows are in the 40s. Open the windows after the sun is behind the mountains and then close them in the morning along with the blinds that face west. This will keep the house plenty cool.
