Bring the whole family with you! This house has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 14 people! There are two full baths, one half bath and 2 enclosed outdoor showers as well.

The bedroom layouts are as follows:
Master: One Queen Bed & Futon
Guest Room 1: One Queen Bed
Guest Room 2: Two Single Beds
Guest Room 3: One Queen Bed
Guest Room 4: One Single Bed & Bunk Bed with a single on top and double below
*** Please note that all bedrooms are on the second floor.

Classic Ocean City

Great house for three generations with a history of family visits through the years. The house had everything needed except bed linens: wagons, toys, chairs, beach tags, etc!Lovely memories! Lovely owner! Lovely beach - easy walk to beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Escape

The property was perfect for our family to get away and enjoy our time together. The house included so many unexpected extras, spices, paper products, games toys, beach "gear", we were able to make the most of our stay.The location was close enough yet quiet when you wanted some peace.

Amazing week!

What an incredible week! This place is perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. We have stayed many, many times in OC but this was the best locations. Pre-teens and teens could get to and from the boards with ease and even better that hubby and I could get to and from the beach stress free. All around ideal. The house is lovely and Barbara was super responsive. I can’t say enough good things. A wonderful place to stay.

Great house and owners

House was awesome: great front and back porch, showers that worked well, all supplies that will be needed are furnished, games and books supplied, beach chairs and beach equipment, very close to beach and boardwalk..just a few minutes walk. Owners great and responsive. Finished cleaning early on day we got there, so she let us check in early. One A/C was not working properly and they put two new ones in. They went above and beyond the entire week. This is second time we stayed there and will definitely be back.

Great beach week

Very comfortable. Hosts thought of everything we might need and had a basket of things like aloe Vera for sunburn, band aids, spray for minor cuts. Also had acGoody bowl filled with snacks that the kids went nuts over. Front porch and a back porch for gathering after a day in the sun. Smart TV .

Best porch ever

We absolutely loved our time in this place! Super clean, very well decorated and maintained. The porch was our favorite morning coffee spot! Anything you needed, the house had it fully stocked including condiments, beach umbrellas etc! The listing I thought said hot tub but I was wrong, no hot tub. Everything else though!!! Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Place

The property comfortably handled 6 adults and six kids ranging in age from 18 to 11. The place was very convenient to the boardwalk being only one and a half short blocks away. Although the listing says there is room for two cars, we were able to park three cars in the rear driveway with no difficulty. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. We had no issues and would be willing to stay at this house again.

Awesome house and owner

Property was clean, had books, games, beach toys, beach chairs and anything else you can think of. Outside shower worked awesome. Only 3-5 minute walk to beach and boardwalk and bike rental. Just parked the car for the whole week as everything is provided. Owner was awesome too and quick with response. Some properties write ups dont tell the truth, this one does. Wish we stayed two weeks.

Best stay in 19 years to Ocean City

Beautiful property, clean and had everything we needed or forgot about to make our week at Ocean City the best we've had. Great location, close to everything, but nice and quiet in the evening. We were down for the 4th and were able to view the Fireworks right from the front porch. Had 4 older kids with us as well and not one complained. Perfect, can't wait to stay again.

Clean, well kept house! Close to everything and great back yard/porch and outside shower!

We spent the last week here with my extended family....7 adults and 6 children. It had enough space for all of us to be comfortable. The location is great and being pet friendly was a huge bonus for us! We would definitely come back to this house in the future. Highly recommended!! I already miss OCNJ. Until next time!

Relaxing

Everything is so nice. Being a single family home, it's nice not having to share the parking or noises of a multi family home. Plenty of bedrooms with the most comfortable beds! The porch is a haven morning noon or night! We spent most of our free time on it. And being walking distance to everything is perfect especially when it is crowded!

Comfortable, clean and great location

We were very pleased with this single family rental. It was nice that we didn't have to worry about interrupting another family above or below us like other places I've rented. The location was ideal. About a block to the beach and boardwalk (right where all the stores start) and a few blocks from the downtown shops on Asbury. No need to drive anywhere. The house was clean, spacious and had a great beachy feel. The beds were very comfortable which I don't always find in a rental. I look forward to renting again and spending my nights on the cozy front porch.

Perfect for our family

My family rented this house for our annual family vacation. It was my husband and myself, our daughter, my sister and her children, my in laws, my mother and my aunt. We were also able to bring our dog, and the yard was perfect for her! This house was perfect for our needs. The location was great and the house was a perfect size. We really enjoyed our stay, and our favorite features were the porch, the driveway, and the garage. The only complaint that I had was the cleanliness of the house upon arrival....I am not sure who did the cleaning, but the bathrooms were not cleaned well. Hopefully the next renters appreciate the cleaning job my family and I did for them upon check out :) The owners were easy to work with and were wonderful about setting up a payment plan.

We could not keep it and enjoy off season here without you choosing to stay with us. We are so grateful and will do anything in our power to make it the best vacation ever for you in return!

We love the location as we are a block and a half from the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to the stores and restaurants but just far enough from the rides and crowds to enjoy a quiet evening on the porch.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Rare single family rental, so no people above or below. Small yard, plenty of parking and being able to bring your well behaved four legged family member makes us stand out from the rest.
Additionally we treat our guests like visiting friends. If we need it while we are there, we leave it for you. We pack up our personal items and linens but leave everything else we think you could need from beach chairs and toys to spices, games, books and DVDs.
